Soch is one of the premium outlets in Whole of India for ethnic wears and premium sarees for women. The place present at HSR is no exception but packs in good customer experience and varieties. During the offer period of summer sale also, the verities in party wear sarees were less and strtign range for a decent saree was around 3.5k inr and I expected buret range and options. The good part was rhat there qa helping hand in draping sarees for trials and then about coming to service, I expected more options and knowledge in providing my wife better sarees for her budget. Anways, more experience is needed form the sales person and then coming to adding more varieties at store. Good place but lacks options.

Mismanaged staff and service. They have delayed the delivery date by 3 days now. The staff is making false promises on behalf of the tailor and they have delayed the delivery. This is pathetic to deal with, it is a sheer case of mismanagement and ignorant staff behaviour. Soch is charging for services that is complementary for other stores and on top of that the customers have to go through such hassle. On top of that the tailor is rude to customers. Overall, I’ve had a very bad experience at this store. Might not visit ever again.

It’s spacious and pretty huge collection of the kurtas and suits. They have few party wear sarees and dresses which are lil expensive. U can try buying them at the Soch sale. The daily wear kurtas and suits are pretty affordable and good quality ones. The staff are courteous and trial rooms are decent. I was a regular Biba customer and somehow their collection seems weird and old these days especially for the daily work wear. Soch is new love ❤️. The HSR store is very good compared to the near by one at Sarjapur Road.

No common sense for the sales people. If we go to the shop they expect us to purchase any one item and go even if we don't like the collection. Else they say it's waste of time showing you all the models available. This is what happened to me when I went to see the sarees over there. After she showed I didn't like them so I said I am not satisfied and about to leave. Then the sales girl is saying " it's waste of time showing you". This made me very upset and will never go back to this shop again.

Pathetic service. They'll very casually miss out on delivery timelines and will give lame excuses such as "suddenly the tailor has gone on leave" , "the sewing machine has broken". They never ever honour the committed timelines and will atleast make you visit three times for one small thing. They'll always committ very confidently but will never honour that commitment. Definitely not a place to go if really want to wear a particular dress on a particular date.

Got a very bad experience from this shop today. Yesterday we selected one dress and it was not fit but they said they will give us a larger one today. But today they given the same dress and telling it is large one . Its not at all fitting and we asked for repayment and they were not ready to return the money. They cheated us and on top of that, sales guy used some abusive language with my wife and friends. Business is all about customers!! Don't forget it.

This store has many exclusive collection of dresses and dress materials. If anyone looking for dresses please rush to this shop. I am soo happy to shop here for my wife, the shop owners are so friendly. Sales executive Chandan is very polite and knowledgeable & takes care of his customers. I have been shopping from this store for quite some time now and Chandan is my go to person. Much gratitude..! And much love.. thank you so much.

The place is maintained well neat and clean. Staffs are wearing mask and the palace strictly following the covid protocols still now good to see that. The trail rooms are little clumpsy which can be improved. There are good varities of items. There were no running offers right now. That makes the items more pricey compared to other stores.

Very poorly managed store. Have purchased item worth 10k and the item was not pressed properly … we left the product at store so that they can press it properly, yet they failed to do so. Not only that they forgot to remove that magnetic tag, now my wife will have to wear the product in the function with that magnetic tag only

Located on 27th Main Road HSR layout, it is easily accessible. Variety is really good and they rotate the items. Staff is also very cooperative. They normally run their Red Dot Sale many times an year where you get around 30% discount. They host variety of suits and sarees for all age groups.

So I went to soch with a friend of mine. She wanted to buy some sarees for her brother's wedding . The collection was good with a lot of variety and the prices were also pretty decent. We were there to buy 1 saree ended up buying 4. Overall a good store for shopping women's ethnic wear.

Not worth the price.. u can get cheated as quality of fabric is average and below average.. fabric looks good under heavy lighting but we shouldn't get carried away. choose wisely.. I have also purchased a few from soch but I had to hunt for better quality

I had given dress for stitching worst stitching . Spoiled my dress material . 1300 paid for stitching terrible,messed up pant so bad. Don’t ever deserve for single star . U should keep tailor atlist customers satisfaction 1st time bad experience at soch

Bought a Saree and ready-made blouse for Diwali... They had very nice collections.. I just showed them a model Saree which they grabbed me immediately equally similar one.. Good job...

Horrible experience. They spoiled an expensive suit I bought during alteration and didnt even replaced or corrected the mistake.Length was un evenly cut! The suit look horrible now.
