I only visit the Post Office here on a Sunday if I need to because it is one of the only places open in Central London and surrounding areas. I have not had any problems but the place is small and not much staff as it's part of a convenience store at the cashier area. Sometimes I need to pay for a bill or deposit cash into a prepaid account during the weeked and this place has helped out when most Post Offices close around 1pm on Saturday and closed on Sundays.

This is the most useless post office in London. Don't rely on this service. I have tried three times to return a parcel but they did not let me do that. First time the shop was open but the post office closed. Second time the scan was not working. Third time they ran out of labels.

Usually pretty good but it depends who's working. Never had a bad experience but some staff are more polite than others.
