I really like the layout here! Instead of one salon with several stylists, this studio is a mall (of sorts) consisting if several small salon shops within. This a diverse group with at least one to meet your needs
I booked an appt and specifically said what color I wanted. I came for appointment and they told me they ran out of the color I wanted. Needless to say, I left disappointed and my hair undone.
I reached the salon and was told to wait. I waited for 30 mins and left when my stylist didn't show up. Felt this experience was very unprofessional and lacked communication from their end.
The store was extremely drity. Also, they we very in experienced. After, asking for a refund because I didn't receive the service I requested. They owner refused to contact me back.
Jillian Bondarchuk is an amazing hair stylist. Y'all need to check her out. Tell her I sent you
