Pickup orders aren't reliable. Was notified turkey lunch meat was out of stock. I parked my car and walked in to find plenty of turkey lunch meat was available. I bought it, pulled around to get pickup order. I got that home and they gave me the wrong wine. I called the store to see what could be done and the MANAGER told me, 'call back in an hour, I have to go upstairs for a meeting' Perhaps, "I'm sorry that happened, let me get an answer for you and call you back in a little bit" may have been a better answer rather than letting me know your meeting was more important than a customer concern or interaction. Needless to say, I returned a call in an hour and spoke with someone at customer service. She told me that I could bring the wine back in and exchange it. So again, I drove back to Smith's; parked my car, walked in with the wine and kids in tow, and she told me I could walk to the back of the store to get the correct bottle and she would exchange it for me. I do pickup orders so I don't have to walk through the store. But here I am with my small kids walking back to get the right bottle of wine because I wasn't given the correct bottle with my pickup order. I get the right bottle and I return to customer service, she takes a look at it and says that looks like an even exchange, didn't do anything with he cash register as exchange, didn't offer me my bag right away and expected me to carry just a bottle of wine out of the store in my hand. Maybe it was my expression but she then offered me my bag again. I understand that things are going to be out of stock, and mistakes are going to happen, but it's the reaction to them that I was so surprised by. The manager telling me to call HIM back in an hour because he had a meeting that was more important than my issue. Then the lack of customer service to tell me to run back to fix THEIR mistake and get the right wine while both CUSTOMER SERVICE checkers just stood there and talked.

Best part about this place is that it's not over loaded with a bunch of stores at the moment, so parking lot is nice and lots of space. Perhaps it won't stay that way as time progresses and they start craming all they can in a tiny space, thus making the parking a nightmare? Hopefully when I return to Vegas it'll be not so congested but I highly doubt that, City was a cheap and great place to live, but in the past few years construction is out of control, and price's have sky rocketed. Relocating to Midwest, unless there's 1 tornado? If that happens I'm going back!

Great area.. I grocery shop at Smiths Market place and The Omelet House is amazing. Our family favorite mk questions!.. I get gas at the Smiths fuel station with my fuel rewards. I had my Llapso Alpso dog groomed at Wolf Bakery and usually get some fresh made healthy treats for my dogs. I first took her to their other location on Durango. Its in same plaza as the Smiths as well... I eat from the Subway, the Taco Bell, the Burger King, and get something to drink at the Tropical place. Every business has always treated me like an important customer.

Be aware of your surroundings. This is a pretty quiet and nice area, but sometimes there's a full moon. You know what they say about those days/nights. These stores in the Skye Canyon Marketplace are generally always nice and clean. The parking lot is usually very clean as well. They have a lot of cones in front of the Target for this area. Please watch out for people not looking at all. Apparently, they like to walk out into the road with toddlers while looking down at their phones. Yikes! PLEASE, be safe and aware for the love of Bebe Jesus.

Skye Canyon Marketplace is a shopping center anchored by a fabulous Smith's grocery store. We have shopped at Smith's several times. There is ample parking spaces available in comparison to the limited parking at the Smith's on Durango at Elkhorn. We also frequently eat at the Cafe Rio in this shopping center. This restaurant is larger than the one on Centennial Boulevard. The food is delicious and there is ample parking spaces in front of this restaurant. We always enjoy shopping at the Skye Canyon Marketplace.

Great, I loved working at Smith's Grocery store in Henderson, Nv 1000 N.Green Valley Pkwy. 20 + years later, I love shopping, getting my vaccinations-influenza, covid-19, picking up my RX and most of all, the in store bar is excellent to try new adult beverages with friends of the community-neighbors while watching the game on TV. All at Skye Canyon Smith's. And for those who like gaming, their is a section to enjoy that as well,but not at the beverage sampling section, sports watching only and no .

It's a very convenient location off 95. Fairly new shopping center and adding new shops, restaurants, professional business and more. So it could be your one stop shopping and everything else. Smith Market Place is the anchor store and the largest of the Smith's in Las Vegas. Lots of wide open parking. You can see the Strip and Mt. Charleston from the parking lot. I've been here several times and the customer service at different businesses have been great.

I love this marketplace, it's probably my favorite marketplace in vegas because how convenient it is to me. The prices are just a bit higher than the Walmart Supercenter 15 mins down the road, but it's defiantly alot nicer here. The smith's shopping center is really nice and sells really fresh foods, such as ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, and sushi. All of the other places around the marketplace are also really nice to have, especially the new ER.

This little strip mall is turning out to be a not so little shopping center! There is Smith’s, our favorite Starbucks, anywhere; Burger King and Subway, along with another drive through, maybe healthier option I can’t remember the name of, etc. We like the Omelette Cafe, Cafe Rio, and Skye Bar And Grille as far as dine in establishments. We live nearby, so has cause to take our new puppy to the Canyon Pet Hospital here, and they were the BEST!!!

Love this place, it's right down the street from our house. The only thing I have wrong with this place is when it's 2 hours before they close....... They blast the heat in the place, so by the time you check out you are sweating like you just ran to the store from the house... CALM DOWN WITH THE HEATER!!!!!! The people working there can't stand it either....

I live in Indian Springs. Which is 30 miles north , so, this is the closest grocery store , vet, burger king, taco bell, and a whole lot more mall that I come to when going into town for anything. I LOVE IT. It has almost everything I need to come into town for. Almost, next exit Durango has the GOODWILL, can't miss that on Mondays DOLLAR DAYS.

I frequent the Smiths and occasionally the Burger King at this location. Smiths is a great store with great staff. Burger King has good food but this store always seems to be understaffed and takes extra time to get your order. I notice that a new Taco Bell is being built and will probably be up and running in a month or so. Can't wait.

I love shopping at the Smith's at Skye Canyon. The selection is always good, the store is spotlessly clean, the produce is fresh and nicely displayed! I love taking a break at the beer and wine bar. The staff there is so friendly and nice. Lots of other great eateries and services available, but I really just come for the Smith's!!

Huge clean Smiths. Good deals-found a Keurig in a sage green color for $77! All makeup under lock n key. Had some cute clothes. Lots of flowers. Lots of halloween candy. Had a cool BAR. Big seating area next 2 starbucks. Hot foods like wings with a dessert section. Reminded me of Meijers back east. Check this center out.

The store is very clean and bigger than your normal grocery store. You can buy clothes there and all kinds of different things. It even has a bar! The Starbucks staff is super nice. My only thing would be if the aisles could be a little wider as it can get a little crowded at times but other than that love this store.

I ate ate bobs big boy tavern in the center the service was terrible!!! I dont know how they are even functioning other customers were heloed before us i was told we had a waitress in training i guess their key word in waitress is Wait cause thats what your gonna experience? There was a grocery store chain where I grew up call Sac N Save. You saved a little money but, you had to bag your own groceries. I don't think anyone would accuse Smith's of saving you money but, more and more, they're expecting you to bag your own groceries. They should just change the name to Sack N Don't Save.

This place is absolutely spot on one stop shopping. It has great selection, huge produce area, expanded food sections, and easy to find items! The cheese department has some very knowledgeable staff like Karen, who can pair your dinner or entertaining choices with select meat and cheeses!

One of the best shopping centers around NW Las Vegas. The Smiths grocery store is one of the largest grocery store I’ve been to. Bobs big boy is still around and serving up great burgers. About 8-10 fast food places to eat. The Omelette cafe serves up great breakfast. It’s all here.

RX is always consistent. It's a big store, but after you learn it you can make pretty good time until you get caught in the lettuce corner. That is like a Zombie trap! Staff has always been helpful and if they don't have it you don't need it.

I'm raving about the Smith's Marketplace in this shopping center. What a wonderful store! Huge, it has everything known to mankind. It is clean and well organized. The people I've talked to, quite a few by now, have all been gems.

Most Excellent! Internet cafe with coffee, free wifi and the deli is nearby and always stocked. The staff is amazing - especially Donna Mae, Fern, Joe and Michael. And they have a bar. The staff really makes this store what it is.

I had an appointment not too far from the marketplace. I needed a few things, so I stopped in. This was my first visit. And the only thing I can say is WOW. What a store, clean, and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! I stopped in to grab something from the deli and it's like a Walmart inside. It's not just a grocery store. It's got a Bar inside! All the men were at the bar while the women were shopping. It's awesome

This a nice store has everything you would need from toothpaste to cornstarch and socks there is also a bar in the store which is kinda strange to go shopping for produce and see a group of people watching a football game

I like it. But pee before you leave the house. They sypher lock the doors and you must beg a sales associate to open it for you. It's a fun game game if you want to see how long you can hold it. I dislike this part a lot.

Wowed, by the whole idea of a beer tasting, drinking and sampling in store sports lounge. Friendly, hygienically clean employees with a smile to tend to customers and very clean and professional atmosphere.

Used to be better before everyone moved up here. Saturday and Sunday are busy, Mondays the shelves are empty..I know they work hard to stock, these builders need to stop building, our luxury life is over!

Great local Smith's that has its own bar inside. Selections are good, although stock levels vary by time of week. Avoid doing heavy shopping on payday weekends as the supply doesn't always match demand.

I like this place in North west Vegas. Great shopping center with a large Smiths marketplace. Some good food options. Restaurant and quick service meals. There are even empty sites for more growth!

It has a lot of shops and food places around and is still adding more. the smiths is really helpful for everyday needs and wants with a gas station and a medical facility nearby highly suggested
