My Hifu face, eyes, neck and décolète and hands was absolutely amazing ! Magdalena is always very thorough , pedantic , meticulous and takes her time to do a very good job ! The results of her work are on my face and I have all my friends comment about my glowing transformation ! My skin is tighter and more even and younger looking in texture, hardly see any wrinkles at all -only a few fine lines - This is my 4th Hifu and the results are pushing in and showing so beautifully I am so pleased - money well spent and I can see the difference and all my friends do too! I have been in the past to many beauty clinics attempting to sort out the hair on my legs,bikini line and underarms! But the hair wouldn't diminish in growth or disappear. I had a very difficult problem with ingrowing hairs and pigmentation from the scars left by the ingrowing hairs. There was even a time when i would pay anything just to see my legs normal again! I was even buying waterproof foundation by the gallon to cover my legs and the unsightly marks. I came to Spaclinic through Groupon and magic happened in a matter of weeks! Not only did the hair that has been lasered with the latest machine seemed to be halved within 4 weeks , but the legs started to clear completely from the scars and pigmentation from before! I was impressed with the results. No more foundation by the gallons! The laser in this place is absolutely amazing...and it actually delivers amazing results.The people working there are very polite and professional and kind and very understanding of all the situations! They have delivered me excellent results and I'm very pleased.. Actually I am so pleased with my results at Spaclinic ,that I have taken my 3 daughters there for the same treatment! Indeed money well spent! The laser machine is of the latest and highest calibre, and deals with a lot of programs tailored for the different individuals. Admit that I was full of trepidation about paying good money for a treatment which I wasn't sure would work. However, I'm now almost at the end of my original six sessions and I am happy to admit that it has been amazingly successful! My legs are virtually hair free as are my underarms and everywhere else I have had the treatment. Read some reviews before undertaking the treatment and expected a suction sensation, slightly tickly and no pain. This was true to start with but as the sessions continue and the level of laser is increased there were times it felt painful. Thankfully, only for a second or two at a time and pain levels varied depending on where I was in my menstrual cycle and the area of the body being treated. I loved that unlike with waxing, you are actually meant to shave the area first - no embarrassing hairy weeks! It is recommended that you do not sunbathe whilst having the treatment so probably best to have it done in autumn/winter months. As the sessions progress you need to wait up to six weeks between treatments. I have one more session left on my legs and can honestly say that I now only have the very odd errant hair. My legs have never been smoother or softer - I have absolutely no underarm hair (won't talk about other lady bits but it has been equally successful). I understand that this treatment works best the greater the contrast between hair colour and skin colour ie. fair skin and dark hair has the best chance of success. The staff that I have dealt with (Magda and Carolina - I think that's her name) have been fantastic. They clearly knew what they were doing and were very knowledgeable about answering all of my many questions. Friendly, professional and very efficient. I'm aware that there have been some negative reviews about Spa Clinique. I can't explain this other than to say that perhaps it was in the early days of the business and I guess there will always be teething issues with any new venture. I have not written this review lightly - I am extremely impressed with the treatments and the staff and can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you ladies!!!

For numerous years now, I have been going to Spa Clinique for non-surgical anti-ageing treatments. My experience at the clinic was always excellent, relaxing and rewording! I just realised I never left appraisal as simply it wasn’t requested from me. I strongly recommend this place and as a regular customer will try to clarify why? Qualified stuff makes your experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly experienced and skilled owner Magdalena always recognises what is best for you, which treatment you need. Magdalena treats you like celebrity, there is only bespoke service, you truly feel unique. The spa always smells beautifully and shines. Magdalena always makes sure you feel happy and you are well informed. Prices are reasonable in comparison to other Clinique’s for the same treatment. Spa is very well equipped with newest technology that is far ahead with my own comprehension unassumingly top. I had many procedures done here and it would be hard to even recollect them all. Yesterday’s Visit: I had my brows shaped and tint – I always trust Magdalena and very happy with the result; 3rd T-Shape on my stomach which already shows visible results, improved tightness of my skin and I can’t imagine how great I will look and feel after 6th and the last treatment; No-Needle Mesotherapy, pain free treatment! First, Magdalena applied Toskani Bio revitalizing complex of acids to remove dead skin cells, lift and to prepare my skin for treatment, follow by Toskani Cocktail of vitamin with active mask and I was resting under smart lux red light lamp. Treatmeant: T-shape and HIFU Reason for treatment: firstly, my main goal for this treatment was to reduce that sallowness in my stomach lower abdominal area as it because wrinkly from stretch marks and less toned after pregnancy which most mums can experience. Although with 5 years of living on a healthy lifestyle eating healthy and exercising everything was toned except that area. It was a skin condition which lost elasticity and collagen. Previous treatments: i have had radio frequency treatments before in 2 different places and i never saw the results i wanted, also to be genuinely fair, i couldnt afford at the time to pay for extra treatments so i always left it half way. SPA CLINIQUE EXPERIENCE: I dont usually write reviews before finishing an entire treatment but i couldn’t wait. I am into my third session of tshape and I am stunned and amazed at the results. My skin is tighter than when i started although it is recommended to wait a full month after the full treatment to see the result but i usually it immediately. The staff are very kind and helpful and always update you if there are any cancellations from other patients. The clinic smells amazing and is very clean. I was treated by the lovely genuine Magdalena who works from her heart, doesn’t rush the process. She is confident in talking and answering all questions and you can tell she is honest, not like other beauticians who only want your money. I will definitely report again for the final result. Conclusion: Pros: Smoother skin (didnt even expect it) Tighter skin Hygiene is on point. (Everything is changed and cleaned) Genuine friendly staff Cons: They are always fully booked (a sign they are fantastic, so always book as early as possible)

This has been absolutely the worse experience of my life. I bought a laser hair removal treatment through Groupon with Spa Clinique. Appointments were cancelled without any notice several times due to machines not working; lack of staff to do the treatment and building work etc. I’m travelling all the way from the North London for at least an hour, just to be disappointed again. At first there was no receptionist to book appointments or reschedule appointments, leading to many errors in their booking system or double bookings. Now they have employed a receptionist, but errors are still frequent. Instead of apologising that they have made a mistake with the booking they blame it on you, every time. Recently I had a booking on the 7th April that I tried to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Catrina informed me that this was not possible due to short notice that was fair enough. I went out of my way to attend my original appointment, when I got there they refused to do the treatment due to their receptionist that cancelled the appointment & rescheduled it. When I didn't show for the rescheduled appointment, that I was told in broken English I couldn't have they cancelled my last booking as well. I have never been treated with so much disrespect! Neatness to say none of their treatments worked, I've got still the hair to prove it! Please don’t waist your time or money

This is hands down the best laser clinic in London. Having tried several places, including what is allegedly one of the top UK clinics on Wigmore St, I had spent a fortune with no results. After only two treatments at Spa Clinique I could already see a substantial difference. I have now completed my laser sessions and am absolutely thrilled- this clinic has the best laser machines on the market, one of which is the only one of its kind in the UK (even though it has been used for years in mainland Europe). Developments in skin care on the Continent have always been ahead of the UK and Spa Clinique is finally making European standard treatments available. The key with laser treatments is not just the quality of the machine but also making sure that you go over the skin slowly and the therapists here are absolute pros. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough and a number of my friends have started here on my recommendation and feel exactly the same way. Their facials are also amazing if you have problem skin (blackheads, rosacea etc)- they are quite intense but the results are well worth it. Some of the other reviews mention issues with cancellations etc- I think this may have been teething problems when the salon first started and became very busy but they now have invested in two laser machines and everything runs like clockwork.

I have recently had a Hifu facial treatment , and was totally wowed by the results . Over the years I have tried everything - RF, threads, fractional skin tightening and collagen stimulation type treatments -and never seen great results . and whilst Intraceuticals is my favourite go to treatment for flawless, dewy, super hydrated skin - offered by Spa Clinique - the Hi Fu was simply outstanding in terms of it really delivers on what it says it does. My main concern being in my late forties, is sacking jowels, wrinkles and just looking my age :( however this amazing treatment has taken 5 years of my face age. Everything is lifted, tighter , sculpted and much much younger! Even better it goes on improving . Absolutely love it the best anti ageing treatment I have ever had. Magdalene is also delightful , charming and such a professional , with a wealth of knowledge and expertise that is really rare to find in London med- clinics. I would also like to praise for another treatment she did for my boyfriend over 2 years ago he had really unsightly skin tags on his eyes, she removed them - again we felt in safe and expert hands. I am going to start of by saying , i am an addict to treatments and I am extremely picky and demanding . This is my honest opinion and review . Some background story before I go on the review . I have been going to A very pricey center in kings road Known as ef medi Spa religiously for two years when I first moved to London ( five years ago ), they were relatively good but quite pricey . When EF medi Spa introduced the T shape they asked clients to pay prior to the machine being avalaible at their center . So I googled T shape and came across Spa Clinique who had the machine and were happy to schedule the appointment for me. Not to mention their price was a fraction to what ef medi Spa charged me and the quality of service is amazing . In ef medi Spa they would spend half an hour on my legs , and charge me a fortune , whereas Spa Clinique charges me reasonable and spend at least two hours , ensuring I get the best value for my money . I built a trust with them , and I come here religiously. I can not recommend them enough , their treatments , the quality of service and price . Ask for Magdalena or Margret , you can never go wrong with any of them. It’s safe to say after three years , this is my go to place in London . Totally worth the trip !!

I have been using Spa Clinique for over two years for both laser and facial treatments and would recommend it without reservation. I used to wax and struggled with ingrown hairs and with laser these have entirely disappeared, as have any little red dots I used to get after waxing on my legs. Now that I've finished my laser sessions I no longer have to worry about hairs and plan only on having a top up once a year. 6 laser sessions are usually recommended, but I would say that the best results come after 7 or 8. I also go regularly for facials and can see an unbelievable improvement in my skin. My pores have become smaller, my skin smoother and I rarely get spots. The therapist, Magda, usually spends almost 2 hours with me and is meticulous and she always gives me an upper body massage when my face is being steamed to open the pores. I have tried lots of places in London for facials, including Bliss and Harrods, and none have made any difference. They were also far, far more expensive. The employees work tirelessly and are really accommodating; I have been in before work for a 7am treatment and sometimes they have stayed open for me until 10pm, but I never felt like they resented it or rushed the treatment to get home sooner.

Have worked in customer service for over 30 years ( including in the beauty sector) and can honestly say never experienced such unprofessional, rude and hugely disappointing result from such an expensive course of treatments. ( Emsculpt Neo) Please go somewhere that cares about their clients, care about how they are treated, care about service recovery and care about providing the best environment, management and above all care about the product/treatment and giving the promised results that you pay for. On two occasions they cancelled my appointment on the day and didn’t care if the treatments needed to be within 5-8 days of each other for optimal results. Magdalena is in the wrong job. Receptionist is lovely but their booking system is useless. On another occasion they didn’t have me booked in for long enough so I had to stop having two treatment areas as another customer was waiting. So unprofessional and couldn’t care less if the treatment was done in the correct manner. Magdalena will no doubt reply to my review ( as it’s actually genuine unlike other ones) but trust me and not their attempts of blanketing over the truth.

I was super sad about my appearance after my separation of a long term marriage (feeling old and unattractive) and I sent an email to Spaclinique asking about a specific treatment. I spoke to Magdalena and she booked an app a few days before the new year (2022 to 2023). I have to say, and this is a completely honest review, that what happened after this appointment brought tears to my eyes: I was not only treated as a client but also as a special person that needed a holistic approach. Magdalena treated me in a very kind way, giving me a honest advice about my appearance and my aesthetic needs. She also considered my mental health. I fell in love with Magdalena and her staff: they are attentive, generous, kind, and always respected my busy life as a mum and full-time working parent. I've done Fontona4D and I can only say that I've received so many compliments that, sometimes, I get embarrassed. Warning DO NOT do laser hair removal with this company. In July 2012 I paid a large some of money for laser removal. After the first treatment my entire legs were burnt and very sore. The salon told me this was a normal reaction and use bio oil and aloe vera gel. However the burns did not reduce. I contacted the spa and told them I do not want to take the risk of any further treatments and requested a refund. The manager agreed written back advising me that they had narrowed the cause to "recent internal laser system and customer service update" I am still waiting for a refund and furthermore still have significant scarring on my legs. I have now working with lawyers to help me with this case however the company claims they have no insurance. Please be warned this spa is not professional as they failed to carry out adequate patch tests. They continued with the treatment despite me having a adverse reaction to the patch test. Breached Consumer Protection Act in supplying goods which were defective

I had my first laser hair removal treatment just 3 weeks ago and was sceptical due to the reviews listed here. I must say it went well, the therapist was extremely patient due to my obvious low pain threshold and I am pleased to say even though most of my treatment was done at a low level the results have been excellent. I would like to mention there are 2 things to remember before posting bad reviews; 1. If it hurts tell the therapist to avoid your skin being burnt, if you dont tell them how can they help. 2. Under no circumstances tan your skin, the best laser treatment results come from light skin and dark hairs no matter what the sales person tells you. Do your research. If you can not live without a tan for a year don't do it. Thank you Spa Clinique for your patience with me and if the following treatments are like the first I will be be a very happy customer indeed. I am glad I ignored the 2 remarks listed here and gave it a go as my experience was pretty good.

Magdalena is hands down the best beautician I have ever been too - My skin has never ever looked better - After the treatments I have completed with her so far - my skin looks dewy, bouncy and fresh - my pores are minimised and everything is lifted (I had the HIFU treatments and am in the process of getting the Elixis ultra 360 treatment) ... I have also been getting the ELM sculpting treatment for my bum / thighs and tummy and everything already is more toned / tight and sculpted (the full results will start to show in a few weeks - I only recently completed the treatment) .... I have recommended so many of my friends and even my boyfriend to go and see Magdalena - they have equally been excited and happy about their results ! She is honestly the best - she will be straight with you about her opinion in conjunction with your wants / and recommend something in line with what she really thinks would work best for you. Very unprofessional so much confusion with the appointments the miscounted my laser session. for them it is ok if they cancel your appointment but if you cancel your appointment they make a big deal and charge you both ways. They staff are very fake and rude I spent £1800 for laser I didn’t see any improvement even my hair become more thicker by shaving. Every time they count less my sessions, they just want to take money from you they don’t care about anything else. They burn my under arms, stomach and private parts. I am going to take some legal action but just wanted to let you all aware This is the worst laser Clinique!! don’t waste your time the manager and the staff argue with each other in front of costumer the worst experience in my life. They stop you in the middle of your session and ask if they can take do someone else small part so much confusion with sessions I will never want to go to them anymore please don’t waste your time.

When you first step into SpaClinique you will be amazed by their level of professionalism and care. I always experience outstanding customer service and they have given me great results when I had laser hair removal, deep cleanse facial, mani pedi and full body wrap! They always deliver the best results with all the treatments they offer and cater for all skin types (which is such a relief!) ! I have completed my sessions of laser and it has been great, the owner is extremely professional and the staff are fantastic in all their services. FULLY recommend this place! My aunt had pigmentation removed from her hand which she had for the past 20 years and the results are amazing!! I have been coming here the past 2 years and recommended all my family and friends (even my dad) and everyone has had a positive experience of this place. Brilliant!

I never leave poor reviews, but this time I must say something. Aside from the unfortunate events (the therapist running 40 minutes late & the card machine not working), I’m very disappointed by the facial I had here. I picked the place as it has good online reviews, but my experience wasn’t good. The therapist was nice, but overly rough performing the extractions - my face was painfully swollen with over-squeezed blemishes when I left. 3 days later, I still have at least a 1/2 dozen scabs + pigmented spots on my face where the skin has been damaged from over-squeezing. (I told her several times I’m sensitive to hyperpigmentation) I’m so very disappointed a professional would treat skin in this way. I should have left during the treatment instead of trusting the professional. The worst part is she believes she did a great job.

I have been using Spa Clinique for various treatments including laser hair removal, facials, manicure and pedicure. Each time I was professionally treated with useful advice, kindness and care. The darker the hair you have the better the effect of laser removal is, so if you are blonde it might not be as effective - do your test with a member of staff beforehand. Also, it is important to stay away from the sun as advised - for few weeks before and after each session to protect the skin. I really improved the state of my skin by means of various facial treatments available in Spa and it is always a pleasure to have my nails done in the nice and comfortable environment. The place is beautifully decorated and equipped to a very high standard and I have been always served with a cup of tea and other refreshments.

I wouldn’t even rate this place! I had IPL treatment booked with SPA Clinique 4 years ago. First session went well but the second session... they burnt my skin, ruining my tattoo and creating an infection at my ankle a month before my wedding. I opened a lawsuit with the Clinique for the damage and to get back the money I didn’t had to get further treatments. The judge awarded me a compensation for the damage but the owner is still not paying. And she’s just finding excuses. I can’t believe she’s still in business while I’m scarred for life. Please if you were to even consider going to this place, make sure you are fully insure and protected. You never know what damage they can do to you!

Wonderful caring staff. They truly care about your concerns and have the tools and experience to make a real difference. Magdalena and her team are sweet and professional and always put you at ease and work hard to perform miracles. I can highly recommend the laser hair removal, t-shape, HIFU and most recently the amazing signature facial. I don't normally think facials etc are worth the the money but SPA Clinique is different. Most amazing clinic, from decor, to treatment, to staff! I first went to the Spa Clinic enquiring about hair laser removal because a lot of friends and family had been and reccomended it to me and Magdalena told me why not try Tshape as I suffer from Lymphoedema, so I put the laser on hold and went on to try Tshape. I was always worried that i had spent a a lot of money on the treatment and wouldnt see a result but to be honest the results I have now are 100% worth every penny spent, theres such a difference from when I started to now. Had a TERRIBLE experience with their laser service. Had appointments cancelled as their laser machine was not working (several times). I was told the machine would be ready for my next session....it wasn’t. Hair cycle was missed THREE times for this reason. To get the best results from laser hair removal the hair cycle must not be missed. Also, on one occasion I turned up to my appointment (having paid for a childminder and paid for parking) to be told my appointment was cancelled! Took a while to get some and not all my money back from them. Avoid for laser hair removal. Magdalena is all nice as lovely until things go wrong, she was a nightmare to deal with.

Worst laser clinic EVER! They speak a different language when you are there which makes you feel as if they are talking about you which is not professional at all! I was also left with a scar on my neck and all over my legs which I had showed them and they did nothing about and told me it was normal (which it wasn't). They would not listen to how painful the process was for me and still kept on rising the strength of the laser. I was not offered any of my money back instead hassling me to return to their clinic for more treatments. The laser hair removal didn't work and they just ate up my money! Please guys if you care about yourself DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

So I moved to leeds recently and still travel 3 hours to have a facial here with the ladies. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and tailor to your needs. I have had a full body laser treatment which has worked wonders as I am asian and have very hard skin, i no longer have to worry about embarrassing moments. I also have their oxygen facials which I cant go without, ladies trust me they make you look 10 years younger without any evasive procedures. Skin is left hydrated and your make up will just glide on. I look forward to coming back and trying a full body massage and scrub .. along side my usual facial. Thank you once again for taking care of me.

Outstanding clinic! The whole team is extremely friendly and there is very pleasant atmosphere. Magda, who is the manager, is probably the loveliest person I have ever met but most of all she is very knowledgeable, offers spot on advice on required treatments and is very skilled. I had recently treatment for spider veins removal from my legs and face and couldn't be happier with the service and the results. I will be definitely coming back as it's difficult to find such an unique clinic, which can be trusted. I will have next facials and laser hair removal - can't wait. I highly recommend Spa Clinique!

This Clinique despite some bad reviews is really professional, has a great stuff and atmosphere. Sometimes very busy and i could see some confusion at the reception, but they are trying the best and they take care of a client with great kindness. I started the laser treatment, done 4 sessions and the results are fantastic! Almost all of my hair is gone and it's a miracle for me as I was veery hairy.. I would recommend this place everybody-to relax, to have a nice facial treatment or to get rid of these horrible hair on unwanted places!:)

I've been coming to see Magdalena and her team for my laser treatment for the past few months and it has been the most fantastic experience. Results are incredible, the clinic is lovely, clean and everyone is so nice and professional. Without a doubt, this clinic is deserving of 5 stars and more. I love having my body treatments at Spa Clinique. Magdalena and the team are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and service oriented. They advise me on the best and most efficient treatments. Magdalena runs an amazing practice, an exceptionally clean place with very effective, yet non-invasive treatments. Always cheerful, she goes out of her way to accommodate her client’s busy schedules, even if that means sometime coming in on her day off. She has recommended treatments that I have either never thought about or had thought but was too cautious to try: each and every one has been a success. I feel fortunate to have this salon in Fulham.

I have been having problems with my cellulite for years and the girls at the clinic recommend a treatment plan using EMSCULPT and Tshape. I have not even finished the course yet and I am so impressed with the results. I wish I came here sooner. They have also started laser on my bikini line which has always been a massive insecurity and now I can finally be in a bikini and confident. After trying many things on my post pregnancy stomach, which is covered in stretch marks and loose skin, I have noticed amazing results after just after three treatments! Using both T-shape and Hifu is the ultimate combination for stimulating collagen and is the newest technology on the market. Fully recommend this place. I have been a customer for a while and always feel very well looked after by the friendly and professional staff. Usually go for facials, face lifting, manicures and pedicures. Love their attention to detail. Lately started the laser treatment and it worked perfectly well with me. I LOVE the results. As far as I know their laser is pretty much the best in the market. Highly recommend it! No more shaving whoop whoop :)

Amazing experience at the Spa Clinique. The staff is lovely and very knowledgeable. Mangdalena has been an absolute sweetheart. I got laser hair removal done 6 years ago on my legs and I couldn’t find a better place to get my face and underarms done. Just after three sessions I have 90% less hair. I live round the corner from the Clinique and have been going there since they first openned. The staff are very professional friendly and attentive always providing me with the best advice. I have sensitive skin having undergone treatment for acne. This place gives the best facials. I have also had some amazing massages here! Worst ever. Don´t worth your money. They don´t keep what they promise, a lot of confusion with the appointments (they never reply to any email and when you try to call them they don´t pick up the phone). They tend to cancel them all the time and after you paid they start saying that some parts of your agreed zones are not included. Loads of hair removal cliniques better than this one.

What an amaizing place! I've had few treatments done for my face- Fotona 4D and mesotherapy- and body- Fotona and EMscuplt Neo. I love the results! My face looks fresher, nicely volumed with no changes to my mimic, eyes doesn't look that tired any more! Body treatments helped to bring back nice shape and confidence. I have been to the beauty spa Clinique on Fulham road and I felt like a princess. The environment it's worm and the people are welcoming and very kindly! Terrible! Don't go there for Lazer treatment. The person doing my arms did such a rush job it probably took her only 3 minutes to do both my arms. It was a waste of money I still have a lot of hair on both my arms after 6 sessions! How ridiculous is that? I don't know how anyone can give them a good rating unless spa clinque bought them.

Magdalena is such an attentive aesthetician and really cares for her clients. I came here for a facial and was struck by the care she took of every person coming in to the clinic. My facial was excellent giving me the results I desired. They also followed up after to see if I was happy and if I needed anything.

I have had a really bad laser hair removal experience with big patches missed, burnt skin and areas of my tattoo ruined. After five sessions I have had little to no results. I wouldn't recommend.
