The reason you see only one star lit up is because I could not leave this blank. The uncaring response received when my dog Fletcher was in great pain and they decided that I would have to make an appointment to have him looked at hurt me deeply. Turns out, I had to go to the Crowfoot Animal Hospital (CAH) and they bent over backwards to help me, despite my not having an "appointment" or ever having visited them before. To capture the scope of how uncaring Silver Springs Animal Hospital (SSAH)were, Fletcher was in such a bad state that I had to have him put down, which the truly caring folks at CAH did with dignity and sincerity. Would I EVER go back to SSAH? You tell me...... Oh, and now I get a letter in the mail today thanking me for recommending someone else to them. I did not, nor would I ever, recommend anyone to SSAH. They can't even keep track of who is recommending folks to them as it was not I. After the extended suffering caused to my best Friend Fletcher while I drove around trying to find someone to care at all, these folks should be ashamed of the way in which they conduct business.

Meradith and Kelly are the most amazing vets I have every met and I will never go anywhere else ever again. My dog had a tough start and would shake when people came near here. She was terrified of people and they would sit with her on the floor and took so much time with her to get her comfortable. They are so connected to the animals that come in its incredible to see their passion for their work and their love for these animals . They really go above and beyond. Meredith was so honest with me when I couldn't decide what to do about my dogs broken tooth because there were so many options available. She talked me through everything and then called me later and talked to me some more. They never guilt me into doing anything that I can't afford and they are super compassionate and honest. The whole staff is so incredible and always encouraging us to walk in a much as possible for a treat and a belly rub so that my dog can feel comfortable there. So happy we found this place.

The vets at Silver Springs Animal hospital have looked after my furry friends through almost their whole lives (except for a few years when we lived elsewhere). They have always been exceptionally caring, knowledgable and compassionate animal caregivers. My big, silly labradoodle loved Meredith so much he ran across an entire field to see her. My aussie-poodle cross was not a fan of going to the vet, but they made her comfortable enough that her blood pressure checks were actually lower in the exam room than when we tried to take them in our vehicle. Even when it was time to let them go, the experience at Silver Springs was infinitely more peaceful and compassionate then when we had to go elsewhere. When we eventually bring a new dog into our family, they will be cared for by the amazing people at Silver Springs too.

Highly recommended vet clinic. Extremely patients vets, my favorite is Meredith Dunkin who is second generation vet, she owns this clinic but also she knows her trade quite well. I mean I know couple of vets but she is really really good! Also the whole team are very helpful and full of emphatic people. Extra thanks for Diana's kindness and Sheila' s help.They are helped on several occasions when I need it them desperately, ( aren't we all usually going to visit them when we NEED them) beside yearly check ups.. Also I have two furbabies so nice to have clinic as reasonably priced and not asking you to get extra vaccinations if not necessary.. 5 stars.

THESE PEOPLE ARE MY FAMILY. 5 stars is not enough. Always happy to take my calls and give correct guidance. When ordering food it comes within the week. Rooms are clean, staff is beyond friendly. We have all laughed together, cried together, and I have even got the chance to pet sit for most of them. Kelly has a great memory of our dogs files and same with Meridith. Even when we get a sub vet they have extremely knowledgeable things to say. We have been through so much with our when dog and they are always following up to see how his is. I can't recommend enough. THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT FOR YOUR PETS.

Huge shout out to Silver Springs Animal Hospital. They have been our pets vet over the past 15 years. They are friendly and compassionate. They were wonderfully kind and professional during our dogs' procedure (put to sleep). They ensured calm and comfort for him and for us the whole time. Because of them his passing was peaceful and dignified. Today they sent us flowers as condolence. Very grateful for the excellent staff at Silver Springs animal hospital.

Meredith and her team have been looking after my 3 cats since I’ve gotten each of them! They are very patient and caring towards the animals they deal with and will take as much time needed to do a thorough examination! I have moved further from this location but I will continue to make the commute for their amazing service! If anyone is looking for a vet that takes the time to remember your animals name and their behaviour this is the place!

I really appreciated Dr. Meredith's caring and thorough examination during my visit for my cat Somi. Everyone at the clinic is incredibly nice and caring. I felt so happy and relieved to have found this place. It was also lovely to receive the welcome letter with everyone's signature from the clinic. Somi is a lucky girl to have found wonderful people who take excellent care of her.

My family has been going to this vet clinic since 1995. They have always provided attentive care and have reasonable pricing. My current two dogs are 12 years old and some of the staff have been here since my dogs were pups. I highly recommend this clinic and the caring team who remember the names of our pets and go out of their way to ensure our dogs and us are healthy and happy.

This place is great! They obviously really care about your pet. They are very gentle and ask lots of questions before doing anything and have a lot of tact when giving you advice. Everyone here seems to have a passion for what they do. The space is a little tight, but it seems that they've got everything they need there.

My sister got a new kitten, he went here with itchy ears, the vet that saw him almost immediately knew what was wrong with him, he also gave him a shot, my cat we distracted via food and didn’t feel anything, I would recommend this place to anyone, the staff are extremely kind and extremely smart, I’m very impressed!

Cannot begin to say how much I appreciate this clinic. My dogs love them so very much. They are so excited when I tell them we are going to see Dr Meredith. The entire staff are kind, understanding and treat both the people and animals with patience and grace. I trust them with my dogs lives.. ❤️

Just a great first-time experience here. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. The vet and the staff here are incredibly caring and just really nice. Great job taking care of our cat that had a rather immediate concern that was addressed with professionalism and integrity. Will return.

Absolutely great vets! I am very doting (aren't we all?) my little chihuahua had dental surgery today. After picking up my little buddy I left with so much more than I expected and for so much less than I expected to spend. I will never ever go anywhere else. EVER!

Brought my 4 month old pup for her first visit. She had 2 shots and the nasal vaccine. She was happy the whole time in spite of it and wagging her tail the whole visit. Ali was very helpful with all my questions and all the staff obviously loved my pup!

The staff here are positively lovely. Everyone is knowledgeable, appointments never feel rushed, and my questions are always answered in full. Maybe most importantly - everyone dotes on our cats and tells us how cute they are :)

We had to put down our beloved 13 year old, Chocolate Lab last week and everyone there was so kind, caring, understanding and supportive it was incredible. They even sent us a beautiful rose in her memory.

We've used this vet for more than 15 years. The owner is great but often a fill-in for holidays or maternity leave is not all that great. Staff is tremendous, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

We have been going to this same vet for 3 dogs lifetimes now and we live the staff. Even when we waited 6 years between dogs they still remembered us and our old girl Mojo. Lovely people here
