Thank you for all your patience today Chris. I called for help with directions about 100 times since my phone wasn’t working too well and I recently moved to New York. All your tips saved my life! They even have coffee for clients here and a cute library. Very unique and clean place and close to Manhattan. Huge shout out to Theo who gave me great advice on how to put my things in my storage. You guys lifted a huge weight off my shoulders knowing my items are now in a safe place while I begin my journey in NY!

These guys were so great and so nice, the office worked with me to find the best location for a very big shipment and were very communicative and helped so much figuring out the best space and rate. As a business owner I really appreciate that, and we’ll definitely be using them again for any of our storage needs. They have ground floor units that you can drive right up to, which is NY gold!! No loading out into the street and blocking traffic. Thanks so much guys!

The gentlemen that work here are beyond friendly and helpful. I felt like my dad was there helping me. I came in looking for boxes, and they were super efficient and helpful in helping me figure out what I needed, including how much tape to use and what kind of packing. Then, they actually taped the boxes onto my bike so that I could easily carry it home. They really went above and beyond and I’ll definitely use them for any moving assistance I need in the future !

Rented a UHaul truck for a one way trip from NYC to Ohio. The person at the front desk was very friendly and tried to set us up with the cleanest UHaul with the lowest miles. We had a check engine light before we drove off so we ended up swapping it out, but I would highly recommend this location. (Just pay attention to the roads when trying to get here as my Lyft driver took a wrong turn). Would come here again!

All the employees at storage plus were absolutely amazing and helped me move my things into storage! They made the entire process seamless and effortless!! I’ve rented space here for years and have appreciated the safe rental near where I live. I recently went in to upgrade my rental and Theo was so helpful in signing me up for a promotion to double my space for a great discount for several months. I was ready to go the same day and he even gave me a lock. It’s nice to be a customer with a company who appreciates their customers.

Outstanding customer service; every staff member from the front desk to those who moved my belongings were very amicable and knowledgeable. The facility is extremely accessible, affordable, convenient, and clean. I can confidently say my expectations have been exceeded. Would give more stars if possible!

Exquisite customer service. These guys really helped me out with the whole process making it as seamless as can be. From the front desk, to the crew working in the back, everyone was very helpful and willing to go the extra step to help you! Definitely Recommend!

Generally clean and accessible, but they lock up before their posted closing hours far too often. I'm here now, 25 minutes before closing, and the entire facility is locked up closed for the night. At the very least they can adhere to their posted hours...
