Bathroom: only 1 single restroom for all; no stalls. Just the one toilet. Toilet itself was broken, bathroom smelled of aged urine and fresh vomit. Wads of toilet paper all over the floor. Poop stains on the wall. Poop and pee stains on the toilet seat. No paper towels. My 10 year old said he’s sure it hasn’t been cleaned in 5 years. It certainly looked like it. Horrid. The gas station pumps: there were 8 pumps and half were broken, because of the tight space it was hard to maneuver to another one. I am a loyal member of Shell stations and only use them. I will never be returning to this one though. Very disappointing & disgusting.

I was racially discriminated against not only because I was black but because I am gay. I plead to anyone that will listen do not shop at this place. The attendant told me the manager and owner did not have the time for me. The nicest, cleanest station I've ever been too! The employees are all friendly. The car wash works great!They have Uhauls to rent, great selection of items and clean restrooms. I've never experienced such a ghetto gas station in my life I paid for gas to be put in my car and my miles did not go up whatsoever I don't have no old car. If I put $20 in My car the miles in my car is supposed to go up I put gas money in this car and my miles didn't go up whatsoever they stealing ppl money!!!!

Mostly extremely personable employees from Ethiopia. Say "Endebmin-nesh?" to one of the beautiful ladies or "Endebmin-nah?" to the super nice guys and they'll remember you every time you go in. Ask for Minty and he'll sing a special Harar folk song for you. Minty, Nagash, Abraham and Zalelam are extra -friendly.

Do not get a uhaul from this location. I was charged nearly double for my service since those handling me paperwork were not properly training by uhaul. I was denied a refund. Will not be using this fraudulent provider in the future.

They have a bathroom but it's gross. There isn't much parking if you're not buying gas. The service counter is elevated so it feels a little strange. But it's the only service station on this exit. I just HAD to pee.

Wonderful service! I was almost out of gas and my atm card would not work. The attendant was very calm and helpful, and he helped me correct the issue!

Clean and well kept inside, convenient to get onto the interstate. May be difficult to pull out when going the other way depending on traffic
