Hey good afternoon I wanted to leave this message because I bought some cigarillos that were on advertisements from this location on Friday upon getting home I noticed that the cigarillos were stale I finally got the chance to leave back out my apartment on Sunday to bring them back and just explain to the clerk or customer service rep My experience he then let me know that you cannot return tobacco which I am knowledgeable of that I do know that you cannot return tobacco and alcohol products but in this instant or in my case I am exchanging because of quality of service what I was so was stale so I just really wanted them switched out I was then told by him that I would have to wait until Friday to resolve my problem because I'll have to work with the person who sold the cigarillos to me so now I have to wait a week to just exchange cigarillos.. I don't feel satisfied as a customer because it's as miniscule as cigarillos that can't be switched out because they're stale

I’ve come here a few times with no problems. Today Paul told me that I could not buy scratch cards with my debit card. Mind you I’ve been buying my scratch cards here for months with my debit card. He truly lacks customer service and he only acts like that with African Americans. I literally felt so disheartened that I left everything I was going to purchase at the counter.

I stop in this Shell station just about everyday coming from work... Its always clean and organized and I never have any problems finding what I come to buy, friendly staff also!

I go here daily to the point they treat me like family. Never a problem with customer service the owner is awesome and so is his employees.

Got gas here and the following day I had 2 charges on my credit card which I disputed with my bank.

This place is clean and no intimidate-looking people hanging around, plus fair price.

cashier mean and lazy, refused to sell and say pls don't come next time.

Good service gas is gas but here you can get old fashion service

Gas prices = price gouging. The shell on Westheimer much cheaper

White haired older cashier was very polite and understanding.

Friendly owner who often had buy-one get-one drink specials.

Gas prices too damn high but at least the attendant is nice
