I wish I could give this place a higher rating because the manager was very nice. But part of the greatest google food critic in Toronto means staying objective, so no can do. Was in the area and felt like having some Thai food for lunch. Looked at a few places in the area and this was the only place I considered as not being overpriced. Ordered chicken red Thai curry for $12 pre-tax and it came with spring roll. Curry smelled very good but was very watery, which is always a red flag. Curry was relatively blend. The chicken tasted old and dry, an amazing feat by the chef being able to make dry chicken in sauce. Bamboo was good, but could've been better had the curry not been so blend. Portions were pretty good. Spring roll was a nice touch, with the sweet sauce it served as a nice dessert. I'll call this a fair meal given it's priced lower than neighborhood peers. Good portions, bad quality. Would not recommend, would not repeat. 3 stars

Wouldn't return. Wouldn't recommend. I mean, I do live at Eglinton, but you know there's a problem when an Asian kitchen only has old white folks eating at prime time lunch. "Pad Thai"- bland, no wok-hei, not even a slight resemblance that it was anything other than microwaved straight from the instant meal section of Shoppers across the road. Essentially Thai Express. - no bean sprouts - no tofu cubes - no dried shrimp - no colour - no heat - spring onion instead of chive I resisted the urge to try this place for so long, probably should have resisted further. Stick with PAI. Takes AMEX. $15-$20pp.

Been to this place many times. It's as authentic as you can get outside of Thailand. Majority of the times you'd not only see Thai descent people having food here but also other people as well. The staff is extremely welcoming and sweet. And food as I mentioned is very good! We discovered their fried tamarind snapper last time and now it is our main preference to have! It's just the right size for two people and fried to perfection with crispy skin and soft meat. But not for those who have a problem with fish bones as the fish has small bones. But worth the effort!!! To finish the meal, order their sticky rice with mango and you'd be ordering it again and again and again!

Good place to go for some nice Thai food with good prices. The lunch specials are good deals, it’s generally 1 dollar off the regular prices plus one spring roll or one soup, so really nice deal for around 13-15 dollars. Personally haven’t run into any sanitary issues so far, this place is definitely on my list of lunch spots

Bland. Strongly recommend going elsewhere for thai in the area. Ordered takeout for me and a friend. The food was mediocre and bland. I had to add a lot of lemon and season the food myself to finish my food. My friend ended up throwing her food out. I love Thai food and eat a lot of it. This was very disappointing and on the lower end of the spectrum. Could have cooked better at home.

I will fight anyone who tries to claim Sorn Thai is not the best chicken pad thai in Toronto. And I don’t mean that figuratively, I will literally fight anyone who says otherwise. Sorn Thai is an absolute treasure and should be protected at all costs

Their thai is pretty damn good. Shrimp rolls was nice and the soup is plentiful. The chicken in the Hot and sour soup was not good, they could've done with the chicken and put more vegetables. Coconut soup was delicious and the broth was outstanding. Their Pad Thai is amazing. I will definitely go to try something else. Friendly staff, comfortable seating. Great experience. Parking is about $3.00 and hour on Yonge.

Honestly, the quality has gone down over the years. I was there today and was disappointed with the quality of food. Sure, the service was great - 10/10, but the food was bad. Whoever is in the kitchen is not inspired, is probably underpaid and doesn't care. It shows. I'm never going back here ever again. You've lost a customer who loves Thai food, but this place is no longer an option for me.

This place knows it’s demographic. There’s no spice in any of the food. Portions are huge. Even the hot sauce was more sweet than spicy. If you’re looking for authentic this is NOT the place. But if you’re looking for westernized Thai, i think it’s pretty solid.

The food is average at best. The flavors are mild and subdued almost bordering on boring. This is probably to cater to the predominantly white clientele (no offense, I know it's hard to handle spices if you don't eat them often). Service is decent, the servers are quick and polite. We ordered the red curry and the pad kra pao. Both came with rice and soup.Where

So delicious and staff is so kind and accommodating ! Food is always ready quickly, prices are very reasonable and large portion sizes. My favourite dishes are the chicken pad Thai (if I want spice I request medium Spicey), green curry, and Thai bbq beef. Lovely spot with great food and would recommend!

I bought food here a few times. But this time my Pad Thai came with hair, I felt so bad it shouldn't have happened. Anyone who cooks should have a hat or a hair net. I read reviews before, didn't think I'd see it myself. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Definitely not going back!!

Has the mango salad, satay chicken, and chicken skewers. The food was hot and tasty. Loved the mango salad and the peanut sauce. The restaurant has dining in now. The tables are spaced out and everything is clean. The waitress even checked on us if we were feeling comfortable dining in. We were …

Great service, very delicious food. This spot is a hidden gem with such lovely curry. I got the green curry and it was a good spice level. Their spring rolls are also better than most places. It’s not normally my favourite thing, but this was absolutely delicious and I would get it again. More

I scheduled a delivery for 1:30pm from Ubereats. The driver(he arrived on a bike) didn’t deliver the food until 2:40pm. Not only that, but the majority of the sauces had spilled into the plastic bag it was carried in. As somewhat of a regular customer, this was very disappointing, More

Service was exceptional and friendly. Came in for lunch and food came quickly. It is basic thai but still delicious. Their spring roll was fresh but also oily...could've used some oil absorbing. Prices are decent and not considered overpriced for the area.

  • Miss Decadanz

The food is very low quality, we ordered a pad thai and spring rolls, the rolls were greasy with zero flavor, the pad thai was blend, the tofu was bitter and shriveled up. Totally gross.

Popped in as walking by, I'm from the UK staying with my daughter who lives in the area. The food was amazing, fresh and fast. The pad Thai was delicious. Chicken satay divine and coconut sticky rice the best I've eaten. Highly recommend. More

Ordered a take out. The weirdest thing was they give their curry in a smaller box. This is very unusual as compared to other restaurants and not value for money. The curry although had a lot of chicken pieces the actual curry sauce was very

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who said the food was great. Dined here with my boyfriend and I became a believer. Though the place is not as big, one may have to wait a little while to be seated. I ordered the chicken pad thai

This is a very nice local Thai restaurant. The place is small and quiet and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and food was delivered fast and fresh. I always love coming here for a nice Thai dinner that won't hurt my wallet.

My husband and I dined in for dinner and service was wonderful; the staff are lovely and attentive. The food came very quickly and we enjoyed most of the dishes (ordered appetizers of spring roll and chicken skewers, main of red curry

Been there couple of times and they do provide really good Thai dishes. Love their calamari and lemon grass soup. Other curry dishes are good too.
