The member of staff I spoke to today is possibly the most obnoxious individual I've had the displeasure to encounter. He refused to search fir a parcel I had (unfortunately) arranged to collect because I didn't know the date the post office delivered it!and because the parcels are piled high and in chaos he's not prepared to search for it! I'm currently complaining to post office about his unprofessional and quite frankly rude unacceptable behaviour.

I always have to queue here, always. They are not the fastest in the world and you have two windows one of which is always closed. On the other hand I've never had a problem with any package. It's nice I don't have to walk to Peckham or Camberwell town centres to get a package and that's the best thing of this place. As a lot of post offices in London this is inside an store which was kinda strange to me the first time I saw it.

A little surprised by the number of scathing reviews here (although i notice many of those are from years ago). Yes, they should open both windows during busy times or when delays occur. Yes, there's always a bit of a queue but very rarely a very long one. They're pretty competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I've never had a problem with any transaction. So not perfect, but not bad!

Literally the worst service EVER. I usually have already paid for my parcels which means I take around 1 minute to actually serve. I'm often in queues that can last between 30 - 50 minutes. There is 1 man who serves and it is just far too busy for 1 person. Many customers take up a lot of time so there really needs to be some sort of quick parcel drop off option.

The guy is rude and time wasting. Waiting outside on the cold for over 45 minutes when he decide to come out and said shouting at customers that he will go on his lunch at 1 o'clock and back at two. A is faster than him. This post office should look for a faster person with manner and respect for customers not like this guy who show not sing of any manners.

Waited 40mins in queue whilst he served ONE customer. 5.30pm he turned off the counter lights and refused to serve the remaining queueing customers (at least 8 people). No apology, no update. They shouldn't be serving customers with big jobs - send them to Camberwell Green where they have more than one counter. Rude man..

Horrible! Arrived there at 12.15 with few people ahead and even more behind me queuing. At 12.30 without a word he just switched off the light and put up the position closed sign and walked out! Didn’t say a word to any of us. So rude, unprofessional and a massive time waste for all of us waiting.

Love my local revamped post office & Cost Cutter. Great friendly family run business. Counter staff were extremely helpful in advising how I can cost effectively send my packages helping me save £17(!) on postage just by letting me know I could remove 18grams so it's within weight limit. Awesome!!

funcionan muy rápido, son muy eficientes como todo lo inglés,la ubicación es correcta. Los empleados son bordes pero bueno como todos los funcionarios de correos de todas partes del mundo. La estética está muy cuidada en comparación con las oficinas españolas.

Worst post office. Unbearably slow, they don’t open during lunch, they’re happy for people to go in without a face mask. Only ever one person working there, and the queue usually starts outside. Expect to wait well over an hour if you’re posting on a Friday.

I agreed on the slow services and long line, but overall it's not that bad at all, and everything is fine for the small-family-running-stores. But 2 over 5 my packages were missing and I hate the way the avoid ....mostly everything …

An oasis of calm compared to the main post office on Peckham High Street. Sure, they may only ever have one window open, but I'm never kept waiting very long. Maybe I'm just lucky.

THIS IS THE BEST POST OFFICE EVER! THE GUY IS ALL ALONE BUT IS LIKE A SPEEDY MACHINE HE ALWAYS DO HIS BEST WITH A SMILING FACE JUST A KIND HEARTED UNDER ALL THE PRESSURE HATS OFF

Terrible post office with appalling service. Plus none of the staff and very few of the customers were wearing masks. Stay away if you’re worried about your health.

It’s a post office, hence there will be a queue. I go there when I know that I am not rushing so I won’t get stressed. Never had problems with the service :)

Hugely impressed with the service from the new counter staff, 1000x better than previously. Efficient, queue flows well.

Never open when it says they will be. Wasting their customers time. They clearly don’t care about us. Very frustrating

Website needs to be updated - says they’re open til 1730 but showed up and there’s a sign that they’re closed at 1715.

Can get busy (like every post office) but I'm usually served very quickly and efficiently by staff!

customer service is always great. i come here often, and always met with a nice smile and service!

Won’t accept large parcels. But will gladly let you queue for 30minutes holding a large parcel.
