This is a terrible washateria. I show up knowing they insist on you putting money onto a card to ensure that whatever money you may have leftover you have to spend there. So I tolerate it and go back. I show up there knowing I will have to use their ATM to get money to load my card because you cannot use your card directly to load the card you have to use their ATM or bring your own cash... The ATM didn't work and neither did one of the cash loading machines and there were tons of people there. I waited in line for 15 minutes before I finally got to the machine and it decided to poop out on me. I talked to a young hispanic girl with headphones and she said she doesn't know if the machine works or not and that she can't call anyone because she doesn't use the machine herself. With customer service like this I don't believe I will be back.

Estoy completamente decepcionado la última vez que agarre una tarjeta las máquinas se tragaban mi dinero y te daba la posibilidad de decirle a la muchacha que te pusiera cualquier lavadora ahora no lo hace y con esto voy a traer lo mismo compré una tarjeta y las máquinas se tragan tu dinero es decir Hoy este día una lavadora grande se comió mi dinero una secadora grande se comió mi dinero en total 499 de la lavadora y como $3 de la secadora grande o 2 y algo qué mal servicio a pesar de que le dije al asistente que esto había pasado me dijo que van a regresar tu dinero y pues desgraciadamente se ocupa el dinero en el momento para seguir lavando o secando tengo una hora y media aquí mi dinero no ha sido devuelto

Don’t bring quarters but bring cash to load on the laundry card. For every wash you’ll get a free dry in the small dryers. Over 10 dryers were out of order. Hot water never works on the washers. Most of the attendants are not helpful. Today the lady working there brought a small boy with her and he was being very rude and telling people to GO AWAY repeatedly! He was getting in the way and not letting people load money on their cards, like myself. Then the attendant thought it would be a good idea to clean everything with vinegar and it smelled awful! Good luck if you go there.

Went in to wash clothes and as usual however, there were tons more broken down machines. More than normal. I went to see if I could get dryer sheet and had none. Workers here are rude. Stay out of their way. Do your laundry and leave or you will get yelled at and cussed at in spanish. Use to be 5 stars now is only 2. Prices for machines have gone up but quality gown down. Will still go back. Still on the best in my area and I don't wanna drive across town. This time place was so trashy and 75% of me Hines broken. Owner won't fix them anymore.

What can I say about this location? They only take cash. However, for the bigger machines, they only take the laundry card, which only takes cash. Oh, the location charges you a dollar to get a new one. Seems that the machines that are out of service have been out of service for quite some time. ATM, at the time of this writing, was also out of service. Vending machines are out of service as well. The owners seem to treat this like the place it is located "ghetto." These owners have three other locations. Would I return? Maybe.

Had to start coming here becuase my apartment complex across the streets laundry facility is absolutely awful and doesn’t dry your clothes. Started coming here and walked in, was pleasantly surprised that there is a place to do clothes and it’s clean! The washers work very well, they have someone wiping down the equipment and the prices aren’t too bad. I’d rather pay a few bucks (3.75 to wash and .75 to dry currently per load) than to have to deal with any place else. THANK YOU SPIN CITY

I don't speak Spanish and the people who work there don't speak English. I ended up leaving because I couldn't figure out how to pay for my laundry. And they couldn't explain to me. Some places you need to buy a card first and then load the card and other places you can just use your credit card or debit card or cash. It's fairly simple. You'd think that they would at least learn that much of English. I have nothing against people from other countries but come on, this is ridiculous.

Fantastic place to do your laundry. Machines are in good condition and there are plenty of them. There's four televisions and a few arcade games and vending machines. There's also free WiFi and they offer a wash dry and fold service too. Because of the virus they're not currently open 24 hours, but are open until 11pm. My preferred time is in late evening and it's not very crowded and the lady who has that shift is awesome. I would recommend this place any time.

Came here to clean my oversized comforter with the wash & fold. I was told to come pick up the comforter at 5pm. When I showed up, there wasn’t any employees working in the store. I tried calling the phone number which seems to be a cell phone number the day of and the next morning, no one responds. This is by far the worst laundromat/ wash & fold experience. I still haven’t received my comforter…. I will check back in another hour. Avoid this dump at all cost

Avoid at all cost. Many machines out of order. ATM out of order. The lady was also out of order. Her response as I simply waited for the restroom: What do you need Do you have money "No I'll use the atm" Woman:Take your stuff out and come back when you have money Okay Bye Now "I'm waiting for the restroom" Woman: No, you're not a customer. Come back when you pay. It was a baffling experience. Behavior is important. Service is important. Why would I return?

(if you wash it yourself): Washing (based on size of the washer) -1 load is $2.50 -3 loads is $3.75 [$1.25 per load] -4 loads is $4.75 [$1.19 per load] -6 loads is $6.29 [$1.04 per load] -8 loads is $7.75 [$0.97 per load] Drying (based on dryer's size) -3 loads is $0.75 [$0.25 per load] -5 loads is $1.25 [$0.25 per load] The customer service can suck, they'll have you waiting for awhile. That's why I suggest doing it yourself.

The machine which preloads money ate some of my money and didn't register all of my bills. The prices on the dryer sheets ect. are not all accurate either. Even if only off by a little bit, having to pay more for a service than is advertised without the ability to get my money back once this issue is figured out is a sure way to make sure a customer like me never returns and it's vocal about warning others.

I enjoyed coming to this place, never go on a Sunday or mid Saturday's it's packed. Their are times I don't mind doing all in one here washing & drying, however the one day I decided I was just going to dry this rude man was peeved I guess, said it's $1.50 plus whatever I use on ONE drier? I had been coming here for almost a year never had a problem til now....

Save your money do not wash here the machines are overpriced do not run a full cycle. You have to purchase a washcard and the chain machine does not give you.the correct chain back and the attendant play dumb and act like they do not speak English call the owner and he is worse than his employees. If could give them no stars I would !!!!

Great parking, lots of room and many machines. Attendant, John, was very helpful and pleasant. Little pricy, (almost $45 for five large loads)but I got all my laundry done in a hour. Must get a card and then put your cash on it first for the machines only take the card. Just don’t overload it cause there’s no refunds. Very clean place.

Clean and well functioning machines. I went mid morning on a Saturday and there were multiples of every size of washer and dryer open. Tips: there was no hand sanitizer out, so bring your own. Also, you must buy a card that you load but the card loader machine only takes cash (not debit/credit). There is an atm, but there are fees.

I love this place! They keep it clean, it's not overly noisy, and they have machines to accommodate different load sizes. There is an attendant there to guide you with instructions to use the machines or to load the laundry cards. No cash!! Cards only. You won't be fighting for machines or waiting because this place has plenty.

It's a pain in the ass to use this place. They make you get a card to operate the machines. You can't just put coins in the machine. And It "cost" extra just to dry you clothes. My dryer doesn't work well, so I figured I could dry my clothes over here. Wrong it is more trouble than it's worth.

They discriminate against service animals and all the machines are always dirty. The lady that takes care of here is rude and yells at customers horrible customer service and the machines take forever to read or tale your money and don't work. I will give the zero star ⭐️

Overall a great place to do laundry. The price was a quarter more to other places but the dryer was very fast at drying clothes on there large one at 35 min and the clothes weren't even damp and one round was sufficient, even tho I had a lot of bath towels and pants.

I've been coming here for a year and a half, and I love it! It's always clean, you never have to wait for a washer or dryer, staff is helpful... Overall, it's a great place to do your laundry. Update... Wrote the top part 11 months ago and still feel the same way.

Extremely clean! Exceptional customer service! Miriam was very welcoming and helpful with assisting me with the equipment for ai only had change and no bills for the machine. So heads up, place uses cards which you will load money on to for washers and dryers.

Rude woman said you have to stay outside of building while your clothes wash and dry. There were people in side sitting at tables, but she wanted me and several others to go outside where its 95*. I won't use this laundromat again.

We are visiting Austin for the first time and just went to this place to do our laundry. The attendant on duty had an attitude about everything we asked her, including how to open the bathroom door for our son. Avoid this place!

Dryers don't dry, got weird black spots all over my clothes & still had to leave with wet laundry, too expensive for equipment that doesn't work & of course not a single employee anywhere in sight, pathetic, absolutely LIVID!!

Was just here and spent $17 on laundry card, when I used my card it wouldn’t work, went back to card machine to get a read on account balance then a black screen came up with red letters saying unaccount doesn’t exist….

This place sucks. I will never come back here again. I feel there is racism with the Lady who works here. She came and took my cart away to give to another custom that spoke spanish and I dont,which I do speak spanish.

This is a new kind of washateria to me where you need a card to do the laundry and you buy the card right there in the laundromat. You pay for it the machines with your card. And buy soap with the card as well.

It's not bad . Probably one of the better ones around town . But no atm . Soap machines broken . Change machine broken . But fairly clean . Oooo and don't ask for help lady at the desk is rude !!!!

The place was clean and all the machines worked fine. The people were friendly and I enjoyed my visit. Very reasonably priced machines and had plenty of different size washers. I will come back.

Pretty bad, the wifi is not working, the hot water is not working as well, and you can't just insert your coins to the machine. You got to purchase their card first.

I was there last week, everytime was clean. The only problem is the morning attendant She is super rude. Everytime I go I have to hear her bad mouthing her bosses.

Great place to wash and dry. Ample amount of machines and I've never had an issue with one. Always someone on staff to help if need. Clean and never too busy.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Machines were quick and well maintained and there's more space than a lot of other places so you can keep socially distant.

When you put close in the dryer check the doors make sure they feel tight lock in when close. If not you heat comes out due to a lose dry door when it runs.

The people are very rude here, and you got to pay extra money if you didn't wash here, I would suggest no one come here. They are ripping people off.

i have them do my laundry every week, but this week all my clothes came back folded inside out and my white sheets were pink. wont ever go back

This is the cleanest laundromat in the neighborhood. Prices are relatively cheap, and machines are in good working order. Staff is helpful.
