Writing a new update because things always change, people are so quick to write negative reviews instead of constructive criticism. Have always enjoyed Blanchards Shell, Aaron and Bob especially! Permanent faces, always friendly, smiling, helpful, and keeps the customers happy because they are personable and want to make sure they're doing all they can to satisfy everyone's needs. Yes, some prices on items are HIGH(er) than other convenient stores BUT this store has been here for as long as I can remember, only store on Carmel Road for this area that has a "neighborhood feel " and for the Beer drinkers you've GOT to stop in and visit their beer cave! Hidden gem you should definitely check out! (Excellent wines as well) With Aaron and Bob you'll definitely get intelligent conversations and recommendations for Carmel area!! *Added bonus Clean Store and Bathrooms*

DO NOT GO HERE! I just stopped here for gas, I used my card as usual and pressed “Regular” which is $2.69 per gallon right now. When it was done pumping I noticed it charged me way more than usual, so I printed the receipt and it said I was charged $3.39 per gallon. When I went in to get a refund. I got no help, I was told sometime the pumps select it. Even though it was their fault not mine, I was told they couldn’t do anything and I’ll have to come back Monday between 8-2 to speak to the manager. It was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

If there were zero stars, I would rate it this. I had a horrible experience in this store with the store manager, Claudette Justus today. I've been in this store several times and never had a bad experience, but will not be back after today. When asked a very simple question she had a horrible, nasty attitude. I was surprised that the manager of the store acted like that - I was asking a question about a price on an item, that I didn't know if it was on sale or not, would have purchased more of the item if she had just been somewhat nice.

Beer Cave Stocked with 75% craft BEER bathrooms clean soda always stocked .surrounded by million dollar homes and townhouses and still can't manage to open the doors 7 days a week. If I had that store I would at least respect the 100,000 plus people who Surround this woodies owned she'll and care enough to be open on Sunday....NEWS FLASH....covid19 measures are over.

I visited this store on August 9th and witnessed 4 employees (apparently during shift change) not wearing masks or social distancing. I was amazed at their carelessness amidst this pandemic and during statewide a mask mandate. I will not go to this store again.

Decent location for folks working in Ballantyne and living in SouthPark, or areas close by. However, this is the highest priced gas I've seen anywhere in town. I gas up pretty much anywhere else.

Great store - used to shop here as a wee lad when you could still get 2 cent bazooka bubblegum and smoke bombs for 15 cents. Blanchard's is what I remember it being. What a good store!

Not the nicest gas station I've even been to, but serves it's purpose. Always has gas, prices are stable and pumps always work.

I'm glad they are there. I almost ran out of gas. South Charlie does not like gas stations for some reason.
