"This is a great park"
"Small park with plenty of potential"
"It was such a nice day to have a picnic here with my friend right up until the ranger showed up to push people out of here that were not even doing anything literally just sitting here"
"The park us clean and has lots of room to run"
"You're experience will be dependent upon the nature of your visit"
This is a great park. Pros, Recently Renovated near school and Yucca library . Cons, currently the neighborhood is populated with many homeless and the park is their refugee. I came across 2 Dead bodies in the course of a month of attending the park. The corpse was out for several hours, Unfortunately they are over looked.
Small park with plenty of potential. All the equipment is in fairly good condition. However, if you're not from low income housing it might be uncomfortable bringing your family here. There are a multitude of homeless people loitering about. As well as those which "reserve" the ramada who dont appear hostile nor welcoming.
It was such a nice day to have a picnic here with my friend right up until the ranger showed up to push people out of here that were not even doing anything literally just sitting here. Felt really unsafe with them straight up driving all around the park like?? It really ruined the mood i hate this place.
The park us clean and has lots of room to run. However, there is an abundance of homeless people which makes it a questionable place to visit. The residents of the apartment complexes spend a lot of time there. And there is some drug trafficking. The City needs to get to work on this one.
You're experience will be dependent upon the nature of your visit. Good people with encouraging words are present, along with those with less positive intentions. Overall a good place to grow physically, mentally and emotionally. Everything you'd expect from a park.
Park itself is good. Playground is great my kids love them. Nice basketball area really big, same as soccer area. Sadly what i don't like of this park is that its really sketchy. Not 100% safe for kids to go play in my opinion. Public restrooms are not clean at all.
Nice place to go just hang out. Also a really good place to have a picnic with someone or even a barbecue with the family. It has everything you need. Restrooms, playground, nice green grass, a lot of shady trees, and an open grassy area too. It's a good park.
Solano Park has its own community of different levels; upper class, mid class, lower class - judging others of there clothes or appearance should not reflect on this park. At Solano Park you will find, and I am most certain, your not alone
I originally was happy to move in the area because there's solano park but traveling by it you see homeless people's shopping carts ,blankets laying every where ,homeless people sitting in under the pavilions which have the only grills in
Creepy park! The play equipment isn’t to bad but the creepiest people are always at the picnic tables. I’ve gone a few times with my husband and felt okay with him around, but by myself with my two kids I felt very vulnerable. Men (that
My review of Solano Park: I liked that across the street a street vendor was pedling cool treats. The play area is sand filled with bathrooms close by. There are huge shady trees and a softball field at the end on the school side. But
A fun and attractive park and a big field for the kids to run around on. Only thing that bothered me was how many homeless people there were there. Keep your items locked up in your car. Some would look at our things, didn't like that.
Its hard to take a kid to the park when there's people smoking fentanyl both in the playground, and the bathroom right next to it. Doesn't help there's a homeless camp getting deliveries at the bus stop …
Great structures to climb on, 2 workout stations for adults. Groups of adults without children hanging around perimeter, they were quiet not bothersome. Playground needs more shade , really fun for kids.
This small oasis in the city is just off Super Target near Walmart and I have visited the park as long as fifty years ago. It has nice old trees and is always a bit of quiet in.a noisy city to take the
This park saves life's and grows people! And you wouldn't understand if you have experienced real pain! This is a family and a respectful group of men and women! DONT START NOTHING, WONT BE NOTHING!!
This is where the Zone has relocated. Lots of homeless, illegal camping, trash and drug paraphernalia in the grass. Sad to see what this park had become despite the city's best efforts to improve it.
It's an alright park if you are going for a walk or throwing a birthday party for kids to play on the playground there are homeless people there but they are very cooperative if you ask them anything
Arrived at the park at 9 am; the ramada area is full of homeless people and dealers making it impossible to enter.. By 11:30 am there are still at least 5 people sleeping around the park.
This place is crowded with homeless people. Im worried my kids will pick up a dirty needle or drugs that were dropped. There is usually no kids at the park. Its right next to a school.
Cool little park. But there is a lot of Homeless people. There are a decent amount of cops around to thought . And the mall is just right there. Ther is also a YMCA in the park area.
Great park to kick it we with your BFF but dont be there after hours CUZ we got surrounded by 8/10 cops park closes at 11pm be out by 1130pm or be prepared for a vidit
Too many homeless men sleeping out in grass bathroom always full of the local homeless people man or women. Great catching the soccer practices when they are there.
My kids' growth playing at solano Park City keeps it clean. The only issue is that there are no clean bathrooms to go because the homeless use like laundry.
It's a good place to camp if you're homeless, so I suppose it serves a purpose. But don't come here to play or relax. There's no appeal to coming here.
Love this park because the police don't trip on the homeless they leave people alone and if u ever been down and out people help people it's beautiful
This place is super sandy and crawling with meth heads. Drugs on the kids playground, mixed into the wood chips. Honestly this place is the dirts
This is my favorite park I have ever been too I've never seen a park like it it's so massive and has everything your family could want to use!!
They cleaned this park up a lot. It use to look like a shopping cart convention. Now the shopping carts are gone and it's a nice clean park.
Nice cool part kids play soccer there seem like they have a lot of fun but the front entrance you have to watch out for the druggies
Pickleball courts were nice, kind of a hidden park but.lots of people were there and I love seeing that.
Very good area to hang out but it has many holes in a soccer stadium, you easily injure your ankle.
Good parking. Nice looking playground. Skate park under construction.
Restrooms…

It's a decent park. They are building a skate park. The restrooms are always locked though.
Typical City of Phoenix Park. Drug dealing activities happening. Not a place for children.
Pickleball courts are nice. Washrooms are locked …

Nice clean park! Loved playing tennis here. You can turn on the lights yourself.
Skate park was great except the sand
Little park but fun for sure
