Let me paint a picture. I was wearing Golden Gaytime socks with bright yellow Crocs, and getting a lash lift and tint for the first time ever. I walked into this super lux salon with my goofy shoes on, and felt kind of silly when I saw how gorgeous the place was. I expected to be judged by the way I looked, or my home coloured hair, or my grown out under cut, or basically any other part of my ratchet appearance. That was not the case at all! From the moment I walked inside this bougie salon, I was made to feel at ease and completely welcome. Honestly, I've never experienced such wonderful customer service in a beauty salon before, due to my aforementioned general ratchetness. And my lashes are absolutely gorgeous!! I have had nothing but compliments, and they've made the perfect accompaniment to my ~villain era~. I will be back, for sure, and can't recommend the place highly enough! There are very few places/services that compels me to write a positive review, this is one of them I’ve honestly never trusted my beautician so much. Whether it’s wisdom lines, eyebrow shaping, eyelash extension, microdermabrasion, make up, I can trust her to make it all happen with absolute best results! Her new Salon in Sunbury is as classy & peaceful as she is. I have been a client of Murni's before she opened her own salon & have never been disappointed with any of the beauty treatments I have had. I'm so glad I waited to find Murni before I had my eyebrows microbladed - they have needed minimal touch ups & only require a henna colour every 8 weeks because my natural brow can be a little lighter. SHR treatments are painless, almost like having a warm bath! If you're considering beauty therapy with long term, lasting results give Murni a call - you wont be disappointed!

What a beautiful salon and amazing staff. Each one of the staff members came up to me and introduced themselves and made sure I was comfortable. First time using Naomi for my hair, I left colour selection and style up to her and I absolutely love the outcome. Also had a brow wax and tint by the owner Murni, very happy as I have never had this done before. Will definitely be back and will recommend these ladies. I drove 40 minutes to this salon as my daughter recommended Naomi, well worth the drive.

Highly recommended this place. The girls are so friendly and accommodating especially with bringing my 4 year old in while I got my hair cut. I have been twice now and have got the best haircuts I have ever received. Teresa really listens to what you want and does a fantastic job. I have always struggled to find a good hairdresser that can cut curly hai but she just understands your hair and what will suit best. I am in love with my new hair and recieve compliments every where I go. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend this salon, absolutely wonderful experience each and every time I get my lashes done! The ladies are always so welcoming and provide such lovely customer service. Unfortunately I’ve copped some bad experiences with a few places to the point I thought I’d never be able to trust anyone to do my lashes ever again! However Murni is quick, gentle and so knowledgeable on the services she provides, she understands exactly what look I’m going for and leaves me keen to keep coming back!

I Got my eyebrows tattooed for the very first time recently. I’d been debating on doing it for a few years. I can’t believe how awesome they look, I feel pretty again. They look quite natural, unlike the heavy handed cookie cutter look that seems to be the standard go to, and what put me off for so long . The whole experience right from the very beginning was friendly, caring and reassuring. I can and will be recommending Shine to all those who ask. I love my brows! ❤️

I’ve recently started attending Shine as a new client after recommendation’s and word of mouth from other friends. I absolutely love the beauty services available, the knowledge from the owner the professionalism, kindness and I absolutely trust her and feel completely at ease with the procedures I receive now and in the future which I’m really excited about. I have no doubt in also recommending other people and know they won’t be disappointed.

I do not recommend this salon for eyebrows! I went in to get my eyebrows touched up and she removed half my eyebrows!! :( I now need to draw them on for the next 3-6 months until they grow back, SO disappointed!! there was no communication that she was waxing into my brows, I asked to make them a little neater but keep the same shape and she's made them so wide apart and half the thickness :(

Murni and Naomi were amazing. I had my facial done by Murni and hair cut/colour/blow wave by Naomi, it was perfection. The experience and service was phenomenal with a personal touch catered on personal requirement. Had a previous bad experience with waxing at another salon and came to shine hair, skin & eyebrows for the first time to fix it. She immediately could see what the problem was, my eyebrows and eyebrows tint are absolutely amazing im so happy, service was friendly and amazing and I will definetly be returning for more than just a waxing service.
