I was loyal customer of shell from 2010 but just because of last night's shell cafe (Deli 2 go) experience not only me but 4 other Friends will never visit Shell. Last night around 2:30 AM we thought of having coffee and visited the cafe along with four of my friends and their family but had the worst experience. The staff and the cafe in charge were very rude. We ordered and made the payment and later although all the coffee and cappuccino were ready but just because of the staff behaviour we had to cancel everything. To our surprise, cafe in charge instead of trying to serve the customer, was very rude and refunded the amount ... Although everything was ready... But they just wasted all the food, just wondered how companies like Shell have those kinds of staff... If I get any proper response from the management within 72 hours will keep the app, else even going uninstall App and Shell from next visit.

Shell is like a goto place for 3am night cravings like Maggie or Tea/Coffee with friends. During weekends you will find it crowded even late at night. However the prices of their food are a bit higher just like their petrol . It's like 12 rs Maggie for 70-80 bucks. Must Try: Cheesy Schezwan Wrap Service: Staff is polite and professional but their service is slow due to limited utilities. Would definitely recommend late night snacks!

"Shell Select-Deli to Go" are the best places for late night caffeine breaks and mid night snacking.This one in kasavanahalli is even better with its more space.
