This petrol station has a hand car wash attached to it, I been using it since it opened, always excellent car wash, they had a special offer for chauffeurs too, they now changed management of the car wash, many of my fellow chauffeurs advised that the service has gone down, and the car washing was below standard, so they now use the Ley Street car wash, I only found out today just how bad the service is, took my car there for the standard wash (price was hiked up), they were missing lots of areas, which I had to get a damp cloth and do myself, one of the owners said I have to move, I told him that the washing was below standard, he then said " you should get your car washed at another car wash then!" the new management say that all of the washers are managers so you cant really complain to anyone, the best thing you can do is take their advice and go to another car wash, such as the Ley street car wash a few yards away, I should have followed the advice of other drivers that have changed since change of management here . Its really not worth paying £12 to have to use a cloth and do the areas they missed, and also deal with staff with no customer service skills at all.

Fuel handle leaking got diesel all over my hands. No gloves or tissues in sight. Complained and asked for some tissue to clean my hands before I touched my bag. Complaint and request totally ignored. When I complained again, I was told to ‘learn some manners first’. This particular staff carries a chip on his shoulder, never a smile or hello returned. When I left he was making gestures through the window?? My family and I family top up our fuel here 3-4 times a week, but today I’ve had enough of their ignorance. Wish I could return the £80 fuel I had just put in, will be taking our business elsewhere.

I was using it for months , great customer service and rates, it’s now under new management and the prices have been hiked up, they wash so fast they miss bits, you have to get a cloth and it yourself. While you cleaning they will tell you to move, one of the owners will tell you to wash your car at another car wash next time, this new management has no customer service. If you want your car washed properly go to another car wash, these guys are not bothered.

Night staff sleeping.i always fill up my tank and can not predict how much it will be.been treated by night staff as a thief.offered to leave card there and to fill it up,and no.pay first.i asked if i pay 50£ and only using 40£ how it will refund me.and they are doing it cash.i don't want cash. Using this petrol station for 4 years now but never had problems.that night staff member has a rude attitude.day time staff are ok.

1 star is so I can were a review, otherwise I would give it no star. A number of times I have been an I noticed I was charged 20p before petrol even came out the nozel. It's happen more then once and you will be charged before the petrol comes out. I have been filling up fuel for 20 years and the staff start talking nonsense. Don't go here coz the pennies will add up. Barking Shell is better.

Shells petrol station open 24 hours only thing going for it. Night staff asleep night shift have to bang on window wake them up. And do not park there and if your not buying fuel or anything because if any longer there few mins there's a ticket guy parked up and gives you £60 to £100 ticket and they don't care shell getting in there pocket plus staff not helpful just watch out every one

Unprofessionally and rude staff , Shell go scanner never works , and apparently you cannot scan it anymore if the amount is ready to pay on the card reader ? It’s open 24 hours but when you try to get a coffee on the night time , they open the machine and apparently it gets broken in the night time . Staff sleeping , you have to bang on the window to get the pump working

The station staff are not only clueless but the pump nozzles are also always broken. The fuel leaks and they still charge you for their faulty equipment. Would highly suggest that one finds an alternative to this station as you will find yourself out of pocket, experience bad service and waste your time!

Very good petrol site with car wash currently £6. There are 8 pumps and the site owner is very nice person. Shell petrol price is high when compared with other petrol sites. There is an cash machine outside and electric car charging present at the site. There is an tesco next to this site.

The people working for the car wash and their customers are smoking inside the petrol station. How is this allowed. This is very dangerous. The staff of the car wash is smoking while cleaning your car. I have reported this to the police. This should not be allowed.

Good petrol station, managed to fill my new car with Petrol for the first time and didn't experience any issues. Price wise decent as how my car goes and filling up is relatively straightforward and the pumps are precise. I paid exactly what I filled up.

Very unhelpful and rude staff. Refused to take vouchers. When I checked the shell website for the terms and conditions later, it shows they are a participating service station and should have accepted the vouchers!

Diesel price on 23.3.22 was 181.9. After the announcement of the 5p cut in fuel duty, the price was RAISED by 5p to 186.9 on 24.3.22. Will definitely never use again. See my dashcam photos for proof.

It says there 24 hours, I have waited there for nearly 10 mins. Knocked on the window. Nobody was sitting inside, so I had to go from there without the fuel. Bad service

Nice service all the time when I tank up. The only thing I do not concur with is the prices of the product they sell in the store, it is heavily inflated.

Normally good but on this occasion my shell card wasnt scanned properly so lost discount on fuel of £5.00 plus didn't register visit as purchase.

Great for petrol quick and usually not busy and brilliant car wash adjacent to the petrol station so you can do two important things in one trip

Their GO+ machine never works. Please refrain from visiting them if you want to gain or redeem your GO+ points. Utter nonsense unfortunately.

I always stop in this garage for v power fuel. always empty so no real queue's just one or two in front of me most times if any.

I filled up diesel for 10er and my fuel indicator didn't move a bit. I fuel as soon as I see fuel light. Something doggy there.

Night shift is never on till.... highly overpriced and for some reason the card machine is not in use of a night!!!!!

Yes v-power diesel available here, happy to have here as I always use v-power diesel. Helpful and friendly staff
