If I could give a 0 I would this is due to what happened to me recently. I’ve Been using this place for just over a year now and it’s mainly to get a bikini wax and eyebrow threading, never had an issue. Last week I went In for the same service, whilst getting my brows done I stated to the lady that threads them ( Anila) that I wanted them tinted and she said she would have to do a patch test to make sure I wasn’t allergic. The patch test was applied behind the back of my ear and I went about my day, it was not until I got home a few hours later that it started irritating me, luckily my mum was at my house so she cleaned it off for me and she kept asking why the whole back of my ear was covered and not a smaller patch (instead of Anila just applying a dot she literally covered the whole back of my ear with the product for the patch test). Where she had applied so much and I was unaware I touched my face and the product had gone onto my face to and given me a bad reaction. Behind my ear is burnt and so is under my eye where I touched. My face was swollen for nearly 4 days and I’m going to be left with scaring. My problem here is but for the fact that Anila used so much product I wouldn’t be suffering the way I am, she only had to apply a pea amount which she didn’t do. I’ve been to the doctors twice, was prescribed antibiotics because I was found to have an infection and the area was seeping fluid, aswell as this I was prescribed a strong dose of anti histamines as the over counter ones did nothing. I spoke to a lady from Sia who was very apologetic and said she would speak to Anila however I don’t think this is good enough. I’m the one suffering here due to the wrong doing of a colleague who is meant to be trained and know what she is doing. I have photos to show the extent of it all

Unfortunately, this place is highly random. Not only was the lady I was booked with not there, another staff member saying she does not work there in the mornings, the staff are really blase with a don't care attitude. They just carry on with what they are doing talking amongst each other. I decided to go ahead with another girl as she seemed slightly sympathetic, but when I went into the room for waxing it was filthy with damp patches on towels, the room was a mess, with flecks of old wax on the wall. This was not the first time this has happened. But with the overall negative experience, I decided not to spend time any more in this establishment. If you get the right girl (Amal (not working there now) and Lega) you will have a good experience, if not then you will have to put up with really poor customer service and overlook unhygienic conditions.

It’s a total rip off! £9 for upper lip waxing! And £8 for eyebrows. I am honestly shocked with the ridiculous prices, the fact that upper lip Costs more then waxing just doesn’t make sense. Other places upper lips costs £2-3 and eyebrows £4-5. I asked the lady at the counter how much it all cost and she said £8 for eyebrows, then I asked the price for upper lips and she said £11. So I was confused. I think she didn’t understand what I asked so assumed it all would cost £11 which was still high but didn’t mind paying. After 10 minutes I realised I was charged £17, I called up and the lady who did my treatment was rude, I asked her how much it cost once again and she said it once to me and then said “I’m not gonna explain myself again”. Learn how to talk to customers and how to make sense! Both very ignorant!

Sapana has been a life saver for me when it comes to my eyebrows as they had started to thin out and both were unequal. she has spent months getting it back to the thickness I wanted and both looking symmetrical. As we have been in lock down I cannot wait for her to reshape them. I always ask for her when I go to the Putney branch. So professional and pays attention to detail. I also have to thank Saba who has done my lash lift the last 2 times. I had gone to another salon previously to do them and they had really damaged my lashes by curling and lifting them too much so I am so glad that Saba really helped get them back to a natural lifted look. I cannot wait to book my appointment and have my lashes lifted. Thank you both so much.

I do not recommend this place at all, the womens there are not welcoming at all. I had an appointment booked and they just were confusing, had no idea what i booked for, they took me to an other room not even telling me what to do, the room was dirty, dust on the floor, mess everywhere, not even a chair to put my clothes on. I booked for my under arm and g string bikini wax it was done in under 10min. Under arm were not even properly done and my skin was burnt. She didn’t do what i asked for for the bikini she only did the sides and that as well had lots of hair left, looks like nothing was done. I am really disappointed ! Never going again !

Incredibly unprofessional customer treatment. The ‘beautician’ almost burnt me during a waxing treatment. She was rushing to finish it and go home, so, although I warned that it felt too hot, she carried on and applied it. I tried to save myself by covering it with my hand at some point, and she literally went on and poured hot wax on my fingers (!), saying it’s not too hot. The manager could have cared less when I told about it, and even let the employee ranting on me...I don’t want to spend my time any more than writing a review, although it warrants an official complaint. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this salon.

Against my better judgement I came for a threading not only did they take off too much the staff weren't helpful or friendly at all. I had to look at a booklet for pricing and after about 5 minutes the staff who mostly were standing around talking asked if i needed help. At £7.50 I expect a lot more than what I got. I usually go to a lovely place in Shepherd's Bush that's £5 (you get a loyalty card to get ur 5th threading free) I'd imagine they do nothing like that here as they didn't bother to tell me but there's no danger in me ever coming back even with it being closer to home. Don't go here it's horrible!

Do not use this place for anything. without asking the price first. It is a total rip off place. I went in a few weeks ago and asked the price and was told it would be some £8.50 or such like to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded. I normally pay £7 at my regular place but could not get there. I sat in the chair job completed and was told the cost was £14.50. I was totally shocked. No great wonder the place was empty. Ask everytime before you get in the chair or go to wandsworth shopping centre its much much cheaper there. Almost half the price!!!!

I always go to Sia for my eyebrow threading and have never left disappointed! Today I went for eyebrow threading again with one of the ladies, before having LVL done for the first time with the lovely Dhuval. She was brilliant; professional, kind and skilled. I love the final product. I’ve been a customer for years and today’s visit re-emphasised how skilled the ladies at Sia are and that there’s no better place for my eye lash, eyebrow or nail related beauty needs.

I had an LVL lash lift at Sia. The staff were very friendly and even let me start my appointment early. The whole process was very relaxing and they checked I was comfortable throughout. I am really please with the results. I have dark black and beautifully lifted lashes. UPDATE: I had another LVL treatment with Saba at Sia Putney and it was excellent and so relaxing. My lashes have the highest lift they've ever had and I'm so pleased I chose Sia Putney!

This was the first time that Sapna had given me a deluxe pedicure and she did not disappoint me. First the water was a lovely temperature as sometimes in the past it has been too hot for me. We chatted and she allowed me to be slow with my right leg (I have osteoarthritis) and was pleasantly surprised when my left leg moved much quicker! Having recently moved to the area I was keen to find a beautician who was able to take the time and care to tailor my eyebrows as I am very particular. Both Aneela and Sapna are absolutely fantastic! I will only use their services as they take such care, listen and know exactly what to do. They never rush and do such a thorough job. Their professionalism is second to none! I had my eyebrows done (threading), and when I was going to pay, I was shocked when the lady in front of me paid £8, and then they charged me £11 :O…. I asked the girl why was it cheaper for her and she told me “it’s a different price for men than for women”… I’m absolutely shocked about how this place discriminates men just for being men, I give 2 stars instead of 1 because the result was good…

I had my eyebrows threaded again last Sunday at Sia Beauty. I always go to Aneela because she is so precise and always does them perfectly! I am very particular and she is the only one I trust to do my eyebrows and I travel all the way from Ealing just to see her. She always makes me feel very relaxed and is so friendly and sweet. Aneela is the best and I definitely recommend, thank you !! :)

Very excellent lash lift! And also had eyebrow shape at the same time! Really good treatments by Dhuval. She was so kind and really took the time to explain what was happening at each stage of the treatment. I have been going to Sia for a couple of years now, mainly for eyebrow threading but also eyelash lift (which has been the best I have ever had). I always ask for Sabah, as she is just amazing at what she does! I'm sure the other ladies are also excellent, but for me, Sabah has never failed to do an amazing job. I’ve been to Sia Beauty twice, first time had a lash lift/tint with Bidya, she was lovely and did a great job. The second time, I’ve decided to go with Sapha, she was just amazing, made me feel comfortable during the whole process and was very gentle with my eyes. I was very impressed with my lashes, they look so lifted! I will definitely go back.

Horrible expérience . I did hot waxing , the girl didn't KEEP My skin , It was very paintfull ! At the end she asked My " it's ok " while There was still a lot of Hair - 2 Times . The wax has been applied roughly And in big quantity. On the website You can see : hight standard quality .... It's not true ... Don't go There !

As someone with watery, sensitive eyes - I wasn’t sure would the treatment even work properly on me but Sapna exceeded my expectations. Such a lovely and warm girl, made me feel at ease right away. I hadn’t booked an appointment prior to my visit but was lucky enough to get a walk-in slot. Sapna was wonderful looking after me, provided a great service and recommended after care products to use at home. Overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely be going back to Sapna in future for other services.

She walked me through every single step reassuring me of what she was doing and the results... stunningly curled lashes that make a subtle but noticeable difference to your lashes and overall look. Please do not come here! I believe it was the manager who waxed my eyebrows. She was not welcoming, and slightly hostile. Ripping a chunk out of my eyebrow and pretending that she had done nothing wrong. It has now been 3 weeks and have no hair growing back. Please spend your money elsewhere. Awful service.

I had such a great experience with Saba with my lash lift I was quite nervous to go get it done because the last time at a different salon they had fried my lashes. But saba was very calming and gentle and would let me know each step she was taking and my lashes look beautiful!! Definitely going back xx

I have been getting waxes my whole life and it’s always been a painful experience. Today I came to sia beauty and Saba gave me a full leg and bikini wax. It was so easy and such a luxurious experience at the most affordable price. Will only go here from now on - I strongly recommend you do too!!

Druval did an amazing job. I did my lash lifting for the first time and I loved it . Excellent service.Staff is incredibly well trained, very helpful and smiling all the time. Very clean and reasonably priced. I strongly suggest everyone to visit and use Sia’s services. Will defo be going back!

Although there are many other nail parlours along Putney High Street, Sia will always be popular because their staff is highly trained and always very polite. I do not permanently reside in London, but I wouldn't go anywhere else for my manicures and pedicures. They do an amazing job!

Always so relaxing and such wonderful customer service! As a man, it's nice to come in and have my eyelashes dyed and get a facial here or there to look amd feel better, but most importantly being treated in such a way that I always enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend :)

Unfortunate that the threading was not very accurate and rushed. Wanted to collect my phone number at payment with no reason given, and said that I’d have to share it next time. Guess I won’t be coming back as you have to have a legitimate purpose to collect customer data.

Eyebrows threaded well. Only feedback is I would have liked tidy up with tweezers after threading. Will see if this is done next time but shape and tidy up was well done. Nice setting also and didn't haven't wait long when I walked in. Cream applied after.

Came here last Thursday to get my eyebrows waxed for a formal event. They used to have a lovely shape to them, however the woman waxing them took way too much off both the top and bottom so now they look misshapen and gappy. Not surprised

For some reason my wife is loyal to this place but always comes home disappointed with how dark her eyebrows come out. She comes home with very dark eyebrows scaring her own children who think she's angry.
