We visited the resort and it was just next level awesome, the people who really need to eanjoy their mini vacc at budget friendly I'll recommend the Shrubbery Palms Resort. Mr. Manoj guided us from start to end and he was really very polite and co - operative , if we need anything he used to arrange it so quick also the staff are very polite and best (specially canteen staff are best I really liked the way they talked to us with so liniency and polietly) Mahesh shetty sir and Ravi from tripadvior also were nice as a part of reservation for resort. The food quality was delicious, pool size is really very big, club house is just amazingly designed, pool sides were very nice and best during the pool time to enjoy, volleyball court + garden + cricket ground area was also a nice place and they also provide the equipments for the outdoor games, electrical bagchi is also there that was also good, restaurant ambience was so nice and the area outside it was so spacious and best. We booked Vatika Villa and 10 occupancy room both were best and spacious at infinite level, they have maintained the property so well , all the things they have kept in both are designed so well from all small to large things (e.g. curtains, T.V. frames, etc.) they have really gave the villa a very nice look. Overall the Shruberry palms is just an amazing place for the people to visit, not only for the people who are goind to stay but also 1 day return people it just worthy and affordable, I'll love to visit again at this place in future. Thank you so much Shruberry palms for making our office outing so memorable.

It was a wonderful stay, rooms were neat and clean. More importantly staff was so polity and helped us throughout our stay. Food was included in the stay so it was really convenient and food quality and taste was awesome. It was really cool and calm place, good for family but I feel for the group of friends or big families it's the right place. Only thing I feel is location, which is not too far from Kasara Railway station. However, it is so much inside that if you are coming by your own vehicle then you might face some difficulty to reach there. Apart from the no scope of any complaint.. I loved my stay in Shruberry Palms Resort...

Great Girls Trip...Ok so we came from Dombivli to Kasara and informed the Cab driver one hr ago and he was already waiting for us when we reached was very polite and good person...As soon as we entered the reception they welcomed us with a drink and took no long to provide us the key to our room ..We were staying at Rama Tulsi room just besides the pool ..The view from the room was awesome and breezy..Rooms were very clean and Ac fans were working properly ..Group of boys / Helpers were always around who rushed through out, without any hesitance when we asked for glasses or plates. Ok the pool was again an highlight with decent slides and rain dance. when we visited there was only one family who accompanied us in pool so it wasn't very much crowded and we enjoyed a lot. Food was again good veg non veg both had many options. Highlight was the Dj I have never seen any resort providing Dj facility for the perfect evening.. The property again was so big and beautiful..We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @Shrubberypalms. Hoping to visit soon again

It is a very basic resort which is still under development and very close to the Mumbai Nasik Highway. We stayed in a row house with a hall and 3 bedrooms and a small lap pool which is adjacent to this resort and rented by the resort from a private developer. The stay was comfortable. There is a lot of improvement needed in the food quality and taste. The menu spread is decent, but lacks the basic deliciousness in the taste. They had arranged a DJ night on the day of our stay which was complimentary but since it is organised in the outside lawn, my suggestion will be to restrict the timings till 10pm since we got disturbed due to loud DJ music till 12 midnight and our sleep got completely disturbed. Resort management should take care of this aspect in future. The water park is very small and with 3 water slides and one rain dance area, there isn't much activity here. Still we could enjoy some time on the slides.

Just okayish place...we were told pickup facility from kasara railway station and the resort had shared the number of the driver.we had called up the driver well in advance and he asked us to call once we reach...we called him up as soon as we reached kasara railway station and he asked us to come to a spot..on reaching that spot we couldn't see the driver so we called him up again..he bluntly said he has already left and asked us to wait...we were left waiting there for 45 mins...we called up the resort and were told to keep waiting..the driver was just disconnecting our calls...after 45 mins we again called him up so he asked us to come a bit ahead when we reach there the cab is almost full and he tells us "Ab adjust karke baith jao"...so basically horrific experience right in the beginning...resort is in secluded place...food was ok but very cold food was served... service is quick and staff were co-operative...rooms were ok...pool is ok...Would skip visiting here again..

A Beautiful and Multi-purpose Resort! This place is too spacious, Absolutely perfect for a Corporate Outing/Picnic. We booked this place for our Office picnic with approximately 120 people and without any doubt it was a Marvellous Experience!!! Lovely Big Rooms, finger licking Food, Highly responsive staff, Total Hygiene, Prompt Service and Most Importantly their ability to manage a huge crowd like ours so swiftly was worth praise and applause. Lovely Green Landscapes around to relax and obviously to click great pictures. Variety of Indoor and Outdoor Games with a great pool for Adults and children. Be it a Corporate event, Marriage or a family stay, this place is without doubt a great experience. Shall recommend this place to everyone and will certainly visit again soon with family and friends.

now I feel my decision for 1 nite was the correct decision. DO NOT get impressed with the photo gallery, especially with the ROOMs. The bed was NOT made for second room, upon request, they just made bed but NO bed sheet. Pool is small but OK kind of thing. if 10-12 ppl jump in, then it will overcrowd. So called water park is only for name's sake. NO credit card is accepted. cash or UPI payment. Food is not that good but still ok. sweet dish was tasted like custard milk mixed with sugar syrup. Reception is one side and rooms are on other side (although they transport you thru battery operated van). And worst part, although the checkout time is 11 am but staff started giving us reminder from 8 am…first time is ok but 3-4 times their tone started changing. Didn’t liked the attitude. Finally NO more visit to this resort and NO recommendation.

Had gone for a office picnic and did the booking by Karan ( Trip tadka) had booked total 9 rooms. The room service was pathetic, there was TV but Tatasky recharge wasn't done so not and inspite of continuous request to room service it wasnt rectified. There was rat in one of the room(Amrita Tulsi) and the rat has eaten a new brand track pant and bag of my collegeue. We were made to stay in a small room which can accomdate 2 ppl but we were given triple and quadra occupancy, with only 2 water bottles in a room, which was senseless. The food, location and DJ party was excellent. But they need to redo after the room service, cleanliness ( toilets were full of stains) and hotel poilicies. Pathetic experience would never recommend to anyone.

If you really wish to have a refreshing vacation nearby mumbai. Shrubbery is a great option. We really wanted to go out and have a family time. We enjoyed our stay and the location. Reaching there is a bit issue but they have a pick up and drop facility from kasara Railway Station. Beautiful place clean Rooms hygiene is well maintained. Good hospitality. Every staff in their team is always there to help. GM - Mr shetty was very cooperative. Rupesh and his F & B team are very polite overall a great stay and a wonderful vacation. We wanted to extend our stay but couldn't as there were sold out next day. That was the only disappointment. Ravi from reservations team was always connected till we reach the place I didn't wanted to miss out on his name. .

Our experience was satisfactory. We had booked 3 rooms and all the rooms were satisfactory for staying. The food was yummy and of good quality. You can also contact the resort, if you want any particular food. They will prepare it for you. Service was good and flawless. The swimming pool is sufficiently big for a small group and it is well maintained with clean water. The swimming pool is a little far from the main resort, however they provide help by giving rides on their bikes / scooters. Best way to reach is by train. We took the local train to Kasara and from there we took a rickshaw to the resort. The resort is far from the main locality, and hence a rickshaw will cost you from Rs. 150 to Rs. 200. You can also contact the resort well in advance to arrange for a rickshaw service.

I would like to share my experience with Shruberry Palm Resorts, Shahpur, Kasara. While this place is on highway if you are looking for name as Shruberry please dont do that as you wont find that name anywhere, its called as "The Palms" (Matoshree Lawns). Property is huge and there are more rooms/villas being built up may be in next few months those should be ready. Our stay was in Sita Tulsi Room. Checkin time was at 1pm, however we were given room at around 3pm, as the earlier people didn't checked out on time, shows that the checkin & outs are not organised properly. Likes 1. Room was good and well maintained. 2. Pool was clean Dislikes 1. Food is not good, need drastic improvement here. 2. Resort seems to be under staff, causing delays etc. 3. Room was without cupboard, no refrigerator.

Pathetic service from shrubbery palm resort. After paying over price it was not fruitful.. Water was not there at rooms for the whole day and u need to go marathon of 100m for food. Never gonna recommend this to anyone. We were staying in Pool Villa Farm house no cleanliness and hygiene Staff was also not helpful at all. Our family had senior citizens wanted buttermilk and curd which was not available at the resort being the summer season it's really too hot out. Food was also not good no taste at all in fact starters were raw.Poor service waiting for all the items food was cold not fresh Evening breakfast also got over we were not given that also. Also after paying so much amount in the reception when we asked for Cricket Bat we were told to deposit 1000 rupees. Lastly we were promised to get barbeque and bonfire which we didn't get.

They are cheaters… For day picnic their website shows .. AC Std Deluxe room nd unlimited mocktails.. But after reaching at the site and doing our remaining full payment they denied to give us room. After our argument they gave us an used and uncleaned room said we will allocate a room after 1 pm.. but at 2 pm when we asked for a room they said we don’t have any room available , even after reaped request to clean the room.. they denied to clean and said we don’t have staff to clean and can vacate the unclean room too.. so much attitude.. There was NO mocktail available in the whole resort… The whole Lawn area was stinking. Lunch nd Hi tea was served 40 mins late, becoz of their late hi tea.. we missed our 6:25 train and had to wait at station for 2 hrs for nxt train. Never visited such a pathetic, unorganised resort.

To be honest, the stay was fantastic; I didn't thought my friends would like the picnic, but thanks to the palms resort team, particularly Karan from trip tadka, we had a great time.....Awesome place, great ambience, warm service and overall a peaceful getaway place. Beautiful view from the farmhouse. Food and the specially buffet dishes at all meals was par excellence... Excellent place to stay with family. Lovely place to hangout with friends and family Palms resort team has arranged DJ night on Saturday and that was a bonus for us. Really thank you so much palms resort for making our picnic outstanding

Very Bad Experience..We had made our Bookings for three rooms for Two days, three weeks prior thruogh trip tadka but when we entered this Shrubbery Palms Resort we were surprised to hear that we were not allotted any rooms for us. Where as d Advance Payment was also made at time of Booking. Still these people were not cooperating wid us. They were telling us to talk to trip tadka. After long arguement they allotted us 3 rooms. Inwhich Two rooms had No Basic Services given . We had to request them for Drinking water. No room service. Full Neglegence towards d customers basic requirements. Very Bad Cooperation. Not Satisfiesd with their Behavior. Not Recommended at all.

We visited with a group of 60 people and coordinated with Trip Tadka Executive. we really enjoyed our group stays in 3bhk private pool Villas. If you all looking for a budget-friendly stay, this is the best we found and the meals were fully loaded with multiple options and tasty too. There is also free Pickup & drop service and there were no additional charges from the package. There was a delay in pickup drop as we were in a group.

Was here with my international friends had a blast at this place pools, slides, rain dance, private pool + 5 star class service. Everything was worth it at reasonable prices. The rooms and service were not upto the mark provided the price we paid for it. The size of bedroom is too small and can accommodate only 3 people max however the resort claiming and selling saying 5 ppl can stay. The room service was horrible as we had no water service for 2 hrs in the morning and no one could resolve this issue. The only good thing was the view and the tea. Rest the resort needs to improvise in all other aspects.

Never visit such a fraudster place like this. great location and ambience, and liked the pool side area. but the receptionist was not cooperative. there was no coordination within the staff either. the food was not at all worth it. after multiple complains however the kitchen staff tried their best but the quality is not up to the mark. there was surprisingly a cctv camera in the living room of the villa which was extremely odd and made everyone uncomfortable. felt as if we are in bigg boss. the only good thing is the pool.

Mr mahesh shetty general manager is very humble person and cooperative. The resort is very clean and decent. Calm and qoite place. Clean and peaceful. Food is very testy.. Hospityability is very nice. It is reasonable as consider rates.swimming pool, sports are available.very accessable to mumbai Nasik road.

We were more than 250 guest at Shrubbery Palms Resort for my wedding. I was so happy with how co-operative kanchan ma'am and her team were. Thankyou for making my weddding dream into reality. There were so chaos at the wedding day but the staff handled it so nicely. shrubbery palms resort is best if you want to do wedding at a budgeted price.

I chose this resort for Holi celebration with my family and we got little late to reach there.... So the breakfast there was finished and not enough for my all family to have.... Food was good but the pool area is very small and there were hardly 2 water rides there... Traveling facility was not at all good. Overall experience was 3 out of 10.

Worst experience in the resort. Facilities and services were not good. Specially for Jain people. I highly not recommend to visit this place because even after informing prior. They didn't prepare jain and before 1.5 hr of every meal we have to go and request them and still they gave only subji n daal no starters nothing provided. Overall also not so good experience.

Food was very bad, food quality was very cheap, No taste was there in any dish, Expiry food is provided there. Pickup & drop facility is also not proper. Dessert was not good , variety is less in breakfast.

Very nice place and stay. Good for Family trips. Decent crowd. Location wise: very far for Mumbaikar. No rental cars available so better to travel on our own by private cars. Travel travelling is toooo hectic during Summers. Food is above average.

It is a very good resort, good food, and a very nice big room that can accommodate 12 people close to the swimming pool, The location is a great view easily accessible from kasara highway and housekeeping staff is also good and helpful.

Well maintained resort by management.. food tasty . Decent public are visiting... Pool was large small slides also their. DJ wal awasome. Large area with garden and parking. But staff was not good.. charging for every little things... Overall experience is OK.

Very poor sarvice by food and staff....baasi khana or pine ka paani bhi nahi milta hai....or payment full is liye lete hai ki customer inki service dekh ke bich me nahi bag jaye....jisko bhi pure veg chahiye to yaha pr mat aana ! Best place to visit, we went on 1St of july and the service they provide was very good, and the food the serve was delicious, bole to chummeshwari hai, ek baar kahoge to baar baar jaaoge. Subha ke nasta se lekar raat tak khana ek mo hai, har time alag variety hoti hai. Resort bbhaut acha hai.
