RACIST STORE!!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone who is not interested white! My mom’s shoes showed signs of wearing off, these are specifically made for diabetes patients, I wasn’t aware that the shoes almost a year old, eitherway as a customer who have worn their shoes for a while now they should have handled the situation more gracefully. Instead the lady was trying to pin the blame to my 68 year old mother saying its her fault that the leather is pealing off. And then another lady came in from the back of the store pretending to read a book to see whether we steal anything while those guys work something out in the back. While waiting my mother started to try on some of the other shoes that are on display and the woman came back and asked her not to try them on unless she’s wearing the try on socks, again the way she said it was completely rude. On the front of the store they state “Comfort store for entire family” I think that is completely false, they were racist, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful especially if you are a person of color, I know many people who brought shoes from them and I will gladly share this experience with all of them.

Incredible store and incredible people! Best experience we have ever had. We went in for a consultation, but ended up buying insoles and even ordering a pair of shoes. However, we were NOT pressed for any sales! Margaret personally took my existing shoes (athletic running shoes) and stretched the toe boxes out for me. She and Ron both spent one-on-one time with me and spoke to my wife and me at length about my foot issues as well as shoe and insole needs. I have a visible physical disability that also affects my feet and toes, but they never hesitated towards me or treated me differently. We were blown away at their level of professionalism and friendliness. They legitimately care about me and never rushed us or forced any sales. Styl-O-Pedic (and the marvelous Margaret and Ron) have our full recommendation. We will be repeat customers and absolutely will refer others here at any chance we get. Going here was life-changing in the best possible way. Can't wait to go back :)

I love this store Ronnie and two of the women are lovely. They are very accommodating. However, last year I went with my daughter and my one year old granddaughter to buy her her first pair of shoes. The middle aged woman who waited on us was a total witch. Except for the fact that my daughter had to get back home to pick her 5 year old twins from school, I would have asked when Ronnie would be in and I would have walked out.

I brought my daughter’s school shoe from them because it is required by the school. Before the school year ends, there are 2 big holes on the sole of both shoes. I called them up. The lady was very rude. When I questioned about the quality of their shoes, she told me because the school chose their store, they don’t care after they sell the shoes! Stay away from this store. You would get better quality shoes from Payless.

Step back in time to what shoe stores used to be in the olden days and that is what the store is about. Ron and crew have been in business many years and still offer the excellent customer service of yesteryear! For those with medical issues in their feet, this is the place to go because they carry a huge variety of specialty shoes. Also if you attend a school that requires saddle shoes, this is the place to go!

Francesca helped me and spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me knowing that I could not make a purchase at their store because my situation was next to impossible to help me. In any case she told me what I needed to do to get my situation back on track again. She is kind, knowledgeable and very very sincere and I recommend this store to anybody and everybody looking for footwear. Thank so so much !!!

Отвратительный магазин. Покупаю детям обувь уже пять лет и никогда не было проблем. Сегодня пришла , как обычно и получила кучу негатива от работниц, а все потому что попросила принести меньше размер обуви для сына. Меня оскорбили,были очень недовольны и сказали, что я ответственна за обувь своего ребёнка. Я это и так понимаю, поэтому попросила меньше размер. Никогда больше не пойду в этот магазин.

Very disrespectful staff, especially the old lady with short black hair treats you like we are from the streets, when I asked for a price of one of the shoe pairs she said $150 clearly not the price but she wanted us to leave..and thought we might not be to afford $150, pshhh lady please get a life! Disgusting customer service and racists.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISGUSTING STAFF!!! Though the employees are seniors themselves, they don’t know how to treat other senior citizens of this country, very disrespectful staff, when their products goes bad they blame it on the customer. Never again going to this unwelcoming RACIST place!

AVOID!!!!!!! Cannot imagine the working stuff can be so rude. I got an attitude the moment I entered the store, so disrespectful. Will never come back and leave a penny in that store. The old lady with the dark hair should go for a therapy instead of spending time in that store.

I went with my Mother in law because she needed new shoes and is disabled. Ron is absolutely wonderful! So helpful and went above and beyond to get my Mother in law a comfortable pair of shoes. We will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful young man helped me with purchasing some shoes for my daughter. We are first timers to private school education and the gentleman was extremely helpful in helping get everything we needed. Highly recommend!!

Buying shoes is a frustrating and unpleasant experience, but the ladies at styl-o-pedic, especially Margaret, were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went home with 2 pairs of shoes.

Best service of any store I’ve been to in a long time. They very patiently helped me try different options and this is a really good shoe store. Definitely the best in the city.
