Mr. Kamal explained and discussed all the travel options and routes with possible pros and cons of each option and helped us secure the best tickets at best possible prices. Very quick and efficient to book and confirm our tickets. He was also very supportive with his after sale service and discuss the process of transitioning at Melbourne, as we had to collect and and drop off our bags for our connecting flight to Adelaide.
