I called to see if they had a medication in stock and what manufacturer they used. I was rudely placed on hold by an employee who said I needed to speak to the pharmacist.... ok fine I don’t know why when I’ve called 4 other pharmacies before I called them to ask the same questions and I was given the information by whoever answered my call. That wasn’t what prompted me to leave this review... what pushed me over the edge is I’ve been on hold now for 17 minutes and 35 seconds and no one has picked up I’ve just been listening to thier advertisements they play while calls hold... This is the second time I’ve had this type of rude service here . Hanging up now

This has just have to be the BEST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The customer service is great the persons have got to be the best. I visited smart when the first opened, but I was still using Walgreens which is a different story regarding customer service, shorting on prescriptions giving me other persons meds so I went back to smart a year later and as I walked in the door he remembered my name which was a year earlier. Even the pharmacist has delivered meds on his way home in the evening. Customer service is the best. I would give 10 stars to smart pharmac. Never have I had any dealings with any phar than smart thank you for being our pharmacist !!!

I am very upset that my prescription was refill and was lost due to the fact that I had move to a different city. I contacted the pharmacy and Syva show no empathy in solving the issue acted like he did not cared, my personal information was lost. I will contact my insurance and let them know that I never consent for my prescription to be refill. PLEASE LEARN WHAT EMPATHY MEANS! I was not even given a sorry or any solution was given to me. I will NEVER do any business with this location I was a loyal customer for so many years.

It’s a great pharmacy to go too they have everything you need and if it’s not there they try to find it for y’all. I love that I don’t have yo wait long in line and they always call me that my medications are ready, plus they have free delivery. And I want to thank the great service they have and always being so kind with me.

Love, love, love... they r always working hard and diligently when I go n!! Friendly and answer any questions I have regarding my meds. Love that they deliver when I'm unable 2 go n and pick up my meds as well. Pharmacist is always very knowledgeable on all med questions.

I haven't seen a pharmacy like this since I was a child. It's nice to see a pharmacist interact with patients and not make you feel like just a number!
