On leaving after hospital stay I asked for an over the counter drug by name to add to filled prescriptions. On arrival at home found they had given me Slade brand not the brand I had asked for. Had to throw them out because their cheap brand contained lactose and gluten. No questions or checks by the pharmacist, he was too busy pushing the Slade own brand for profit. No concern for patient wellbeing. Don't bother.

What is it about the upsell and making us wait. Hubby had major surgery and they could see I had all his luggage and everything. Yet they tried to push down stuff that the doctor didn't mention. Waited for 30 minutes for medication that was supposed to be ready. There's no need to add rubbish to the order. Totally appalled!

I wish I could give a negative star for their staffs and services. The staffs were rude and paid no respects on customers. I placed an online order and specified to pickup today, I went there today and tried to pickup and told me it was not available, in a really rude manner.

My wife has had knee replacements done at Epworth Box Hill within the last 5 months and both times the discharge process dealing with your pharmacy has been terrible bordering on incompetence. If you did not have monopoly there you would be out of business

R.A.T tests for pensioners are $40.00. Other pharmacists charge $15 - 20 dollars. Clearly taking advantage of the vulnerable. Go elsewhere for your scripts
