Never ever again going to buy food from Starbucks!! I rashly bought this pre packed salad and an hour later get so nauseous and ill with severe stomach pain. I had diarrhoea and was vomiting for 8 hours then ended up in the emergency and was hospitalised for a day. The results showed that it was food poisoning!!!!! It was a horrible experience and my family struggled too as I had to get a nanny to look after the kids. I’m still not well and I don’t think I’ll ever buy from Starbucks again! I lodged a complaint through costumer service too! Pre packed salads are very dangerous!

We ordered triple mocha frappe, good quality and delicious, however, the customer service was non-existent, as I was watching other orders being called out n delivered by staffs, can tell they are either extremely overworked or just don't want be here, then I saw the amount of orders they were making per minutes, ALOT...I get it, I just hope the business is paying the staffs decently...cos the staffs at this store is definitely unhappy to a degree of grumpy...a bit unfortunate experience, but the drinks made was good quality..not sure if I'll be welcomed back though...

I was so excited that Starbucks opened locally to me in Southland, although I am extremely disappointed with the product knowledge and service from some staff. My colleague and I have visited Starbucks Southland everyday since it has opened and on nearly half of these occasions we have been served the wrong order/ingredients and have had a couple of encounters with a female staff member that is quite rude. My colleague and I are both big Starbucks fans and have never been disappointed by the Chadstone or CBD stores so we hope Southland pick up their game!

Today the customer before me was a lady who seemed frustrated and angry. She was raising her voice and had aggressive tone toward one of your lovely employees. She seemed frustrated with the app which was not the fault of your staff, but seemed to be her own incompetence. Anyways I just wanted to commend how calm and collected the staff member handled that situation. Not a situation anyone should have to tolerate. The staff member had beige-coloured material around her head and had great customer service. As a regular, my coffee was great as always.

Guys! For the love of god please get a cashier who can correctly take orders!! We have been coming to Starbucks for over a year and it’s so hard to place an order, then they are rarely correct. “A ginger spiced iced chocolate” is not hard to understand or make!!!! Very frustrating and disappointing. I’m not sure we will be back again…please do something about your customer service & your coffee makers before you lose all your customers

Three of us went in their yesterday lunchtime. Two of us ordered iced coffee. Mine was revolting and did not taste like an iced coffee, more like watered down lollie water. Other party ordered a coffee, which he also mentioned was ordinary. None of us finished the drinks. What a waste of money. PS: Learn how to make iced coffee with real coffee, and not ice and water. Should have gone to Lindt DFO Moorabbin Airport (like I always do) - their iced coffee is a hundred times better. I do not recommend.

nice bananana bread, THEY SPELLD MY NAME KAITLYN AND ITS ACTUALLY NOT SPELLED THAT WAY SO I EXPECT A WRITTEN APOLOGY >:( I would like to also acknowledge the redemption starbucks has brought upon their reputation as a place that has never spelled my name right, they finally did it “caitlin” was what i saw on my iced chai tea latte and banana bread. I felt my tear ducts filling with tears of blissful joy, thank you for making me and my tear ducts so happy.

Ordered a Grande latte. Was served instead a regular. When I queried, Lilah the barrister realising the error then proceeded to tip into the correct cup. That’s not how you go about - should have started from scratch. As I was short on time I requested a refund. I was then told it would take longer to refund than to fix the issue. Seemed to think it funny. I normally like Starbucks so really disappointed. Won’t be back.

The ambience of this place is just a long Disneyland-style queue. It's baffling that the redesign from Shingle Inn (in this location until last year) has worsened acoustics and lost its relaxed vibe, is now noisy and unpleasant - both Starbucks and Scentre group can do SO much better. It goes without saying that the coffee is below par for 711, but it's conveniently located.

Terrible Staff - Not to mention way too little I went to grab some lunch and a tall peppermint mocha when I noticed an unusually long wait time. Turns out the employee just shouted 'coffee' and I was expected to know that was my order and name. They made an Americano with no whipped cream instead and didn't even get an apology. very rude behaviour and severely disappointed.

I like Starbucks usually at places like Chadstone and in the city. I don't know if there was a problem with the way that they handled the drink but I was not impressed. I ordered a Venti Vanilla Frappuccino and after enjoying the cream it practically tasted like snow. If you are looking to go to and have Starbucks, Chadstone would be the better option in my opinion.

Fabulous, sleek little Starbucks that adds a welcome air of warmth and sophistication to Southland, Cheltenham. It’s great to have all the Starbucks favourites available that little bit closer to home, without the need to trek into the City. Plenty of comfy chairs, and convenient powerpoints to charge devices. The Caramel Signature Hot Chocolate was delicious!

Newly opened Starbucks didn't disappoint despite long line of people. They were quick and efficient and coffee lived up to true Starbucks quality, taste and standard! So happy to have one of my favourites coffee houses open so close to home - it will become a regular place to visit and relax!

I ordered a vanilla latte and couldn't taste any syrup (apparently only one pump was added). Most cafes would put a shot of syrup so you can actually taste it and not need any sugar. I was very disappointed with my flavorless latte, so I won't be going back to this Starbucks again :(

What a waste of money. Ordered 2 Cappuccinos. Served up dish water. Tasted like warmed water. My partner returned hers to be binned. I award zero stars. My mistake, I should have checked before ordering. I would have walked away if I has seen the Starbucks livery. Never again.

Always get my order wrong and run out of things such as plant based whipped cream and don’t discount it when it’s not given. Server at the front had no idea what to do and didn’t listen to me when I said my order countless times. She still got it wrong after 5 times lol.

Renee is truly wonderful to see every morning to get my coffee. I lived in the US For a long time and I can say the quality here is just as good. Super friendly and knowledgeable, Renee keeps me and my colleague coming back :) P.s line moves quickly and is worth the wait

I went to Starbucks - Southland on 9th June 2022. I was served by Kika - She was friendly, polite and kind. Sunil made my Caramel Frappuccino. He did an amazing job and was happy when I told him how good it was. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you :D

renee and lola gave excellent service. they were kind and gave help when deciding on the perfect drink for me. they made my first starbucks experience memorable. was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of their service too. two very lovely workers!!!

This coffee instutition is very very popular and is in a good place on 2nd level. Coffee OK and the choices are plentiful! Be prepared to queue though particularly after the movies. Have some food choices and seating available.

Super friendly staff and delicious drinks! I wasn't sure what I wanted to order so I asked one of the Baristas. Nazy gave me a great recommendation. Now I find it hard not to stop by everytime I'm at southland.

The tables are always covered in mounds of garbage. It's very frustrating. The presentation is hideous. Need to pick up on this aspect or I'll stop coming.

Dreadful....staff pleasant but black coffee was pathetic no creama on top & at $5.20 i could've made a better one at home ,definitely not a proper maker as in good cafes will never go back EVER !!

Guy is probably the nicest most friendly Starbucks worker I have ever met! He always goes above and beyond to every customer, he was so nice to everyone I saw him serve in front of me!

Came to Starbucks in Southland to sit and have a coffee and every single table was dirty with empty cups and rubbish left by previous customers. Staff were to casual about it.

Staff charged us for a drink, not mentioning that they ran out of 2 key ingredients. We were given sugar syrup with water which made us ill just after 2 sips! Avoid
