Great store. Excellent customer service provided by Mohammad at the bakery section. Very efficient, careful about hygiene when providing baked goods and very polite and a respectful person. Needs to move up in his job soon , has great potential. The cashier Fauzan has very polite manners and great customer service skills. Always greets the customer with great respect and serves the customer extremely politely. Has great potential to rise in his career. Way to go! Will visit soon when visiting Pakistan again. A lot of variety and a superior quality of products. Although a little more expensive. Ambience is quite calm and the atmosphere is peaceful. Bakery items r fresh. Grocery items lack variety and so does garment section. Huge variety for kids chocolates and stuff. It has good amount of essential items in grocery and bakery items. It has a eatery as well which is awesome! Lighting and aesthetics r up to the mark and cleanliness is ensured. Car parking is limited. Location is ideal.. adjacent to Shahra e Faisal.

Wonderful place for the shopping of household, Groceries and other daily routine products with a nice Coffee shop at first floor of Springs Store. I was there to buy some Crockery which I couldn't find at other supermarkets of Karachi. Prices here are not too high as I was expected because of the location of Springs. The best thing, this place is ♿ Accessible for the people with different abilities with Accessible entrance and lift.

It was a good experience to go there, its a great place if you are looking to get Imported items easily, although for local products prices are also on higher side. They have maintained the store very well by thier management. Enviorement, cleanliness, customer guidance was there, but found some products in racks without price tag which should be looked by management. Couldn't experience their restaurant but it was looking good.

Very poor business ethics. Firstly overprices atleast over 20% on literally every single local product which is easily available on other stores. If that is not enough they overcharge you a further 14% GST on products which already have that component included in prices. If you like you money, avoid this store at all costs. I really enjoyed going to Springs store because of the variety of vegetables and imported goods they had to offer. If you want to cook something unique and struggling to find the ingredients then give this store a try, most probably you will get the ingredients here. Also they have a website which is a great help for you to find what you are looking for.

No responsive online delivery. Placed order 02:45 no response when we called on spring mart tipu sultan road they are disconnecting our calls and when I call on spring pharmacy they are passing phones to each other since 1st half I am trying to know my status of the order but there is no response from there side. DISAPPOINTED.

Wonderful store for shopping, grocery etc. Regarding the cafe they have upstairs, the breakfast department is weak as they use Dawn Parathas which are absolutely tasteless when served. Scrambled eggs are also absolutely tasteless. So my breakfast experiment at this cafe almost failed. Will try other dishes next time.

Their pharma section is the best ngl. All imported pishposh stuff u want is there. Other than that there is no variety whatsoever. Fewer brands to choose from. Crockery is nice. Good store. Got parking on time. Staff is good. But for some odd reason prices are not mentioned on a LOT of items. The managers and staff all acted clueless about it. The store needs to realize not everyone who walks in is a millionaire and people are price sensitive in these times. Please improve

It was decent... A bit pricy but was for people with high standards... Who like shopping in a western environment. You can find Starbucks and many other imported products here... Not for full fledge grocery shopping but good for quick shopping for emergent products....

Centrally located on main Tipu Sultan Rd. Feels smaller than the DHA one but I havent explored the whole place to evaluate. Has a selection of local and imported products. Always some thing new is coming in. Very nicely built as well. Good shopping experience overall.

Springs supermarket is an excellent grocery store with international standards. Almost everything is available like household items, meat, cosmetics and bakery items. Prices are little bit higher than other stores but we can get fresh items.

Good staff but parking is an issue as well as prices are a bit higher but it doesn't matter as long as you can get imported stuff from here. The problem is only with dairy products as I found almond milk rotten multiple times.

The prices they charge is more than the prices they have mentioned on the product . (Fraud) In addition they charge further 18%gst on products that have already gst included in the retail price.
