Staff was super friendly and had no problem showing me multiple units to find the right one to fit my needs. I was personally helped by Elwin the store manager and Felicia who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I had an overall great experience and would happily recommend their service to anyone.

The staff were kind and efficient and the whole process was so easy! They took the time to show me my unit, explain the process, and set me up with a free truck and driver. Great price. Does what it's supposed to do. Only issue I've had is coming twice today- am and pm and there's only 1 (kind of busted) dolly on either floor. There's a huge fine for ppl hiding them in their own units, but obviously not steep enough. I'd hate to be someone moving and find this out.

I went to this facility to find out about pricing and storage. The staff was amazing and friendly, especially during these COVID-19 times. The facility was extremely clean and organized. I will definitely be renting with them! It was the best storage unit company in Brooklyn I’ve visited yet!

I decided to use this facility because of the hours I coykd access the premises. However lately, we coukd only access the premises during office hours. This is definitely an inconvenience and on top of that rates have been increased dramatically twice within two months. That is not cool

The facility is clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They allow to use the customer restroom. There were not many people when I got there so I could use the carts with no rush. What I love the most is the price! It is the half the price comparing to other storages.

I reserved a 5x10 but the site didn't show that the storage was reduced height. The manager was able to show me other units with the same 3 month at 50% off deal. So although I spent more than I was expecting I still got a good deal. Staff was patient and helpful.

Great service. Staff is helpful and attentive. The “truck” is more of a van, though, and you only get to use it for 2 hours. So if you’re storing lots, you may need to arrange additional transportation / hauling to finish your move. Still, it’s very convenient.
