Came to Solo cars to view a 2007 ford fiesta zetec they had for sale from part exchange. From the get go Ryan was attentive, helpful and honest about the car and allowed us the time and freedom to properly assess the fiesta, including two test drives, and checks all over the car. We put a deposit down on the day (after some discussion about the cars condition, which actually for the age is stellar! Only a couple of niggling issues), and came back two days later to pick the car up. Ryan helped us to get some broken indicator bulbs on the car repaired, and we were set. The mechanical condition of the fiesta is super, it looks great, and we drove away confident in our purchase, and happy with the price! Thank you solo cars!

I have just purchased a Mercedes from Solo, i got a 66 plate for price i was expecting to get a 64 or 15, so no need for price haggling, James who sold the car from start to finish was excellent, no pushy sales, and a nice guy to chat with, the finance rate he got was loads better than expected. They had only just received the car and for James to get the finance through, serviced and prep the car in 24hrs was amazing. Apart from the car being what i wanted, i was very satisfied with the pre-sales service and better still great after sales service, as asking James questions after the car was purchased was dealt with efficiently., by phone and email....Thankyou James....

One of the worst things i have done is buy a car from these lot. They sold me a faulty car and now left me with 2 months of headache chasing them, chasing finance company, chasing garages. When I notified them of the fault in the first 10 days they kept telling me to call back following day as apparently the manager was never in when I called until it was 4 weeks gone. Nobody was interested until i got the finance company involved. I would steer right away if you are thinking of buying a car there are multiple garages out there who are more helpful and the service doesn’t end once they have received your money. I will be returning the car and taking them to court.

Pleased to say it was worth the 600 mile trip! Had Andy as our salesman and he’s a top man, friendly and outright with the sale of my Q3 and PX of my S3.
