I've waited to leave this review for 3 weeks. I literally ordered 2 ice cream cones and 2 slashes. I've been waiting over 10 minutes and there's not even anyone here. This has been a pattern I've noticed over the past 3 weeks. It never was like this when the I want to say Indian guy was in charge. I ordered on the app every time and still, for 3 weeks or more, I wait FOREVER!!! what's going on here??? I used to brag about "my sonic" being the best location. Can't say that anymore. Update 11/14/21: I ended up just asking for a refund because it was taking so Iong. I had to leave to pick up my daughter from a birthday party down the street. I pushed the red button and Jason, the manager responded. I told him that I'd been waiting 12 minutes for 4 simple things and that I ordered ahead of time through app as well. I explained that I didn't understand the long wait as only 3 cars were there and they had 4 visible employees. He never offered a explanation or apology. He said it's on it's way out now. I said no I would rather have a refund because now I wouldn't trust the stuff after I just "went off" (I honestly didn't though, just expressed that I'd waited too long and wanted a refund because I needed to leave) before I even finished my sentence of saying I'd rather have a refund, Jason cut me off and cheerfully/sarcastically said "ALRIGHTY" and deactivated the red button. This place is being run by a bunch of immature and unprofessional kids. With the exception of a young black girl. Really wish I had her name to give her praise. She's really showed that she's been raised right and has some sense. I'm my opinion, she should be the manager. I ended up leaving to pick up my daughter and once I returned I asked for refund. She was courteous, polite, patient, understanding and professional in helping me. Thank you young Queen. Keep that up and I see you going far in life. Good luck to you!

Left at the speaker for about 5 minutes. I honked to get someone to aanswer speaker. The car behind me left, as we assumed that it was not functioning properly. Came up to the line. I waited for the 2 vehicles in front of me to complete their orders. I came up to the front and still no one acknowledged me. I waited attempted to flag someone down, when I hear the speaker behind me, functioning just fine for another car... Left, after waiting and wasting 10 mins of my lunch. Called that particular Sonic to speak to a manager, and leave my comment/complaint The young woman that answered had an attitude from the second she answered and I asked for a manager. She claimed to be the manager but refused to give me her name, and asked what happened, I explained to her that I was left unattended the entire 10mins and her response was "I'm sorry. Im the o ly taking orders, when we didn't answer you should of flagged us down. Get out of ur car and come inside.." and literally said, I'm not gonna give u my name because I didn't do anything wrong and I shouldn't get a complaint." There are so many things that are wrong with the above but I refuse to waste any further time. Last time I visit this particular Sonic, will advise everyone I know to visit any other Sonic location but this one.

All these reviews are correct. They are young and don't care. No one answered the drive thru nor the pull up. 10 minutes out comes my food, but only half of it after I waited 10 minutes already....so another 15 minute wait for some french fries and chili cheese tator tots....which meant the food I already had...yea cold....I ordered a Oreo blast and got vanilla ice cream in a cup with chocolate chip sprinkles on top...no need to complain cause I would've had to wait another maybe 30 min.... I am a guest in town working who got off after 9pm...first and last time...$25 is too much money for bad food and a order taker overtalking you when they KNOW they got your order wrong. Please dont respond to me with an apology like you did everyone. Just fix the problem or close the store. Stop stealing peoples money by offering bad food and customer service. We, the people don't deserve it.

Waited for five minutes to get someone to answer the drive through and since no one answered I moved forward and waited. New customers came through and got service, so I called one of the servers and took my order but since I didn’t place the order through the drive through my order got place after the other 5 customers. So had to wait but I was there before the other 5 customers. Then the order was wrong and the change was short and there answer was “we don’t have change” but had to wait for them to correct the order and had to wait some more time. The other review was right the one on northwest hwy is better also the the one on Greenville.

Very slow and how they manage to always screw up my order every time . Just a simple drink , nothing special, just a slushy. I’m done with Sonic . I will not return Edit: To reply to “ Owner “ 1. We waited a long time for cold food and a weird car hop to stare in to my eyes and say nothing while I'm asking for honey mustard. She walked away saying nothing of her return. But a few moments later she had returned. Again she said nothing with her bright hair and eyes deep brown almost black, staring deep into soul she handed me a bag full of honey mustard, ketchup, and ranch along with the tater tots that was missing from my order. She backed away. Stood there for a second. Then walked away. The tater tots where also cold.

The junk food was deliciously made and filled our hungry bellies momentarily. We left early and didn't eat before we left so we were hungry for a snack and thirsty for a drink. The waitress was very sweet and very kind and the food was fresh. At least as fresh as starchy greasy fried food can be. It's Friday and Friday is a junk day. Thank God we don't eat like that everyday but it's good for a snack or a treat here and there.

SHOUT OUT TO SONIC! I have been going to this location for about 3 years and NEVER had any issues. This was a LONG overdue review to show some love to my go to FAST FOOD joint in the area. Employees are always top notch- especially TEDDY!!!- and the food is always correct and fresh! I can't recall any instance my order has been incorrect or cold- but I know if it ever was- they would make it right! My opinion my be biased based on my personal experiences- but if you have ever had an issue or a situation that made you not want to come back- I urge you to TRY AGAIN!

As far as Sonics go, a solid 8/10. Went At night, About 10:30 on the way home. The Service was Fast enough, Given they didn't have many customers at the time. Both the Drive ups and Drive through was receiving service. Our food was correct, and Hot, Made to satisfaction. However, they did turn the lights off at 11, while we were still parked there; Contrary to their sign saying they close at 12. Staffed seemed to be mostly teenage/Young adult. All in All, Solid Sonic if youre looking for a permanent to Visit as a regular.

Fast and friendly service they finally hired someone else to help Juanita the young lady that worked there by herself every morning. Juanita is very friendly and very quick to get the orders out. Juanita remembered me and I haven't been there in a while. Juanita is always friendly and always has a smile on her face. I will continue to go here just because of Juanita.

I waited 15 minutes just for "3 cups of ICE"‼ You mean to tell me, NO ONE IS SMART ENOUGH to simply fill 3 cups of ice "as they're making orders w/ drinks" and just bring it out with that other?? You CAN'T CONFUSE THE CUPS.. Mines are JUST ICE‍♀️‍♀️ But, I'm going to ⬆️ my ⭐rating because there was only 1 hopper working. (Poor guy) Plus I've been wanting this delicious crunchy ice for days.. But guys- YOU REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THIS.

I generally don't review fast food restaurants, but seeing the previous reviews of this location bummed me out and did not reflect my experience here. The service was great, the food was fresh and hot, and the drink was refreshing (I almost forgot to order a drink until the magical box asked me if I wanted one, thank you!)

Really horrible experience at this place. Took ten minutes for anyone to even answer the intercom. Ordered one drink, easy ice, and it took twenty minutes to get my one drink out to me. On top of that, they filled the ENTIRE cup up with ice -- I got maybe a small size's worth of drink in a Route 44, and I had asked for easy ice *twice*. Just annoying. A drink that usually lasts me all day lasted me maybe fifteen minutes -- and it took longer than that to get it to me.

I live nearby this location and I have NEVER been able to get anyone to EVER answer the intercom. They don't answer the intercom from the drive thru or one of the spots to pull up to. This is ridiculous. How can Sonic corporate keep this place still active? I would love to give Sonic by my house business, but you guys force me to drive several miles away to go somewhere else. Get better.

My Girlfriends Mom is in a local Assisted living facility. Judy wanted Sonic as her special treat when all of us came to visit, so we went to this Sonic which is located close to the Assisted living facility. We got a Hamburger and tater Tots. Judy loved the special meal we brought her, she Loves Sonic. The car person at Sonic was fast and efficient. Judy said the food was good. So thank you Sonic for a job well done.

There was an issue with communication. I could not understand the drive thru person. The wait for two drinks and pretzel was a bit long since it was empty and nearly 9pm, but the food was good and the out side of the restaurant was clean.

Go to another restaurant around. Or go to another Sonic. No one here can speak clearly. They have forgotten things in my food several times. They charge for water even if you are buying 10 dollars of food. They take too long. I sit there and wait forever to order.. I sit there and wait about 20 minutes for my food. The people here either cant speak clearly or can't understand you (made worse by intercom)

I don’t visit this location often, I made a small order, which was two drinks, and some Cinnabon’s with cream cheese dip. I waited a while, they brought me the drinks only, said they would be back with the Cinnabon’s, I waited a long while, and finally just told them they could cancel it because I couldn’t wait any longer. They did give me a coupon to get a free item when I go again which was nice.

I ordered a breakfast burrito and a drink and 25mins later I got it. When I finally hit my food it was fine. It was warm and what you would expect. The only highlight was the car hop was sweet and friendly and he said that 3 people had quit in the last week. So maybe they are just going through a rough time right now but if you're in a hurry I'd stay away from this location.

We went through the drive-thru and the staff was great but a real downside to this experience was that Sonic does not allow the customer to tip on the credit card transaction if you go through the drive-thru. I was really disappointed at this because I wanted to give the young man a gratuity. It was very nice and cordial and respectful and was deserving of one.

Do not go to this sonic. I ordered my food and sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement that it was coming or being made or anything. I ended up driving away while what looked like the only two employees inside were just wandering around aimlessly doing nothing. Thanks for nothing, I was late and had low blood sugar because of this.

There is an older Hispanic woman who works here with a smile that never waivers and she is so sweet! What an asset for this location! My food is always good as well but this employee is one in a million!❤️

I work at a sonic myself so I know what its like to have to be fast all the time especially during rushes. And its not always possible. this sonic is pretty good I have never had an issue with waiting. And one of the managers is very polite from my experience because they forgot to put bananas in my boyfriend's shake. replaced for free. :)

This Sonic is very close to me, but it is horrible! I once went for ice, and they were out, Thursday night I went for a Tea, they would not sell me a small or medium because they were out of lids! They said they would get fired, I only saw 2 kids running the place! I said I didn't need a lid, they would not sell me a drink!!!

I go to sonic to get Chile hot dogs or #2 hamburgers tarts tots or onion rings oh my God y'all such try there onion rings there soooooo good if I want so thing sweet I go there and get onion rings and there banana sake are good are to try it

I was hit with a bad case of food poisoning last week from eating some bad chili cheese tots. Never experienced that kind of stomach pain in my life and don’t think i will come back to try again just because of fear of getting another stomach flu. Should have known something was up when it was more cheese than chili.

Showed up last Saturday, hit the red button and no response for 5 minutes. Hit it again and waited another 2-3 and left. Wasn’t even that crowded but this is the second time in three weeks that’s happened here. The first time I only waited 5 minutes. I guess we will go somewhere else that wants to serve us.

Everytime i order from here its never busy and my order takes forever to get to me. Even when i order ahead from the app i still see cars come and go before my order gets to me. Unfortunately this is the only sonic on my way home otherwise i wouldnt even stop here when im in the mood for a cherry limeade

I really enjoy Sonic. Their limeades are amazing...if you get to drink the one you order. The Styrofoam cups have always been SO flimsy. I ordered my favorite drink and was really looking forward to drinking it until the cup collapsed and gave me a bath instead... Not okay. Fix your cups Sonic!

We waited for 15 minutes for 2 drinks when there was zero other people in the parking lot. We used to come here all the time when we lived closer and you can easily wait 25-35 minutes. I started going to the one off of Northwest Highway and it’s so much better. Fast service and warm food.

Stopped by for something quick and got home and there was mold on my bread so i went back and they gave me a burger for free and when i got home it was alright. Tasted like it had been under the warmer for a while. Ive never had any problems with this place maybe it was just a hectic day.

The worst sonic in Texas. Constantly get orders wrong. Almost like they do it on purpose. The employees clearly do not give a care in the world. I activated the red button only to wait 10 min and they finally tell me they are only doing drive through. Go to any other sonic but this one.

Sat at the speaker on the drive through for 20 minutes. Ended up driving off without ever ordering. We understand short staffed but say something. Don't make people sit for 20 minutes in total silence. You lost 5 orders min from the 5 cars who drove off in that span. 8-10-22 2:25-2:45

This is consistently the slowest Sonic I’ve ever visited. We’re done after today. An out of town guest of ours even called after going home, and complained about getting stuck at Sonic for 35 minutes in the drive thru. Turns out, it was this Sonic. Naturally.

Morning Drink Stop Shop.. Happy Hour Ends @10AM... My favorite item is .......drum roll please........ Famous Lemonade Slush... I've ordered so many times already. Now I look forward to which one of the staff member's will make the best one.

Food as desired! Pretty good Sonic really. Food is consistent and hot. If you like breakfast try the croissant with sausage cheese and egg. Seems to be made fresh. Yeah... You'll die early but is it ever tasty for fast food breakfast!

Ordered ahead on app. They cook their coney long hotdogs different, which i liked and found new! It was cooked cooked. Mozzarella sticks and Jr Frito wrap and all came out good!

The only way my experience could have been better would be if the cherry limeade tasted right. Customer service was great though. Their drink machine was probably just running low on the syrup side. Happens from time to time.

So this is a burrito. Covered in chili on the outside. Not to mention it's as long as my finger. Sucks because I tipped really well for a to go order. We also went here because the sonic closer to our house is always so bad.

Our tots where cold and my sandwich was not made right it wasn't supose to have tomatoes and they where soggy. So I couldn't even enjoy it.

this location is bad. tea is never sweet. they say they have new "crispy" tenders but they are soggy?? sadly, its one the only fast food places by my work so i keep giving them chances, but its always something!!!

Love the employee's here, there's one Hispanic kind of an older woman that works here and she's amazing. She goes above & beyond in customer service, she's super sweet, and very upbeat.

Great management, quick response time and excellent service. If maybe a bit overzealous with providing half the kitchen's supply of forks it seemed. But it was Hilarious in the end.

Great place, though once or twice they have messed up. However, they took it back and came out with a brand-new perfect one with two coupons for free drink! Good place.

Came and tried to order, hit the red button twice and gave up and left and went somewhere else after 10 minutes. I assume everyone standing inside was just on break.

Our order to awhile, but it was accurately prepared. It's fast food, but better than some of the other fast food restaurants. We particularly like their ice slushes.

Pulled into three different stalls to order but crickets. Told they were busy although no more than 4 cars in the entire place. One more daily customer gone.
