PLEASE READ ME. I hope I can write a pretty compelling review for you. I honestly barely write reviews nowadays but I have to write this one for you. I waited 10 min past my appointment time, I get it. It’s not that long, but my animal was super stressed from the being at the vet, so I appreciate veterinary clinics are on time. IF YOUR PET GETS STRESSED OUT, ST FRANCIS IS NOT FOR YOU. The vet tech we had was great and Dr. Luisa Masses is cool too. But the girls working the front desk are very pretentious. I stood there after my appointment for 10 min and not a single one of them asked me or acknowledged that I was even standing there. Finally POLITELY, I asked if I could check out. I sadly said to the woman who was going to check me out “I just stood here for 10 minutes” and in her very sassy voice she said “that’s because we didn’t have your chart.” I thought to myself, so okay, ef me then. Sorry I got inconvenienced you, and sorry that none of you said anything to me as I stood there. What the? Hold up. Why? Why was there a need to be this rude? I’m also in the military and I expected this place to be nicer to active duty, but I guess not. I hope maybe the management talks to me cause the doctor is great and I would like to keep going there for my pet.

Been coming here for about 3 years and I completely trust this clinic for the care of my furry family. Everyone who works in the office is so kind. We’ve been happy with every vet we’ve seen here, all been wonderfully patient with my reactive dog. Dr. Ruiz specifically has done really well with him. The vets and the techs both seem knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. They always remember us, which is a nice personal touch! They get booked pretty fast, so planning ahead is important (and they will ask for a deposit in case you cancel within 24 hours). However, that’s not to say they can’t accommodate - just this week we had an urgent issue and they were able to see us same day due to a cancellation. Overall I’ve been consistently impressed and satisfied with the customer service, quality care and cleanliness of this location.

We loved our vet Dr Ruiz, however the front desk staff has made us not want to bring our dog in. The inability to communicate effectively and unethically case note. Roxy, the supervisor annotated in the case note that I no longer wanted to bring my dog in because of a deposit; and that she was willing to waive the deposit. However, the discussion of deposit never happened. I could not bring him in earlier because we were not available. When speaking to her about the false documentation, she openly admitted that she did not have the conversation about the deposit after I stated my dogs health is declining due to age. Yet, it’s annotated throughout her care note. It’s unethical behavior, and false information. Which leads to a lack of trust in the facility.

Dr. Cooper was great. But the office staff needs improvement. After the exam I was told to sit out in lobby wait to pay bill. Well I sat there for 35 minutes, while all these other clients were coming and going. The staff were laughing, talking having a good time, then it was closing time, one of the staff saw me sitting there patiently waiting and asked me what I needed. I told them and she said oh i have your bill right here, it's been here awhile. No apology no nothing. Office staff needs retraining and to pay attention to clients instead of joking and laughing with each other.

I am happy with the care my cat, Lily, receives. Dr. Ruiz is an outstanding vet who takes the time to answer my questions. A few years ago, I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my loving cat, Thumper, to sleep. Dr. Ruiz gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. He was kind and compassionate, and he helped me see that letting Thumper go was for the best. So there was no question that my new kitty would become a new patient at St. Francis. I know that when I take her there, she is in good hands. I highly recommend taking your pet to this veterinary hospital.

Always great at handling Sir Winston. The doctors and staff are very friendly and they make your per feel comfortable as well as their owners. We have been coming to this place for about 4 years now and we love it here. Not cheap but decent pricing. We feel that this vet hospital gives our pet the best care he deserves. The facility is clean and plenty of room for people to sit and they’re a hospital as well so you feel at ease knowing your pet would have a safe haven when they’re sick.

I love this clinic. They have appointments available in short time frames so you aren’t waiting months for an appointment. Their vets are amazing. They care so much. I can tell these vets are well educated and well versed on how to formulate a clinician diagnosis. A lot of vets I have gone to use an algorithm to diagnose but I can tell these vets really know their stuff. They treat my little doggy so well and give him lots of attention. I would highly recommend this clinic.

We’re very pleased with our experience so far! Everything, from the phone call to schedule, the reminders, the checkin, visit, and checkout was very pleasant, very smooth, and they were very professional. Our tech and Dr Ruiz were so friendly and calm, and made our two pups very comfortable and relaxed. They helped us get their Nexgard renewal for 6 months and a big rebate too, so we’re very grateful to have such quality care and not break the bank. Thank you!

Over all great experience. We are new pet parents(again) and are happy with our choice of St Francis veterinary hospital. The office staff was friendly and professional. Vet tech and veterinarian we're attentive and knowledgeable to our new pup(diesel). The one negative was that the email system was down so they didn't have immediate access to the new client documentation we submitted. While this was inconvenient it wasn't enough to remove a star rating.

I love this place because of Doctor Gabriel Musquiz he always treats my cats Oliver and Penny incredibly well and he always answers all my questions or concerns about my cats health and their well being he is a great vet and I am thankful that I have him taking care of my cats. The ladies in the front are always nice and helpful so thank you and the vet techs also are kind and helpful. I drive all the way from converse and it's worth it.

First time patient, Itzel my dog was very much cared for. The Dr gave me his thoughts on the situation and options. He gave me the best possible advice for the rare case my dog has. I need an oncologist for my loved one, and the Dr gave me options. They referred me to 2 oncologist. ST. Francis sent the referrals right away to get this situation looked at. Thank you so much. Friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians. We were in and out on our last visit with 2 cats within an hour, with both getting checkups, vaccinations and medication at checkout. The prices are slightly higher than what I have found at some of the competing vet offices, but I feel like you get what you pay for, and the care we have received at St Francis over the last 3 years has been exceptional.

This was my first appointment with St Francis Vet hospital and from start to finish it was a great experience. The front desk ladies are super welcoming and sweet . Dr. Ruiz is who saw my baby and he was very informative. Gave me my options for treatments for my dog and answered all my questions . Him and the vet tech were both very nice and overall a great experience. Thank you all for everything .

I was so pleased to be able to find a same day opening for my dog who had ear infection symptoms and had vomited and had diarrhea. Dr. Ruiz worked with me in testing and treatment to keep the costs down. He also was open to me calling the for further testing within the next two days if she didn't improve. Luckily she seemed to begin improving later that evening.

We’ve been Taking our dogs for 6 years and they have done an excellent job every time. The text and call reminders for appointments help me stay on track with Brooks care. We also take our children’s pets when they need help paying for care or shots for their pets. Our pets are so comfortable with everyone in the office.

I was seen before my appointment. The assistant was very helpful and courteous. The doctor took time to explain things to me about Mackey’s health. After the visit the assistant had someone at the front desk come to me in the exam room to pay my bill then I was helped in taking my dogs to my car. I was very impressed.

Honestly one of the best vets I’ve been to. They really take the time to talk with you and tell you how your dog is doing. I mean it is on the expensive side but with my dog and his back issues it’s worth the money to make sure his special needs are being taken care of. Everyone is so nice.

Dr Musquiz is the best. He is so compassionate with my fur babies, HONEST , and takes the time to explain everything . The office ladies are so nice and patient. They never show or display negative vibes. I notice when a place is positive everything runs smooth and all are happy.

The co-owner of my beloved senior canine reports being treated by a professional, helpful, and friendly team during a recent dental consult. Concerns were addressed w/empathy and I can wholeheartedly say without doubt that I trust my furry companion is in great hands.

After a recent visit to another business, St. Francis is top notch. The front desk staff, techs, and doctor were really thorough and expressed interest in my questions. I will continue to utilize their services and hope that others have a great experience as I did.
