Non respect du contrat !! 1 - 1.5 litres d’eau par jour et par personne non respecté sur 4 jours la moitié de l'eau promise. 2- Les repas : catastrophiques !! Le jour n°2 commence par un petit déjeuner «d’anthologie» : 8 croûtons de « pain secs » d’un diamètre inférieur ou égal à 5 cm, du «beurre», de la «confiture» avec un thé ou 1 café et c’est tout !! Donc non respect du contrat ! 3-La « pièce de théâtre » de la chambre à Cafayate ! Tentative d'arnaque avec chantage affectif du chauffeur pour nous imposer une chambre à 145$ US alors que nous avons eu une chambre superbe pour moitié prix ! 4- Oxygène : pas de proposition d'oxygène le premier jour alors que j'étais malade MAM - Non respect du contrat ! 5- Snacks à bord : aucun snacks à bord - encore un mensonge ! Non respect du contrat ! 6- Horaires le chauffeur décidait de partir à 9h30 sans aucune négociation puis réduisait les temps d'arrêts de visites Voici ma réponse au message ci-dessous de Socompra qui est proprement scandaleuse puisque la totalité de leur réponse est fausse ! C'est le miroir inverse de la réalité !! Juste un exemple mon épouse est prof d'anglais et a fait Hypocagne ! Extraordinaire non ? Donc je suppose que le Monsieur qui répond est M. Jean Baptiste Vannier de Latitud Argentina. Il ne sait apparemment pas qu'on utilise des pseudos sur les réseaux sociaux non pas pour se cacher mais que c'est une pratique usuelle. La réponse énoncée est rigoureusement fausse !! L 'ensemble des remarques émises sur l'avis est factuelle et sans ajout émotionnel inutile.Enfin le ton agressif et méprisant employé dans la réponse de ce Monsieur traduit bien le manque de considération qu'il accorde à ses clients. Une agence CATASTROPHIQUE et MALHONNÊTE !!

We did the Puna experience of 4 days and it was great, one of the most beautiful things we have ever seen, while this was on the end of our 4 week travel through chili/Argentina. Keep in mind that the food in the "restaurants"/family hotels is very basic but that's because of the area is completely desolated. So don't expect menus of different choices and a full choice of breakfast. The most important thing is the nature and the experience, food is of minor importance. The guide/driver knows all the perfect spots for the best photos, when you want to stop somewhere else for photos or you want to spend more time, it's all possible and no problem when you're somewhat behind schedule. When you have seen a lot of the world and looking for a special experience, then the Puna experience is a must, only regret we have is we did the 4 days instead of 5 days tour.

WOW! We had an really great trip with Socompa in the Argentine PUNA region. We contacted them through their website, and received a fast and professional reply (thanks Fede) with a trip proposition. As non-Spanish speaking, we requested an English speaking driver/guide, which was no problem. The trip itself: we were really amazed by the PUNA region, the landscapes are stunning! The accomodation and food were great, certainly given the remote location. Also a big compliment for our driver/guide Mario, he made sure everything was going smoothly, and no question was to much. Highly recommended!

Abbiamo fatto il tour exclusivo a Salta con la guida Roxana su consiglio di Federico che gestisce l'ufficio socompa. Tutti molto professionali, gentili, simpatici e parlano inglese. Un esperienza che chi ha la possibilità dovrebbe fare. Agenzia viaggi consigliatissima.

Ottima agenzia per escursioni nella Puna Argentina. Consigliata a chi cerca un tour al di fuori delle mete tradizionali. L'autista/guida che ci ha accompagnato per 15 giorni è stato impeccabile. Grazie Luis.
