We drove by Spartan awhile back not realizing we had a place like this nearby and we are so blessed we found it. We signed up my two sons, and they have been attending daily. They have flexible timings which makes it so much easier for us. The value is awesome for what we get. My boys have been doing boxing with our wonderful coach Ken for a month now and I am so pleased with our experience so far. Ken has a great balance in character, tough and kind. He knows how to get the students going and pull a lot out of them but they also love him. He is very patient with my younger son who is less disciplined but he also has successfully been having him do more and more. Both boys are getting so much out of the class because of him. Ken is very dedicated and genuine toward his students and I love that.

I’ve trained in several martial arts gyms in the uae, but this is one of the best gyms when it comes to BOXING, MUAY THAI AND CROSSFIT. They have the best coaches from all around the world also national teams coaches.
