Before I talked to my lawyer Danial Esmaili at Stanley & Co. I have explained my situation and case to three other local Adelaide traffic lawyer who have very positive 4-5 stars google review online. Unfortunately, their responses to my case made me feel that there was only 5% or less chance to get my driver license and normal life back. I tried my luck and talked to Mr Danial Esmaili at Stanley & Co Lawyers as my final try, since the beginning, Danial wrote down every details on his note book through the talks. And then he suggest that he has great chance to help me and get my license back. Danial make a detailed plan and wrote a 9 pages letter report to Police department regarding my case. Danial Esmaili is a very professional lawyer and will think for you from all different angles. Try to maximise client's benefit or reduce lost and give adequate pressure to the Police. He will do his best to bring the justice and equity to clients. I successfully got my driver licence back and Police dropped the case at the end. Incredibly professional service! Rich was personable and detailed in our first meeting to find out about my business and my contract requirements. It took roughly 2 months from our first meeting to getting my final contract, and although the cost was a little higher than I originally expected (they were 100% upfront with their costs before I paid anything), I was very happy to wait and pay a little more for such a thorough and professional job.
