Société dont on disait à l'époque la plus chère car la meilleure. Cela n'est plus le cas - elle reste chère sans produire de la qualité. Ils ont cassé le cadre de mon lit au cours du déménnagement parce qu'il ne l'ont pas correctement démonté. Ils ramènent le lit dans leur atelier pour le réparer. Moi et mon partenaire sont obligés de dormir par terre pendant 4 nuits. Tout à coup, un vendredi après-midi un appel: oui, notre équipe va déposer votre lit dans 20 minutes. J'étais au bureau, donc quoi faire? Je me suis arrangé à la va-vite pour éviter de devoir encore dormir un weekend par terre. Deux semaines plus tard la facture. Il s'agissait du montant dont on m'avait dit "au plus grad maximum mais probablement bien en-deçà". Aucun geste, aucune excuse. Je réclame. On me donne une remise de 120 euros ce qui est ridicule si on regarde le prix. Entreprise à éviter!!!

If I could, I would give 0 stars to this terrible, grossly incompetent company. They have a serious lack of communication and lack of consideration for their customers. They failed to inform us of the proper documentation needed before the movers came to take our belongings on May 13th and didn't inform us until 4 days after the fact. Also, customs decided to select our container for scanning and we were not advised until SIX DAYS after our belongings were supposed to be shipped. This has resulted in a delay in our belongings being delivered of 7 1/2 weeks and when you're stuck in a foreign country with two children, one of whom is autistic, it's a very long time. Do NOT use this company, they are beyond incompetent.

After calling your office a couple of times right after our removal and not getting much of a reaction other than an "Yes, you never know with those men", I left a one-star review on Facebook with a couple of salient details. Someone promptly promised to look into the matter, which resulted in nothing except the review section being taken off Facebook. Seeing as we have by now paid our €5000 bill, you might at least bother to listen to our side of the story. If nothing else, it may save future clients from experiencing the same degree of dissatisfaction. UPDATE: I emailed you my detailed report about a week ago. The ball's now in your court. UPDATE: It's been four weeks. Still no reply. UPDATE. 8 weeks - no reply

A chaque fois que nous avons fait appel aux services de Streff, que ce soit pour des petits déménagements au Luxembourg ou pour des grands déménagements à l’étranger, nous avons pu constater la grande disponibilité et amabilité de tout le personnel, de l’accueil téléphonique jusqu’aux déménageurs qui sont rapides et extrêmenent efficaces. La plupart d’entre eux font toute leur carrière professionnelle chez Streff, signe qu’il s’agit d’un bon patron. Et c’est quelque chose qui est perceptible quand on leur rend visite aux bureaux ou au stock car cela se ressent dans l’atmosphère détendu et accueillante. Il n’y a qu’une seule entreprise de déménagements que nous recommandons à nos amis: Streff !

Definetly cannot recommend this company: They were in charge for delivery and unloading a 40ft container and managed the truck arrival to be at the billing address instead of the real delivery address while the 4 people unloading staff were waiting 4hrs at the right delivery address which of course was charged extra! But apparently it wasn't their fault although the paperwork was all correct. Because the female Streff coordinator on the phone was "in a slightly bad mood" each time, my partner didn't want to engage a legal battle about the additional cost and just paid the entire bill.

Last September, we moved from one end of Luxembourg City to the other. What I remember? Due planning and good care at an efficient day of moving. The weather was on our side as well. Different pieces of furniture, more than 50 boxes… Notable: they wrapped and perfectly managed to move our heavy 1912 piano up onto a third floor of our new flat. After what I heard about other moving companies, I felt it was worth sharing the experience. Definitely, it wasn't the first time and neither the last time with Streff.

We were extremely impressed with Streff’s level of professionalism. This was in evidence from our acceptance of the quote until the truck carrying the container with our household effects drove away yesterday. The team that packed us up were incredibly efficient, quick and careful. They listened to our requests and carried out the work very effectively, exceeding our expectations. We feel confident that our household effects will reach Australia on time and in good condition.

Le comportement sur la route de leurs véhicules poids lourds est inadmissible ! ! Non respect des distances de sécurité ! ! Moins de 5metres avec arrière de mon camion ! Il on doublé par la droite au moments où je me rabatre sur voie lente clignotant allumé. Et ensuite sur route sinueuses il vont à fonds 90km . Limitée à 70kmh et encore c'est trop en pl. Je n'ose imaginé comment il roule avec vos meubles ! ! Tous à été filmer. Je leur transmets les images. Pauvres pays ! !

Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten der Schlafzimmer beauftragte ich die Firma Streff unsere schon ausgeräumten Möbel zu demontieren und innerhalb unseres Hauses abzustellen. Diese Dienstleistung wurde zu 100 % kundenorientiert ausgeführt! Dabei hebe ich hervor die sehr professionelle Ausführung des Umzugs, das pünktliche Einhalten des Termins und die Hilfsbereitschaft bei besonderen Anliegen!

Wir sind zum 2mal mit Streff umgezogen. Vor 13 Jahren und jetzt. Beide male hat dieses Unternehmen uns einen entspannten und schönen Umzug "geschenkt". Eine tolles Team mit netten Mitarbeitern. Ma première expérience il y 6 ans était très bonne. Mais depuis deux semaines, je suis en communication pour un nouveau déménagement. Etant donné que j'ai encore des questions ouvertes, le contrat n'est pas encore signé. Mais c'était impossible d'avoir une personne au téléphone. Il faut laisser un message et attendre ... des jours et des jours pour recevoir une réponse.

Picked up house removel from warehouse here. Office staff very helpful and the warehouse staff were great also. Helped us load our truck and we weren't waiting long at all. Just be careful as to were you pick your shipment up from as they have a few diffrent warehouse. Very easy to get to though

This Company is not professional, they lost some expensive and emotional items during transport, I don't recommend this Company at all. Play it safe, go for another one.
