I am absolutely blown away by the HIIT classes at Shred415! This fitness studio has taken my workouts to a whole new level, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for an intense, challenging, and incredibly rewarding workout, this is the place to be. Alice and Fadil, the instructors at Shred415, are nothing short of amazing. Their passion for fitness, sense of humor, and dedication to helping their clients achieve their goals is truly inspiring. From the moment I walked into their classes, I knew I was in for an incredible workout experience. Alice's energy and enthusiasm are contagious. She creates an electric atmosphere in the studio, pushing everyone to give their all. Her ability to motivate and encourage is second to none. Alice's workouts are always diverse, well-structured, and designed to target every muscle group. She pushes you to your limits and beyond, helping you break through barriers you never thought possible. Her attention to form and technique ensures that you're getting the most out of every movement while minimizing the risk of injury. Fadil's expertise and knowledge of fitness are truly impressive. His classes are a perfect blend of intensity, variety, and fun. He brings a unique approach to each session, keeping us on our toes with innovative exercises and workout formats. Fadil's attention to detail is exceptional, and he's always available to answer questions or provide modifications to suit individual needs. I’ve been coming here regularly for 2 years and I still look forward to each workout here. Everything about this gym is very well thought-out: the check-in process, the lights, the music, the locker rooms, and of course the workout itself. It’s not an easy workout but I remember the first few months I saw a consistent improvement in my body fat composition which really kept me motivated. Even after 2 years I’m still setting new PRs. You are free to push yourself as much as you want and they give a lot of adjustments to the workout if needed. The instructors are all great and there’s more or less a consistent structure to the class but different instructors have different styles and music tastes. Alice, Ashley, and Bailey have the most energy imo Props to Alice and Fadil for building up a great and supportive community

Shred415 is by far the best workout I’ve been to in Seattle. I would highly recommend that everyone come to Shred for HIIT workouts. The workouts are intense and there’s always a good variety of exercises to do in each class. The instructors are extremely nice, they always accommodate people at every skill level and provide exercise options, they are very clear on the mic, and they have great choices in music. They’re also very friendly and approachable, and my wife and I love talking to them after class. The studio is one of the cleanest workout studios I’ve ever seen and their equipment is top notch. I also wanna give a special shout out to Alice and Fadil, who run the studio. They’ve done an amazing job building the Shred community and treat everyone with love and respect. Thank you so much!

Love this class. I have tried so many classes. Before this class, Orange Theory and Barry’s were my favorite. Now I wouldn’t consider going to either of those gyms unless I am traveling for work and there is not a Shred415 gym in that city. Shred actual cares about form during the strength training section…the other classes are about doing as many reps with light weight and poor form, which IMO is not going to yield muscle development and is a huge risk for injury. Plus the treadmill sprints feel attainable and you know exactly what to expect. Directions for both sections of the class are clear, the instructor provides a demo of the floor exercises, the music is fun, and when you leave you feel full of endorphins and energy. Can’t recommend this class enough.

Love the classes here and the instructors. If you're seeking a place where you'll find unwavering consistency, positive vibes, and inclusivity, this is it. The workouts are safe and effective and entirely tailored to your skill level. It is a well-run studio with the best instructors - highly recommend. But what truly stands out is the consistent effectiveness of their workouts. They push students to a healthy limit while ensuring students are using proper form. I was looking for a place to get back into my best fitness health and strength... and with only one month, I have seen positive progress!

Shred415 has honestly changed my life! I promise no one is paying me to say this haha. I found this place on class pass because I had just moved to Seattle and wanted to try different studios. I quickly became a shred member because of how amazing and motivating the instructors are. I’ve been going for about 6 months and have noticed a lot of changes in my health and strength. If you’re thinking about it, just come! You learn to push yourself to limits you never thought you could reach and it’s sooo empowering! Shout out to Alice for always playing my fav bad bunny lol.

Shred has by far been my favorite workout studio. I appreciate the music and energy in class that keeps you motivated, as well as the instructors that are encouraging and help you meet your training goals (strength and speed/endurance). The whole team helps create a strong sense of community and accountability in and outside of the studio. This program is results-oriented and has helped me become the strongest version of myself. The class is self-paced and can be adjusted to different fitness levels. You’ll be sure to see yourself improve week after week!

I have been going to Shred415 Seattle on and off for about a year now. I've never had any issues with them. They're disciplined and dedicated at what they do. Each instructor bring their own kind of energy and I like working with all of them. It's up to you, if you want to keep working with instructors who work the best for you. I always like to change things slightly per my mood and abilities for that day. You can either stick to what you can and want to do and focus on your own self, or just get motivated by that tad bit of peer pressure. Cheers!

Shred415 offers a challenging workout, positive community, and inclusive environment suitable for those of all fitness levels. I have taken primarily HIIT classes for about 4 years, but have always struggled with hitting a plateau in my workout and lacking that extra challenge. Shred415's treadmill and floor workouts are created by the instructor and unique to each class, exposing clients to a variety of exercises and formats. I have found Shred's floor blocks specifically to be the best around. I recommend Shred415 to those of any fitness level!

Shred415 “fantastic experience” !! Hands down, best choice I made. All the trainers are awesome and take an interest in you no matter what your fitness level you’re at. I really love how they boost me up & get most out of every workout. It’s been a more than a month & I’m already seeing big change in my energy level & body. After moving to Seattle, I tried class pass and somehow got found my home at Shred415 in right before Covid! My mindset about working out has changed completely. The environment is so welcoming and I always feel so empowered. The classes are intense but I always tell my friends not to feel intimidated because you can always walk and do body weights the whole time. The showers are clean and there’s even a yoga studio sharing a space with them in Bellevue! It’s the whole package!

Clean studio, nice staff, good workout. Some things I don’t agree with like side shuffles on the treadmill during warm up. Very unsafe use of a treadmill with limited instructor awareness. I tripped (yes, my own fault I know) and fell off my treadmill and the instructor didn’t even notice ‍♀️ UPDATE 5/4/2023: reply from owner "We must have done something right to get such a good rating from you" ... seems like they didn't even read my review ?

Had an extremely disappointing experience. Got billed twice, once for a single class despite having an active membership. Canceling the membership was really difficult, and I ended up with a lot of unexpected charges. Moreover, it was quite frustrating to find that the owner was rarely available to address concerns/inquiries. The remaining staff members appeared ill-equipped to provide assistance and consistently redirected me to email the owner.

I LOVE shred415! I’ve done other high-intensity workouts before, but they were all very intense (in a way that I thought I was going to injure myself). Shred415 is not only a fantastic workout but you’re able to push yourself at a healthy level. The workouts are great for both beginners and experts. From the front desk staff to the instructors, the atmosphere is great and welcoming. Highly recommend!! You will have one of the best workouts ever.

Love this studio! You’re challenged with your workouts but can go at your own pace depending on how you are feeling that day. This studio feels inclusive no matter your fitness level. Every class I’ve been to has been really fun. I’ve taken classes at both studios locations but prefer the liveliness of the Seattle spot, despite parking being a little harder. Also love that you can attend classes via ClassPass which I do!

Took a class through ClassPass. Front desk person and coach were both really friendly and attentive. The coach was really upbeat, and encouraged us to push ourselves. Very similar to Barry's but a bit less intimidating because you set your own baseline speed - and you alternate between treadmill and floor exercises. I'm not personally huge fan of running, but I liked that the class is welcoming to all fitness levels!

Shred is hands down the BEST workout community in Seattle! The instructors are like an extended family, always so motivating, always so fun, and AMAZING at what they do! I really love the experience here at Shred 415. The instructors and the front desk staff are one of the most friendliest people ever. Not only will you get a great workout, the amenities are really awesome compared other workout facilities. If you do book a class here, take Nina and Alice! Their classes are super fun! I would choose this place over Orangetheory and Barry’s any day.

Great circuit HIIT workouts, half on the treadmills and half on the floor with free weights, bands, and body weight. You switch between them for two sessions on each per class. The times goes by really quickly and you get a great workout. Good split of guys and girls so I think everyone feels welcome.

I love Shred415. I was never into high intensity work out before but I tried a free class and am still going 6 months later. All of the teachers are great and super motivating. Music is fun. Facilities have nice amenities. Alice, Fadil and staff are very nice and welcoming.
