NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. This is a day you will never get back. These people are incompetent. You have to follow up on every detail with them as they never will. The person you organise the service with does not attend the service to ensure everything goes to plan and is working correctly. They got the invoice amount incorrect (of course over-quoting) For us - the speakers in the chapel were completely crackly - making all the music awful, the staff made us feel like we had to rush the service as there was another one following us and left direction of the quests to us - on this horrible day, there were no tissues in the chapel (SERIOUSLY! i mean just WTF), they got the age of our father wrong on the welcoming sign, the crematorium door did not close when it was meant to and WORST OF ALL - the video recording WE EXPRESSLY ASKED for beforehand and was reassured about several times DID NOT WORK. We WILL NEVER GET THIS BACK. Then they tried to hide the fact that it didn't work. (SERIOUSLY AGAIN). 3 days later and I still also haven't received my father's ashes. Lets hope they haven't lost them as well DO NOT USE - I have never seen such horrible levels of incompetence on what is a day you can never get back

Well priced and affordable, I'm so glad I went with Simplicity Funerals (Sunshine) Alex was such a huge help to me and my kids.
