This location sends regular coffee orders made via mobile to a different person than the team of people working on all the other mobile orders. They expect the person working the register to also monitor mobile orders and prepare the hot coffee orders... except this person NEVER, EVER gets around to processing these orders. So if you order a plain black coffee through the app at this store, you get stuck in a limbo where it won't ever get made until you point it out 30 minutes later that they missed it. I don't know why they're handing order flow differently at this location than the others, but it's a huge problem. EDIT: After I posted this review, the store seems to have altered how they handle mobile plain-coffee orders and they have been prepared VERY quickly lately. Since I took the time to write a bad review, it's only fair I take the time to come back and acknowledge they corrected the issue and the process seems very efficient now.

Well, I'm delighted to report that this is one of the best ''Bucks I've been in since Seattle. We were there toward the end of the day, so naturally the wee bakery section was nearly emtpy, but don't let that fool you. The coffee was actually strong - not half-watery as it is in a lot of chains. The staff was super-helpful and polite, and the space is GREAT. It's huge and tastefully decorated, and the music is just loud enough to entertain without being so loud it drowns out conversation. I'll definitely be coming here to write. You might guess from these comments that these things go very wrong at some Starbucks, so I am quite happy. Anyway, we will be back. The LIC definitely lucked out with this particular branch.

Awesome ambiance and art displays in this vital Starbucks location. Everything about this store "Pops" and functions well. A well kept environment. Friendly and social staff. Coffee is always being freshly brewed. On 6-23 am shift I was greeted with my 1st post COVID sample of a fudge square. Val and Will June 23 made my day and afternoon amazing, respectively! Blown out speaker in the back by the bathroom with great music coming out of it does blow my mind though. Still amazing!

There is always a crowd of at least 4 people waiting by app pick up. The pick up counter is always more than 5 people. I have ordered from this store about three times through the app for pick up. I have had to wait an extra 4-5 mins for my drink and when I did get it, it would by watery. I always ordered about 3pm-5pm on weekdays. Although I do love the frozen drinks, which is what i order. I will be trying the new Starbucks that opened recently at Queens Boro Plaza. I am hoping to have a better experience there.

So I usually come here after work because it closes around 8pm usually but one of the days I swung by I noticed a sign outside that said HOURS of operation ends at 6pm. When I tried to ask the barista behind the counter she rudely and monotonously responded "Sign says 6" repeatedly. I wasn't going to leave 2 stars because I know customer service work is hard but... doesn't cost anything to be polite ‍♂️

The worst possible coffee shop with the worst and most inattentive workers. This place is always busy with people who are waiting to get their orders. But the wait is crested by the clueless people who work behind the counter. Avoid at all cost. The while staff needs to be changed with better trained people.

Big starbucks! Great location if you need a place to work or bring children. Also, shout out to GINA behind the register! She is always so pleasant, always smiling. I appreciate her amazing customer service!

Starbucks is always great...at least for the most part...sometimes you really need to go with a friend or get to know the people who serve you!!
