If I had a choice I wpuld give zero stars. There is an old woman with glasses who looks like she is still living in the 60s - she is absolutely rude. The receptionists do not have a clue from their left hand to right hand. I wont go into the issue I had there but the surgery owner had to call me and apologise. Those who I had the issue with ahouls of been the ones apologise. So I left to Wrythe Green Surgery which is absolutely amazing . My mother had an issue there with thw drs and their rudeness...I told her to leave for years and when she finally did even her health started to inprove just from not being in that environment or thinking about going into that surgery. She lives her new place in Cheam. You have been warned and I wish all who reada this the best.
I absolutely had enough with this surgery. It is like years of torture and it is getting worse. Every time I call, the receptionist asks me why do I need an appointment. Are they medically trained? Do they know what blood result present? What the patient might need? That is also confidential information between my doctor and I! I don’t have to tell you anything! Zero empathy with my menopausal symptoms and wanting to start HRT as soon as. They really need to extent their knowledge about menopause. It is a national problem anyway. As a medical professional myself I am disgusted and disappointed with the care I am subjected to. I decided to change my GP surgery as this is really effecting my physical and mental health.
Monis Alam, the practice manager is lying to the patients. He refused to provide the data to the patient. Tell them, he cannot give it to them. He is very aggressive and he's misleading the patient. Plus he never answered the complaint made by writing. The administrative team and reception team are misleading the patient as well by telling them they can't provide the data. Michelle from the admin team, to get rid of the patient, she is telling them she has to go to lunch. We put a complaint by writing to Dr Mark Free and we didn't hear from him as well. We advise you to put you complaint by writing as they are all liars in this practice. Plus escalate it to the MP as this is not normal.
The surgey itself is good, I never have an issue getting an appointment and the staff are friendly and helpful but whatever system they have to send prescription directly to the pharmacy does not work. This should be instant but every single time it's not there and I end up waiting ages or going back and forth. I'm all for going paperless but it doesn't work. Note to everyone - remember to ask for a paper prescription!
I have nothing but praise for everyone at this outstanding surgery. From the fabulous Dr Free and Dr Vasa and all the other doctors, to Maddy and then the receptionists. Every single person working there is knowledgeable, helpful and very supportive. Understanding too! Thank you Stonecot Surgery for the top class service I never fail to receive from you all.
I am so impressed with this surgery compared to my previous. Spot on with following up and keeping you informed. Diagnosed with diabetes type 2 following blood tests which were previously done at previous surgery but nothing followed up. Had first gp appointment yesterday. What a very pleasant gp who i felt completely at ease with
Oct 2023 the receptionists, allegedly trained, give out false information. I asked how soon after testing positive can I have booster. They told me wait 4 weeks. I rang the Covid booster line 119 and asked them. They told me once testing negative can get booster. So reception not up to speed! Oh dear.
I feel very lucky to be a patient here. Fantastic service from every Doctor and Nurse that I have met. The reception team work very hard and always do their best to accommodate patients.
Bad! Incompetent Dr. Francis prescribed spray to treat an allergy despite me explained my diagnosis which has nothing to do with an allergy.
Been going to this doctors for 30 years and I've never had a problem. The doctors and receptionists are all lovely and very helpful.
