Sept 2021 update - see photos I come here a lot. I’m lowering to 3 stars because of the filth in this place, especially the copy center. This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It’s a shame 4-30-21 Update The copy area has been getting super crowded lately. The self-serve area machines may break every now and then -which happened to me recently. The closest clerks to this area are handling the customers in the long line for the copy center. This area is packed in comparison to the check-out line by the door. I was seeing more employees at check-out, some even wondering around when I think management should be sending the copy center some help. I’ve been coming to this Staples since I moved to the area back in 2017. I buy all of my kids’ school supplies here, masks, do printing, get my work supplies here as well and do quality printing for work and my son’s school projects. The print quality is impecable and they also use a special kind of paper for color prints so it definitely looks more professional. There’s a self-serve area with 3 machines that you can use to print, scan, copy. They are simple to use and you also get the same quality as if you went to the associate at the counter. Good thing to know is that Staples will price match to popular competitor. The list is on their website.

This Staples was AWFUL! I traveled by Uber 20 minutes from my hotel to order prints for my company event. We needed (50) 5x7 print outs front/back by the next day for our event. Two workers were not responding to customers who were standing in line as they were waiting for their orders for days. In the end, I ended up calling to check the status of my order that they ensured would be done in time & they claim the "printer" broke & they were going to call to cancel everyone's orders, however they didn't think to call first thing in the morning. No sense of urgency! This was the worst customer experience I have ever had! I traveled 40 minutes to the Staples in Hialeah & they had my order complete in 2 hours. NEVER EVER USE THIS STAPLES LOCATION!

The ladies at the printing center are the worst sales and customer service people I have ever met. They are not helpful and extremely rude. I sent something to print and it came out wrong. When I asked them if they could fix it, one of them just started almost yelling saying "I can't do anything". I ended up asking for a refund. They also told me the printing services weren't available for the rest of the day. It was 6pm and they close at 9! It looked as if they just wanted to leave their job earlier. Overall, terrible experience.

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent service I have received from Andy at Staples. He has been my savior for almost a year now. Andy is kind, helpful, intelligent, proactive, knowledgeable, and efficient. His level of expertise and customer service is unmatched by any other employee at Staples. In fact, if I go in and he's not there, I walk out because I know that other employees are incapable of delivering the same level of service. Thank you, Andy, for all that you do!

I know people tend to review when things go bad, I just wanted to make sure this store, thanks to two of its employees, got some props as well. I came in during the holidays, probably one of the busiest times of the year and Jose the Manager of the store took the time to make my issue his and solve it for me. Latasha another employee here went above and beyond for me and my family as well. This made a huge impact on this customer experience! Big thanks for all your hard work!

Andy in the printing dept. is the best he goes the extra mile for the customers. I really appreciate staples having him there. I do my business printing there, cards, flyers, etc. And when he is not there is not the same. Not even the managers help as much as he does. I have been there and literally people wait for him to o come on his shift. He is more than a 5 star employee. Thank you Andy for all you do! You are a great example of what great service should be.

Cannot say enough good things about the staff at this store, ESPECIALLY JOSE in the print shop! I came to him with a special order that needed a very fast turn around and he was more than accommodating. He spent probably about a half-hour total on the phone with me, walking me through how to make the order work. He was patient and friendly and went out of his way to make the order happen. THANK YOU, JOSE!!!

Editing my last review as services have significantly improved. Luis has been amazing at making sure my orders are completed timely and perfectly. I want thank Latasha that was working in the Passport pictures department. I had a 4mo old baby and was concerned about how to take the baby’s photo. She knows all the requirements and grabbed a white board to lay down the baby on it so she could take pictures while standing on a stool. Picture came out perfect and was accepted at the passport Center. Definitely recommend her services at Staples!

Great store with solid customer service! Biggest tip: order your prints online for pickup. This store can get busy.. so pickup for ANY print will save you the headache of waiting plus you can save $ with discount codes online. The team here also does a great job with making sure you’re satisfied with your order. Also, this store does a great job at answering calls! 10/10 to the staff here!

Literally the WORST customer service, starting with the printing section . I had little to no guidance even though I specifically stated that it was my first time printing there and instead the response I got was “honestly idk what I’m doing neither cause I’m new here”. The only other person in that station was a woman and she was just as helpful as he was… not at all.

My last purchase from the website was a fiasco because the carrier Lasership declared the order delivered but never was. This carrier is having serious issues. Already stole two of my shipments in a week. Never had a problem with my orders when delivered by Staples truck or UPS, USPS, FedEx. Hesitant to order again if I cannot chose the carrier.

I was greeted by a sales person as soon as I walked in the front door. Try getting there at Office Depot. Staples didn’t have much of a selection of display models for laptops so I will have to go somewhere else but I still had a pleasant experience and found the sales help around when I needed them
