Terrible service. Didn’t open on time. We waited 30 minutes. When they finally did open, we asked if they were going to be able to do a haircut. The lady instead answered the phone instead of answering the question (the phone rang after we asked if she could take us for a cut). On the phone she booked someone in for a haircut. When she was done on the phone, she rudely told us she was booked up. Lost our service. Went to great clips instead, much better service.

I dont know how stylist can work with freezing temperatures....as much as I love this location ITS FREEZING EVEN WITH A FLOOR HEATER . I would hate to be stuck there all day even the walmart employees are wearing sweaters and over throws. PLEASE FIX THIS .

VERY RUDE!!!! I was asking general questions about hair coloring and the lady there was just so rude in answering my questions. I had to turn away and looked for another Hair Salon!! Well they just Lost a customer today!!!
