Waited a long time for the drinks, they literally have one person working to the bone for their iced drinks. One of the two drinks came out and it was made well, 30 minutes of waiting the other drink still wasn’t out. I notified the staff and they put the missing drink in the queue. It was basically ice and water. I would title this place the “DMV of Starbucks”. Based on long wait and huge lines. But in all honesty I’d rather be at the DMV. By the time your drink is out you would have ordered an espresso machine. While I give this place a single star, the lady in the back making all the iced drinks works like a robot, I can see the passion and hard work that she puts into making the drinks. I would give her five stars. The problem with this place is that they put the weight of the entire place on her shoulders, and everyone else is just handing out straws or doing other things. This place has a very high volume of customers, they need at least 3 more workstations and 3 more people making iced drinks.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks ever since I started going to new dorp hs (2017) and knew this place ran slow but today was a completely different experience. I mobile ordered a hot carmel macchiato at 8:10 am since I work nearby at 8:30 am. I waited 10 mins and asked one of the baristas if the drink was ready yet and she said it may take a while. Asked again a few mins after and she said that there is no drink for my name and everyone looked super confused . I confirm the locations and pick up time and they had blank faces. I had to refund my whole order and mind you the other peoples drinks in front of me were screwed up as well. That’s what happens when you let one guy do all the drinks and clearly he has no idea what he’s doing. Come on starbucks- DO BETTER and hire better staff. Or at least train them to work under rush hours … ridiculous.

I have gone there about 15-20 mornings now that i have lived here and get the same thing every time Tall Red Eye dark roast no room for cream and no sugar so it is really hard to screw that up and they never have. The only reason i dont give this starbucks 5 stars is not their fault, they are located across the street from New Dorp High school and unless you get there really early you have a line to the door with kids waiting to get their lame coffee drinks still not sure how kids this age are getting 100$ a month from their parents for coffee but i digress. It seems like the best employees are in the morning or maybe the most are working at that time because it will take the same amount of time in the morning with 20 kids in front of you as it does around 8pm with 6 adults in front of you. Overall a good place (my wife gets lattes mochas and all that and has never complained)

This place serves a strange and chaotic combination of homeless people (some friendly and clean, some psychotic and disruptive) and high school kids (who apparently have ten different lunch breaks). Don’t go here to work or study. The flirting and burping and vaping teenagers and a potentially violent-to-his-girlfriend homeless guy were distracting enough. However, then a group of boys got in a tiff with a different homeless lady, who then called the cops. Fortunately the cops were already friends with the boys; apparently everyone’s part of the neighborhood. But boy, not a place to study or work. If you want a sit down place STEER CLEAR. Two points instead of one because the service was great and the disruptions were entertaining.

Come here often. And to ight i came in. Asking for decaf coffee. My barista matthew with blonde hair mumbles under his breath and i couldnt here so i kindly responded “im sorry?” He replied with sass back “we dont have decaf” and when i clearly wanted help picking a decaf drink he continued to give me attitude about what they had. Instead of apologizing for not having any decaf beverages other than mint and comfort tea available, he did the complete opposite of what a person should act like in customer service. Especially to a customer who works with people all the time and knows how to treat people with reapect. I was so nice to him and he was talking to all of the customers so unprofessionally whilst tossing a crumbled napkin up and down in the air during checkout. Very unprofessional

Place was not being monitored for replenishing the napkins and the people who are piglets, leaving behind their debris. Besides that, I asked the associate, to please not be heavy on the ice for my coffee. Well, I had more ice than a movie theater cup!. When I left the store, I showed my fiance, why I was disappointed. I ordered a large ice coffee with not so much ice,but it was a fail. I proved it by pouring my coffee into my work thermos and ditching the ice afterwards, I paid for a large and only had a small cup worth of coffee! All of these coffee chains need to adhere, but I'm sure this is how the make a super profit!

I absolutely love Starbucks! The coffee is consistently delicious and the service is always top-notch. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a great variety of food and drink options. I especially appreciate the convenience of the mobile ordering and pickup option, which allows me to order ahead and avoid waiting in line. The staff are friendly and attentive, making sure that my order is accurate and that I have everything I need. The only downside is that the prices can be a bit on the high side, but for the quality and convenience, I don't mind paying a little extra. I would not recommend this Starbucks unless they replace the entire staff. Thank you for wasting my time and money. Fortunately, I have my go to Starbucks will provide me a replacement free of charge. FYI: NYPD was having their morning breakfast party at this Starbucks. I don't go there often, but when I do go, I get : A Venti Java Chip, Triple Shot, Xtra Chips (2) scoops, Heavy on the Whipped Cream that's Smothered in Chocolate Drizzle... More like a Chocolate Flood ... Last night my Son and I decided to pop into our Local Starbucks and Treat Ourselves ( that means I treated Him), to our Favorite Frosty and Cold Beverage on the " CHILLIEST NIGHT OF ALL NIGHTS " , Lol, but it was at that Moment just as Satisfying as every other Moment before! I can't wait to go back on the next 15° F below Zero, cause nothing warms me up like a cozy corner at Starbucks where we love to drink our Frosty Frills!!! TTFN!

I was there today, I was standing there 10 mins. or so because they keep calling a "Laura" when in the cup clearly said LAUREN, so I didn't reply cause My name is not LAURA. They just look at Me like I was a weirdo standing there for no reason making Me very uncomfortable , I reach one of the employees and ask for my coffee and in a very nasty way He pointed at the cup and said "there" , I mean , it is 7 something dollars You pay to get a nice cup of coffee and good service, these guys working there make You feel very unwelcomed. I think I just go to the one at Stop and Shop instead .

Disgusting customer service literally just walked out cashier Mathew has a horrible attitude and no type of customer service skills what’s so ever. He turned around and just looked us, didn’t bother to asking what we were having, was very rude to my niece when she asked about snickerdoodle hot chocolate he said “no that’s a winter stuff we’re still in fall” with attitude and then later placed the drinks on the counter without bothering to call our name or let us know they were ready. This location does not hold up to the Starbucks service standard at all.

This Starbucks is my Go-To, before or after food shopping! The Baristas are always cordial, and patient when I'm making a beverage decision: Caffe Latte, Matcha Latte, or Peppermint Mocha My hot drink is Always prepared as ordered: no foam, extra HOT! "Elva" is the best! I look forward to going here for only her to make my drink, she has such great energy and customer service and my drink ALWAYS tastes amazing! Other employees here at this location should take example from Elva, most look and act like they can't be bothered, and at times the wait is soo long and the baristas have nasty attitudes, but when Elva is here my experience is always great! I hope management can recognize her in a special way, and let her lead any customer service training! Thanks for a positive experience Elva!

The service at this location is average, they make the drinks and get the names right. I came in here one time to do some homework and study, then a group of kids came in and sat down right next to me. They started smoking then they got into loud arguments that turned into physical fights. Every movement they made they would get closer and closer to my table, it was so annoying and uncomfortable. It probably took the staff 20 maybe 30 minutes to kick them out. Little bit too long for the staff to kick out some rowdy kids.

I give no stars. This has got to be one of the worst Starbucks Ive ever been too. They’re always overwhelmed and over crowded. The drinks are either watered down, the order is never correct or your cup comes 1/2 empty. Didn’t know I ordered a large cup with a small drink inside. Don’t waste your money with them you will be disappointed.. I go to have a good cup of coffee after a long day and don’t even get a decent cup. Ordered on the app and came in at 6 in the morning ..not done. I ordered hot tea with 3 honeys. Makes it, hands it to me with 3 honey packages. So now what should have been an in and out before work took 8 minutes off of my commute. It's interesting that at the 86th Street location what I ordered is exactly what I got in and out and I didn't have to waste time adding and mixing my own order....honestly, why am I paying you I'm doing all of it and basically all you did was pour hot water on tea bags?

Quick friendly servuce that you would usually expect from local Starbucks. Sometimes it gets crowded but the line moves pretty quickly. There is sufficient amount of seating based on location and average crowd. However its mostly tables and chairs. There is a handfull of armchairs. It's fairly quite if you need to work, but may need headset to be on a safe side. There is decent selection of cups, mugs etc as well. Being located in the shopping center, parking is not an issue most of the time.

This location is always busy which isn’t a bad thing except for the time of service lacking. I frequent often and decided to time how long from the moment I ordered to the moment my drink was ready, 16 minutes! I have gotten a whole meal at a restaurant in the same amount of time. And they used to close at 9. I don’t know why they close at 8 now.. I work the overnight shift and I can’t get a decent cup of coffee on the way to work bcus well, apparently the Rona only gets you after 8. Lmao

It is a good place where you can have good beverages that are not found in other places. You will find coffee, tea, ice tea, ice coffee and other beverages with different flavors. I like the sandwiches and the salads there, they are delicious. There are other things that you may like. You can work on your laptop and refill your coffee. It is a nice place with good service and affordable prices.

I can here often and occasionally but not always was I met with attitude. Pastries could be a bit fresher, coffee was the same as other Starbucks and they could put more effort into keeping the place clean.

I would’ve put 5 stars but the manager working this morning between 11:40-12:10 (short brunette) was being rude and incredibly passive aggressive to the baristas. From the customer perspective, they’re baristas we’re very kind and working hard to fill orders but she kept making passive comments towards them nonetheless. Unprofessional and shouldn’t be in a position of leadership!

I like this Starbucks in particular because of available seating for customers. There are plenty of tables. I have seen some some people study/read here, but it was still too loud for me. I have ordered online numerously and picked up my orders in the store here. Bathroom is clean and employees are generally very nice. There is plenty of parking outside to park your car.

Would be higher if I didn't have so many traumatic bathroom experiences here. Why is there an entire 12" log of poop on top of the trash can? And a hypodermic needle in the toilet too. Final straw was the poo on the toilet paper roll so when you go to grab the TP your hand gets covered in some stranger's poo. I'm fed up. Employees are nice but bathroom is a biohazard.

The people that work in Starbucks are complete idiots. I asked the guy at the counter what was in a pastry and he just kept saying it's a cake he would not explain what was in it like peanuts or raspberries he just kept saying it's a cake with vanilla frosting. They are complete morons and homeless people sit out in the front begging for money please do not go there.

As Starbucks go, this is another multi purpose spot for a pick me up, meeting, wifi, pit stop, you name it. This location has more lunch items still available late in the day than I've seen at other's, so far. It has many smaller tables cafe style. Found electric outlet okay. Real friendly barista made acheerful announcement about the approaching closing time.

From coffee and a quick bite Starbucks is on top of the list. The service here is fast and nice. The workers are hard working and respectful. Table are open to eat. Face mask are still worn by people. Some people don't. The staff wears a mask that's all that matters. I don't have anything negative to say. I am a dunkin fan but enjoy Starbucks here and there.

They recently reorganized the seating and it makes it much trickier to get near an electrical outlet. Often times one person ends up taking up enough seating for four people. Also the place is pretty consistently not clean. They need someone to wipe down tables and chairs regularly through out the day, and especially around he table with sugar and milk.

It is a VERY busy Starbucks and I hesitated to give it 4 stars, mainly because of the debris on the floor by the pickup counter. Then as I stood there I watched 2 local H.S. students dump their straw wrappings on the floor as they collected their drinks! Staff were friendly and the coffee was good. The place was packed with people of all age groups.

My wife and I are Gold Card customers. The coffee, drinks and food products are really good. Baristas and Baristos are very ambition and the store hierarchy appears pleasantly non-existent. Everyone mutitasks and is friendy to one another as well as to customers. This atmosphere exemplifies a place to enjoy great food and beverages.

This is the starbucks you want to be at if you have a paper due at midnight as they are the only starbucks in the area open past 10:00. There is a lot of seating including tables, couch-like chairs, etc. The staff is super nice. Other than that, it is everything you could expect from a typical starbucks. They have a parking lot.

During the weekday/weekend rush hours, it can get insanely crowded, so occasionally one runs into the scenario where a lot of the drink and food options are either sold out or just not available. It's also not the cleanest of Starbucks locations, so at times the close by Staten island mall location feels like the better option.

Theyy messed up my order I asked for 3 caramel macchiato they made only 2 I asked for another one letter after and they made it with whipped cream which I never asked for it They make whatever thay want no what we ask to They never give a smile they just give you attitude I really don’t like this Starbucks ‍‍

Lately, I have been very disappointed with this location. Though the staff is wonderful, the store is never stocked. Yesterday, I asked for 4 different drinks only to be told that each were sold out. I understand running out of popular items on occasion, but this location goes weeks without popular ingredients.

The only reason I go to this Starbucks is because it is the only one in this area. Most of the staff there don't pay attention to the orders. What's the point in asking what you want, if you're not going to make it the way I want.

I’m so happy that even on a Tuesday during rush hour in the morning I was treated kindly by the Barista named Angela when I asked some information about the specific ingredients and process of a new coffee I wanted to try. For that reason I’m giving 5 stars to the store at Hylan Blvd.

I found a hair wrapped around my cup. It got stuck on it because of the condensation, I didn’t realize until I put my straw through and it caught on my straw. Completely ruined my coffee and appetite. Super grossed out, someone please tell the female manager to wear a hat.

Disappointing that during the school year they hold the mobile order drinks behind the counter. It’s understandable with the high school there but defeats the purpose. Sometimes you are waiting there just as long as non mobile orders to ask them for your mobile order.

With five people behind the counter at 12 pm on a Saturday there was a line of 11 people waiting for drinks, and for my iced coffee I waited 9 minutes. I watched one woman cancel her order because she'd been waiting too long. This location needs to step up their game.

Large and functional as far as seating and tech/meeting use. Not the cleanest when comparing their bathrooms with other Starbucks. This Staten Island location is one of the busiest with a steady flow of traffic. Ordering online is best - you'll be in & out in a snap.

I ordered Iced Carmel Cloud Macchiato with extra Carmel drizzle , but I got watery ice milk with hint of coffee. So disappointed, I had the same thing at the SI mall week before and it was delicious, I thought it should be the same taste. Just wasted my $5

Clean restaurant, decent amount of seating, and plenty of parking. High traffic Starbucks, even for 9am on a Saturday, so keep that in mind. Also like that the bathroom has a code right on the door and you don't have to ask for it or get a key.

Good coffee. Great staff. Crowded at times. You'd think you could study there but there's most times there's a screaming baby or loud groups of people (depending on time). Overall nice environment and could be really relaxing in the morning.

High School kids camp out all day there and are rude to customers. Several fights noticed. Management won't ask them to leave because they're afraid of repercussions. Avoid at all costs before 5pm to avoid interactions with the students.

The high school students can be a bit much during the week. Otherwise, the staff is awesome and pleasant. They have not made a mistake on my drinks and know me by name when I enter.

I come here a couple times a month to get some much needed work done. The staff are always friendly and my order is always done right. The bathrooms are really clean, which is always much appreciated.

It's almost the same as the other stores, except that this place has lots of young students particularly on certain hours of the day. Service was quick, we didn't wait that long in line to be served.

I really really like their salted caramel hot chocolate. Starbucks is the one that has the best formula for this, no doubt about that. I have tried it at Dunkin’ Donuts, other places, never as good.

It's Starbucks. Everyone knows what to expect. This store in particular functions very well. Even when they are at their busiest they are very well organized and everything seems to flow well.

I have visited many locations in queens and a few in staten island and it seems all locations are being encouraged to water down the refreshers due to inflation.

Excellent, as usual. This Starbucks prepares beverages properly and their Customer Service Skills are Very Good. The blend makes it a location worth revisiting.

Nice space to sip your coffee and chill. Not usually crowded, store is clean. Coffee is always on point, and the employee's are knowledgeable about their drinks

Messed up my order I asked for no sugar for one of my drinks and the other one had no caramel. I would not recommend this place.

To be honest, it's a hit or miss. Even when using the app your order doesn't always taste the same. Some have the magic touch, and some don't.

A lot of people in there, sometimes hard to find some place to sit. Can be a bit noisy and not very clean too. Because still, nice place

i love starbucks coffe but this place is very small, great place to take u coffe and talk with friends, the personal is very nice.
