So I chose Shrisha because I found her in the Dermalogica website I couldn’t wait to get a treatment. My initial thoughts on the salon was that it’s really well presented and tidy. I booked in for a shrisha facial I waited 8 weeks to get and appointment go I got there and to begin with Shrisha spoke to me for 40 mins about my skin concerns etc etc. She then cleaned my skin and told me she “ couldn’t treat me because I had skin tags and they are contagious” she said that she offers skin tag removal and it’s best I remove them! At this point I felt like I was sucked it with all the stuff she was saying. So an hour now she then said why don’t I remove a couple of tags so you get a taster of the pain. I agreed and she had removed two of my neck! I get to the counter and she then tells me the treatment is £40! Bear in mind all she’s done is talk to me and removed two tags apparently I had to pay for her time which is fair enough but no where on the price list is it mentioned or was it mentioned when I booked the appointment. The shock of it was that she said if I pay on card it’s £65 but if I pay cash it’s £40!!! I mean as far as I know no surcharges on cards are not allowed as of 2018!!! I feel more dissapointed that she was also trying to sell me products at the counter which were well over £70 which I didn’t buy. I booked a facial for £80 and was happy to invest that sort of money because I heard wonderful things. I feel cheated mainly because no one had said that I would be paying a fee for a consultantion which I didn’t expect and the fact that she said my skin tag were contagious which they aren’t! No facial either so really annoyed me especially as I waited 8 weeks especially to go there. So those that are booking beaware of the fact that you get there but she may not treat you. I have got an appointment for skin tag removal but I will cancel right now. On reflection I’m disappointed at the whole thing and wasted my whole evening traveling here only for Shrisha to talk to me for an hour about skin and dermalogica products! I don’t intend on going back to a business that has no transparency. I called the salon this morning spoke to a manager called ‘Shri’ and he said Shrisha will call me back did not take any ownership

I went to this salon and all I needed was my eyebrows to be threaded. I was only at the salon 8-9 mins. I know this as my car was on parking time slot outside. Got to the counter and they charged me £11 for my eyebrows. I was so shocked that this salon charged the earth for something I would normally pay up to £6. The lady was so rude to me when I said £11 was so expensive for just a basic eyebrow threading.. I normally would pay up to £6 if that .... the lady said “listen love it’s St.Margarets this place is expensive and we have high costs”. I was most disheartened to say the least. When I usually go to Richmond High St to get mines done for £6:50. I was most upset and I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone unless you check out the prices first. I total the whole parking and paying of eyebrows came up to £15. I would never ever go back. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to the rudeness of the staff and by blaming customers for their overheads. I’ve given them 1* because they got me in as soon as I arrived. Boo to this awful salon.

I try and have facials with Sirisha every six weeks if I can get an appointment! They are hard to come by! Besides being super relaxing and wonderful, they maintain my skin’s hydration, tone and smooth out lines. Since using Dermalogica products under Sirisha’s guidance and having regular facials, I no longer experience skin problems and my skin is toned, clear and bright. During lockdown when it wasn’t possible to have facials, my skin looked dull and sluggish. I am so glad Sirisha has re-opened and is able to offer her services once again. Besides facials, I have regular threading and waxing appointments and can wholeheartedly recommend these treatments too. Sirishas is a neighbourhood gem and Shri and Sirisha are always welcoming and ready to help. Fantastic to have you back guys!

I have been coming to Sirisha’s for the past 3/4 months for peel facials, removal of sun damage and some laser removal of milia which I have had for years. I also had an eyelash lift which I loved and will be having again in January. Sirisha is so generous with her time and knowledge, she went through my skin type, good/negative ingredients in products to look out for and the issues which could be reversed. My skin is looking so much brighter and healthier after 3 peels and use of some Dermalogica products which she suggested would be best suited to help my skin. I also now have a much better knowledge of how to look after my skin with a small number of products. She’s also lovely too! Can’t recommend enough.

I made an appointment to have a facial but Surisha was unavailable and said her Assistant Raj would look after me. Raj is such a wonderful beautician, excellent at what she does, incredibly professional but with such a natural genuine warmth - I can totally understand why she is working closely with Surisha. I felt a million dollars after my facial, which was so relaxing I could have stayed there all day! I felt it was the best facial I had had for a very long time - I had been to another place near work a couple of times which was no where near as good as Raj’s. Everyone commented on how good my skin looks after it and it just feels so much better. Looking forward to my next one for sure!

Today, I visited this gem of a place in St Margarets for the first time to do some waxing (with Harry) and a Shellac Pedicure (with Shokoo)... I think I have found my 'happy place' for sure! Very clean, neat and professional environment with the most friendliest of therapists/staff that hold back no reserve on courtesy and made me feel so welcome that I was looking forward to returning before today's appointment had even come to an end - this is the way you kind of want to feel when searching for a new salon to frequent. Thank you all at Sirisha's, I look forward to seeing you again soon.

I had been looking for somewhere special, and safe, for my 10 year old daughter to have her ears pierced and it was proving hard to find somewhere. Sirisha's Health & Beauty was then highly recommended to me by a friend and I can see why - such a friendly and professional service and the salon was spotless. The piercing didn't hurt my daughter at all, and I ended up having my ears re-pierced too, we felt in such good hands. Many thanks.

I have pretty unmanageable eyebrows but Sirisha always manages to thread them into the right shape to frame my face - it makes such a difference! Very professional & very high quality of service.

Never been so satisfied with the minute details taken care of by Sirisha! Professional in every way!! Took my girl for a skin tag removal and was sent back with instructions to follow after.
