Its very sad to tell that I had very worst experience in this fuel station As we all no this this fuel company is famous for there good service But I faced many issues whenever I do my visit here. Once the fuel machine was out of order Waited for 6to 10mins And another time made me to wait at Air service point . and said in the last momment that Air valve is broken and said they can't continue the proces. And again I tried claiming Beverage offer 25, percentage wich is given in the Shell app But it dint worked and operator said I have no details about this . As I have been regular customer to this Reputed Fuel Brand I suggest the management to clear all the present and upcoming issues and maintain there good bond with the customer Thank you I'll be visiting again soon

Shell Hennur rd is opened now. Enjoy the Deli to go, lube change n fuel services.Shell provide great offer n world class services compared to other PSU units. And it makes different from others. There are rewards points too which help to redeem as per you wish to select products. The mobile app for rewards is working very smoothly. Services champion at forecourt, lube change, air point , cash counter n deli 2 go are very polite n supportive. One of the drop back in current days is the high price from other PSU units. But the rest of area of service is attractive n lures to do visit Shell again n again despite the high price. Kudos to the Shell team n safety culture on retail outlets.

Brought shell oil for my 2 wheeler at this petrol bunk at hennur main road Ganvi enterprises , had to return it as the mechanic had already filled the oil in my bike The lady sales representative and a man who says he is a shift manager very rude and was refusing to return the money that I paid for the oil , After i started to call shell customer care she came back and gave the money supposed to be returned. And still she didn't accept her mistake. Message to whoever owns this place :pls work and serve with honesty I don't suggest any body to go to the store . This is poorly managed place . Shell should take care of this or minor things like this may lead to brand and reputation loss.

As all the shell pumps they too works the same. But the pump employees really help me on an incident happened. During the covid time I have used my bike very less and it was almost 2yrs I have filled full tank. After bike servicing I came here to fill the tank and it's done. Suddenly my bike's petrol tank started leaking. Immediately the employees helped me parking to the side to remove all the petrol and make the engine dry and fill the collected petrol to my friend's bike. I doubt if this happened in some other fuel station what could have been happened. Thank you guys..

One of your staff is racists, please train him properly to treat everyone equally, he refused to buy snacks, such a third class attitude is no more accept, if he is that great, he should not worked there, i was came with fmly, so request him to open for me, he said, it's closed but Already inside 2 couple but us not allow. Sorry for the bad review, but, this is all i can do. It's very bad experience wht I had today and thy person coming to fight this is not what reputed petrol pump employees do.

Honest team, while holding cash, 500/- dropped from my daughter's hand and she didn't notice, immediately the fuel attendant picked it up and handed it back. Since I filled 2,500/-, a 50/- discount is applicable, this I forgot to collect, the fuel attendant handed me the money with no hesitation. I have been a Shell user for 15 years and this bunk too has a great team. Hebbal

They are saying 24/7 but it's not after 1 thy say it's closed but inside 2 to 3 couple inside but thy saying closed its and the person very rudely and done misbehaving it's like only for couple who wares shorts cloths very bad experience better closed it or open couple bar customer service is very bard thy thnks thy r giving free

Hi mostly if I go to put petrol I mostly go to this SHELL fuel station, because it's clean and as I check milage I got good mileage...and they have arranged a good shop in which u can buy softdrinks and other snacks for urself or kids mostly water which we need any time....they have rest rooms too....so I love this station

Good one in the area.. Not to force ppl to get down.. To fill petrol.. With all due caution.. Leave the choice to customers.. If oblige fine or not willing to fill the petrol.. We will have to get to another place where such option are ok.. JP has good women folk who connect with the petrol bank job.

Honda Unicorn Bike with a 13-litre capacity (according to the manual) was filled with 16.57litres this morning (7th Oct 23). Spoke to the manager who stated the fuel tank capacity is 16litres as per Wikipedia. It was still filled above 16litres. How do I account for the reserve fuel in the tank?

Worst Experience by Anand he made us bought 6 ice creams and billed us after the bill he asks more money for cover and services I need a call back from the owners for this rude behaviour, he is just spoiling the shell reputation

There is no proper response untill we honk why do you guys will be open for 24/7 people who come for emergency will have to wait just cause of the staff why will they when they are just to sleep and get paid

There's no Nitrogen facility here. Since many people who use premium fuel also uses nitrogen in tyres. Request to provide nitrogen facility otherwise customers will have to look for alternate options.

You can refill your fuel,along with it you can purchase car perfumes,fast food,chocolates and others from their shop

Got an oil change with Shell Helix Fuelsave. Also got the oil filter changed. Good service, neat and clean station.
