i put my engagement ring in to be cleaned and to have it straightened to original shape,was shocked that it was out of shape after 12 months of wearing it to be honest. Anyway was told that it would be $35 to be sent off to be done which i agreed on ,Was also told that it would be ready on the 22nd January to be picked up. Last Friday 25th January i called to see where the ring was as i hadn't heard anything and was told that it wasn't back,and their had been a death in the family and they have a back log,i find this hard to believe with such a big company that this would affect you,I got a call this afternoon ( 31/1/2019) to say that it will now cost me a extra $20 to get this done.So not only have i waited a extra 2 weeks for the ring to be done( which still hasnt)im also being told that it costs more to do the ring.The woman i spoke to couldn't understand why i had been told their had been a death either.I will not be using you again for anything,

I put my watch in to get pressure tested on the 6 January 2020 . I was told I would have a quote by the 15 January, on the 21st i received a phone call informing me of the cost , I agreed to it . On the 4th Feb i received another phone call saying i needed to pay half the cost before they would start any work on it . I'm just wondering why it took a second phone call and 14 days to find this out ,not happy with how they inform their costomers once I finally get my treasured watch back i will never use this store again they also make you rate them with a star before u can post a comment if I could i would take the star back because they DO not deserve one

I bought a seiko watch during my lunch break and got great service from a sales person i think called Rachel. At first the watch could not be found but Rachel took my contact details and said they would contact me if found.Cause it had just arrived it was not in the usual place.Much to my delight I got rang to let me know thew had the watch and when I went back to look at it it was awesome fully stickered and never been handled .I got great friendly service.

They have terrible customer service. They lost one of my rings but ultimately found it. I put my rings in for cleaning and check and was told it would take 2 weeks. Nearly 4 weeks later I got my rings back. They couldn't return my daughter's ring as it needed to be resized. Instead they offered her a refund. Shocking store. I do not recommend

Enquiry about it it is possible to buy a catch.. girl not interested at all. Said no... I said perhaps I could buy a chain to get a latch.. NO.. what the.. so I said don't you sell jewellery.. I am sure I was in a jewellery shop. Hopeless get some customer service training for your Sunday workers

Golden grove shiels - mature lady was abrupt and rude. Decided not to buy anything as to her approach. Should not be in sales. Especially in these times jewelry shops are so quiet you'd think a worker would be nice for a sale but seems like we were more of an inconvenience for her.

Over $1000 spent on Xmas presents... tag still attached, yet as no receipt (xmas present in a Sheils bag WITH the warranty), they tell you to go to Mr Minute to get the watch strap adjusted!!! Are you kidding?? No more money will be spent with them!!!

I just walked through the store, looked at everything with the intention of finding wedding bands for my fiancè and myself. There were 2 people behind the counter chatting, neither even acknowledged my presence in the store.
