I am not sure how other services are but I had a horrible massage experience. First they made me wait for a long time and the girls or the massage therapists were really not in the mood to do their job which was so obvious on their faces. One girl started the massage which was literally like she was only applying oil with no pressure, she sent another girl saying her hands are paining and she can't put any pressure..another lady comes and she gave such a horrible massage that my head started paining. I still have such a bad headache now because of the way she massaged my back and neck..I have had such amazing experiences elsewhere, they first ask if I have pain anywhere and where we would like more pressure or if the pressure is fine..here they just start of the massage and not ask anything..my family member wasn't happy with it, I thought I would try and I wasn't happy either. Never coming back here. Except for the girl sitting at the reception, everybody else needs to be taught how to talk and check for real if they are good at their service. Thanks for the headache.

I was referred by my brother and went to book a service with their kothanur branch. They accepted the booking without any hesitation and asked me to wait. After 20 mins I asked for an update and told them that I need to take care of my baby at home; they said 15 mins more. Since I didn't hear from them even after 1 hour, I told them I am leaving and the receptionist said ok. I politely told them that they should have updated me about wait time upfront and was expecting atleast an apology for making me wait such long, but no response from her. Hearing my experience, my brother who referred me, called them to enquire about my exepience, really shocked to hear the response from the receptionist. A small apology could have made a lot of difference. I am afraid to say the receptionist attitude could be their organization culture. Won't recommend anyone.

One of the best places to get a facial, pedicure/manicure, body massage, hair-spa done. Having stayed here for like 2 years or so I have visited many salons and spa like Arha, Naturals, YLG, Tony and Guy, but the dedication of the people giving the service is just amazing. You feel the effect of the treatments whether facial or massages because the serving person is engaged throughout the sessions, during facials the massages and dabs on your face are regular unlike other places where they just apply the face-pack/cream give you steam and then complete the procedure. Full marks for the dedication of the people , I guess due to this , Shakya has become the highest rated Salon in Kalyan Nagar, HRBR area Wishing the Shakya team good luck , kep doing the great work.

I LOVE MY HAIR and I never compromise when it comes to it. This is the only salon that I trust to properly deal with my long hair. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely new and clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance by Arjun mayur, his skill are truly unmatched. He knew what he was doing to make me look beautiful, just great at his job. He was so patient to listen to ever comment I made. He fulfilled the exact style I was looking for. I love how my hair came out! Rocked at the event I had been that evening with 1000% Confidence. All Thanks to Arjun Mayur and Shaakya Saloon. Definitely recommend coming here.

Wanted a simple hair wash and blow dry, they took the payment from me at first, and mid service after hairwash, the person assigned to me is telling me she doesn't know how to do a blowdry styling and she knows only normal drying, they have one hairstylist who knows how to do it but she is occupied with another customer. Preference was given to this said customer who just walked in even though i booked an appointment well in advance. They somehow managed to complete the blowdrying but was very unhappy with how it turned out. Request you guys to please keep the customer in loop and not mislead them by making them pay first and then informing them the staff has no idea what to do! Disappointing.

Mr Vishal : He was the Man behind my hair do for the day. Such a professional suggestion for my confused mindset whether to do a hair colour...Trust me after his suggestion I blindly went with the flow. It turned out to be my best hair colour do with a good hair spa... Worth the money... Special mention the staffs are so polite and kind... I would give them 5/5 for this service availed there. I have tried many a service from this place, but what remained the same is the excellent customer service. I had my haircut, hair styling and hair smoothening from Shaakya. I would like to mention Sathish, who did my haircut, Vishal, who styled my hair and Badri who did the smoothening treatment. The only thing I would advise for betterment is quicker replies while booking appointments. Also, I noticed that everyone becomes very conscious the minute owner walks in. I would like to tell the salon staff that they do a great job whether the owner is around or not. Thanks for that!

Yes I am not a daily customer here but i appreciate each and every staff here..and I enjoyed a lot n they are very friendly I did face cleaning, pedicure ,nails extension ,foot massage and they are super good for me..but today I try hair colouring and i got the worse hair colour and they are not taking care of me properly I am really unsatisfied with the result I got today my scalf is also all ruined ..and it's in a burning sensation I even creid at the salon due to those unsatisfied service...but as I will not mentioned the particular staff..as it will be my last..

My experience on hair cut and Spa was out of this world. Very relaxing and healing. Arjun, who was my service provider is extremely good at his work- both the hair cut and the spa. There was good use of pressure points and I felt much relaxed. Keshav as always recommends the best, The overall ambience is very calming, spacious, place is very hygienic and staff is kind and pleasing. Arjun was also able to explain on whatever queries I had. The visit is completely worth and the costs are reasonable too. Go for it!

I had the worst experience today That hairstylist showed that only small length of hair will be cut but he made it very short. I had such a long hair! And I lost it now! That guy made my hair so short that I lost my confidence! I feel so embarrassed going out in public now! I JUST DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!! PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE IN EVERYTHING THEY SAY! I got a tissue massage for ₹2799/-. First thing you need to take care is the location. Once you enter the alley go straight and you see a big board that's when you reach the place. Coming to the service, the masseuse Seema did a splendid job. Her hands were firm and i enjoyed it. Feel free to share if you want less pressure. Would love to visit again. Totally reccomend .
