I do not recommend. Bad service from sellers and especially from the manager. I bought a shoe on Sunday, the 16/02/2020th, as a gift, but it was too big. On Wednesday, the 19/02th, I went to make the exchange. The seller would bring me models that I had not asked for and well above the value that I had already made clear as a limit (I was emphatic in saying “bring me only what I ordered, if you don’t have it, don’t bring anything). I chose a shoe that was completely out of line with what I wanted, but OK, R$20.00 less... I liked the model. I took a flip flop for R$19.99 thinking I wouldn't have problems with the difference. But, when closing the exchange at the cashier, I was charged R$19.99 for the slipper. Well, then the shack started. I told the manager about the error in the billing and she said it was the promotion, I explained that I paid R$99.99 for the product, exchanging it for one for R$79.99 there would be R$20.00 left and I said “now I feel robbed”, the manager snorted and said to the cashier “ahhh go!!! Give me the discount” as if you were doing me a big favor and it wasn’t my right and the store’s DUTY, well… I took the tax receipt and showed it to her… then she got more nervous and said she wouldn’t tolerate it anymore my rudeness ”that I ALMOST made the salesperson cry in the stock” and she wouldn't let me talk. OK, I decided not to argue, got my items and was leaving the store, but the manager continued to complain about me to another customer at the register (absurd). I went back there and said loudly for everyone to hear “you want to explain to the customers what happened, well, I'll explain. The store robs you in the exchange, when we buy it they say that you don't need the coupon in the exchange, then if you exchange it for a product of lesser value they don't calculate the difference and that's all for that, so they should keep the purchase coupons so they don't run the puck from being injured”. And so, the lady manager literally only made the situation worse, because of her absurd attitude in “discussing with another customer” a problem of mine, all customers came to know the absurdity that they try to do in the exchange. Now I understand, "if you need to change it, just bring it in the box and unused, you don't need the tax coupon".

Hello, my experience at the store was positive, taking into account the positive and negative points I've already experienced there. However, this last time I went with a friend where we bought 2 sneakers, 1 each. We made the payment and ok!! After 3 days of using my boots that I bought for work where I was advised by the salesperson that they would be a good option due to the price and quality, they took off a pair! While I was rushing, I stopped at the same moment and bought some shoe glue (not the shoemaker's glue) and tried to glue it because I already knew that in the future it would open the beak. I thought it would be enough to solve my problems, but I was wrong, the material in question didn't stick after 3 days of stopping the glue to dry. So when I had some time, I went to the store in question to exchange the product. Which in this case left me quite shocked by what I heard. The store actually has exchange policies that I don't agree with. So before buying, clarify your doubts and don't forget to evaluate the product very well.

Primeira e última compra, só comprei mesmo porque o tênis que queria comprar só tinha lá... Comprei um tênis de R$ 199 pagamento em dinheiro , não me deram nada de desconto e ainda cobraram R$ 1.99 da embalagem, a taxa do cartão certamente é mais cara do que algum agrado que poderia ofertar ao cliente, péssima! Não é nem pelo desconto mais sim pela tratativa, sou comprador assíduo de tênis e nunca mais voltarei nessa loja

Fui muito mal atendida pela gerente Fernanda hj 01/10/19 as 20:30, fui a loja verificar como faria para realizar a troca de tenis q minhas filhas ganharam, como estava sem o papel da troca, pedi a ela q experimentasse outro tenis nas meninas, ela não gostou...pq eu iria voltar amanhã é já levaria...ela fez cara feia e ainda xingou. Absurdo isso...

Ótimo atendimento. Sempre fui muito bem atendida todas as vezes que eu estive na loja. Vendedores sempre simpáticos. Tem sapatilhas e sandálias para meninas muito bonitos , de ótima qualidade , e por bons preços. Poderia ter mais variedade de sapatinhos acima do número 27. Os calçados em geral tem bons preços.

Fiquei muito chateada com um caso que aconteceu comigo, sou cliente á anos dessa loja,quando um produto esta com defeito nao e culpa do cliente, quando compramos um produto e porque queremos usar ate que ele acabe enfim,fui mal atendida,estou insatisfeita com esta loja do shoping plaza sul

Atendimento desanimador .... nunca vi uma atendente sugerir outra loja com tanta vontade .... se ela usa-se essa "vontade" pra trabalhar na loja q a contratou .... eu teria comprado com ela.
