This experience was awesome Adrian was very professional and helpful, she also help me out with my lock letting me get a temporary lock just so I can go get my long term lock, so I really appreciate her for that going out her way when she didn't have to. Also she always made sure I had everything I needed and had my access code and was there for every question I asked. Wish all employees in the world had this type of customer service and it's is a pleasure to have this person help and services. Thank you and I appreciate this storage facility.

I wanted to give a bad rating because I was angry about not being able to access the unit because my husband wasnt truthful with me when he said he "took care of the bill." So I was mad I went out my way to get there- that's another thing, their location is sooooooo out the way, making it inconvenient. However I like the cleanliness of the entire place; I like the security they have there in regards to the elevator requiring a password in order to take you upstairs to the units. The staff seems friendly and willing to help.

Got an immediate call back from Portia, whose delightfully professional and bubbly personality made me want to come right over. There, I was greeted and helped by Leslie who was the most informed and incredible representative I've ever met. The whole experience makes me proud to be a Storage Post customer. Went in this past weekend to get some pricing. Spoke to a female, believe her name was Theresa. She had a few customers there and was the only one working. Even with her being busy she helped me out, gave me all the info I needed regarding unit pricing and truck use. She was more helpful than whoever I spoke to when calling the main Storage Post number. Would recommend this location just because of her.

Wow! Couldn't of asked for better customer service at this place. Marie has been nothing but helpfull and pleasant. Though she was very busy with other customers she She acknowledged my husband and i right away. I appreciated how knowledgeable she is. Today, I went to Storage Post on Park Avenue, in The Bronx. The gentleman, by the name of Karim, was very professional and so helpful to me. He answered all my questions, assisted me throughout the facility, (in regards to showing me what my options were) and He was so patience with me. That's a good quality to have...loved it! The only downside to the facility is the price...

I walked in, gt attended to immediately. But Most of all let me tell you about an employee Shevaun which is why im givibg thm 5 stars. He was the most helpful, well mannered and pleasant young man. He hlpd me and my sons sooooo much. He made the experience great! Definitely will recommend to anybody looking for their things to put in storage. Talk to him.

I wanted to rent a storage unit and the first month was free with a $35 administration fee. I decided the next day that I didn't want the unit. They gave me an issue with receiving a refund. They avoided dealing with me for 2 weeks. It wasn't until I made a review that they gave me a refund.

My husband went there today to put some items in our storage container to find out there was flood which we were never notified about through a mass email. Then he was told the elevators were out and wouldn't be fixed for the next 3 weeks this is not a good thing considering we pay monthly
