Excellent customer service and also Very humble people. I bought a car Mazda 6 a month ago but later got minor issues and had to call them mentioning the issue. My car was fixed straight away with free of cost. Even when i left the car at the garage the Manager named Joe was giving me update regularly on how long it may take and when to pickup. After my experience, i can tell Mr.Joe is a very humble and genuine person to deal with. I am looking forward to do some more trades and business with them and definately recommending my friends and closed ones to enjoy excellent service of Speed mate Car sales. Really impressed !

I purchased a Mercedes Vito Van from the team at Speedmate. And I was so impressed with Joe and Antonio. They went above and beyond with making the purchase as easy and stress free as possible. Extremely humble and honest gentleman. The Van had a slight electrical fault a week after the purchase, and Joe couldn't have been more helpful in solving the problem asap. Even sending a tray truck to pick it up at no cost to me. Since then the van has been absolutely perfect. Not only did I purchase a van, but I made two friends, in Joe and Antonio. 6 STARS

Recently purchased a van from Joe and Antonio and Speed Mate. They went above and beyond to make it as smooth and easy as possible. I had the car mechanically inspected prior to purchase and for no extra cost they fixed all of the few minor problems with the van as well as detailing it so that it feels and looks brand new. Not only that, but when the van was ready they delievered it to my doorstep and I live over an hour away. Lovely people and absolutely great experience. Very happy with the van - thanks guys!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! Brought a Holden Trax and straight away it was shaking when I drove it out of the car yard. took it back as it was within the three-month warranty period. It took them a month to return my car and the problem is still there. Very disappointed with the service that was not provided. No courtesy car was provided and poor communication. I wish I never brought from here.

Awesome customers service. Manager Joe, will go out of his ways to make sure his customers are happy. I bought a car which it was advertised $7000.00 way out of budget but her did work around it long story short I drove away that same day in the car I wanted fully paid in full/cashed that same day. Wi th a 1 year warranty a couple of month free rego. Highly recommended to everyone.

I have purchard vehicle from him on October and he said its onroad price. Then i got a letter from vicroads saying that i have to pay for vehicle transfer fee and vehicle climate control not working at all. He is keep saying i will do but not responding accordingly. I got my vehicle rego cancelled and now i have to do RWC again to register again. Pathetic experience.

Just over a year and a half after buying a car here and its been in and out of the mechanics every few months. It's at a point where I have spent more on repairs then what the car was worth and these have been issues that would have been known from the get go and the car shouldn't have been sold on the first place. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I found Speed Mate Cars through a family friend who had visited here a while back and had an overwhelmingly good experience with the team. Antonio was really attentive to the needs of my growing family and sold us a car that was exactly what we needed. Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't recommend any more.

Speed mate? More like skata mate. Nobody answers the phones when they did guy could barely speak English told me car was there when I arrived the same day apparently it magically disappeared to the mechanics and never to be seen again. Wouldn’t waste my time with the metal garbage sitting in this lot.

Joe and Antonio are honest hardworking guys who helped me out after buying a vehicle from them by diagnosing a noise that cropped up and we resolved the issue as a team. I felt heard and looked after by them customer service wise and would safely recommend them.

Avoid this disgraceful place. These guys take 1 month to give you the car after you payed. When you get your car it’s full of problems and they tell you “that part is not under warranty”, so you have to spend more money to fix everything. Criminals!

I would never recommend at all, they are really good with words but no action, both cars are now not worth 2cents after a year. 1 was 22k and da other was 14k.
