There are hardly any proper deals on any of the items, and the available deals are by comparison 20-30% dearer than nearby stores. The culmination of my experience prompting me to ban this store for good was today with a cashier that barely spoke English and did not bother to listen or look at me to understand my request. Simply disregarded my voucher and instead debited my FlyBuys instead! When faced with my complaint, she simply said you can use your voucher next time... well, thank you for your negligence towards a customer's needs and shrugging your shoulder when you should take corrective action. This is the closest convenience store in my area, though I am not going to waste time and energy dropping by ever.

Always good going there friendly staff great coffee.They need better security an much more help from the police as local groups of very troublesome teens an kids are frequenting the store regurly blandly stealing in front of the helpless staff.If any police officers are reading this it's time for action these young people are out of control an need to be severely punished for anti social an violent behavior

Tried to purchase food from this store at 10pm tonight, worker saw me and made eye contact with me and just flat out walked out the back. Waited out front for 5 minutes and nothing. Just left. Pretty terrible service from an Indian man who clearly doesn’t value the store at all

Don't use the vehicle hire service. It's through a third party and the shell staff have no clue about the system. I suspect the lady that served me was on drugs - she was literally dribbling and struggled to put a full sentence together.

Public toilets are not public anymore. Fuel prices are always 6-7 cents above nearest other competitors. Make of that what your will.

Always 4 or more cents more expensive than others. If you can drive an extra 4km into the city you'll find cheaper options!

I find most servos expensive so I only buy petrol here. Access is pretty good, staff are always friendly and helpful

Open public holidays, although closing at midnight and reopening at 4am is not as flexible as 24hrs
