Very disappointed with the customer service we got today (20/08/23) from the sales person in ingle farm shopping centre. She shouted to us as she is not available to serve us even we didn’t uttered a word to her. We went there to buy light up shoe for our 6 year old girl. When my child listened her bad attitude towards us she began to shocked and cried. We just go outside and didn’t ask her anything as our child was very frightened because of her very bad attitude. Hello spend less I hope you will get more purchases if you changed that old lady from that shop….

You spend less, you get less. Bought a pair of sneakers under two months ago and the heals have collapsed, they leak water and the sides are splitting. Very poor quality and they haven't been worn very often. However the salesperson was friendly and helpful. Doubt that I'll be going back.

Bought boots there only lasted a fortnight. Took them back the women behind the counter was very abrupt and said I should have water proofed them well that would have been good if I was tolled that at the time of buying them.
