About over an hour ago, my fridge/freezer, microwave, TV, internet, electric heaters etc all suddenly stopped working, even though my lights still remained on and were working fine. I Googled for Emergency Electricians and South London Electricians appeared in the results. I called and within a couple of rings, Adrian answered the phone. I described what had happened and he advised that he would video call me back so that he could see my fuse boxes (which I learnt date back to the 80s...). Adrian talked me through what to do and what to check. Within 15 to 20 minutes, all was resolved! I checked my sockets in each room to see if power was back and it was. Adrian recommended that I purchase extra fuses which would be tricky to find because of how old my fuse boxes are. Adrian Googled a nearby supplier (TLC in East Croydon) who stock these specific fuses and gave me the fuse codes too! I cannot recommend Adrian enough, what an excellent professional. A bit of a late one! Back in May 2019 I had some issues with my electrics where the whole of downstairs the electrics cut out. I called South London Electricians who were very helpful in that they offered some guidance and things to try over the phone to see if that would resolve the issue. This was very helpful as if one of the options had worked it would save someone having to come out. In the end I had to call out the following day and after isolating where the fault was electricity was finally restored downstairs. The electrician took his time to explain each step. Definitely recommend!!

I had an emergency electrical situation caused by some dubious plumbing work and had to find an emergency 24 hour electrician late on a Friday night. Luckily I called South London Electricians and spoke to Adrian who got me to send some photos of my fuse boxes and set up. He then called me back and told me what to do to rectify the situation, he made no attempt to charge me and was extremely helpful. This company will be my electrician of choice from now on, it’s rare to find a place with such excellent customer service.

Adrian helped diagnose a problem in my building via a video call, saving me the call out charge and giving me peace of mind. He then came the next morning, confirmed the issue and advised on the 2 options, whilst also identifying an issue which Power Grid UK needed to resolve. Adrian gave a detailed quote and then carried out the work quickly, cleanly and professionally whilst keeping within budget. Problem has been fixed and I will definitely use Adrian again for any future electrical requirements.

Adrian was fantastically helpful when I found myself at 11.30 on a Saturday night with my smoke alarm going off and not knowing what to do. I phoned him in a panic to ask for help. Adrian got me to take a picture of the alarm so that he could identify the model and then he proceeded to guide me through disconnecting it. He saved me £75 call out charge and with his help I was able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes and then to get a good night sleep. A big thank you!

It is hard to find electrician with a sensible approach so we were very happy to find one. We had bathroom light problem that Adrian identifed quckly and before we know it, it was all fixed and working again . Called these guys in to do what seemed to be a simple job of connecting some portable buildings up. Turned out to be a much bigger job as it turned out there was no electricity supply despite what we had been told. Work carried out to a high standard. Kept informed at all times plus Adrian and his team did a few extra non electrical jobs too! They take pride in their work and I cannot fault them.

EDF installed a new smart meter at our property but our fuse board wouldn't turn back on afterwards. Used video link to examine my wiring and fuse box and let me now problem was outside property and what to do. With the temperature falling it would have been the easiest thing in the world to have come out and charged me a fortune too. So glad people like this still exist.
